Mahtava palvelu!
Annoying
When you simply want to check if a car has available timeslots, dark UI patterns of the app push you to send all your info including address, selfie and drivers license just too show you that info. Then you learn car was already reserved and now you have the hassle of removing your personal data.

Hidas, epälooginen ja hidas. Kaikki periaatteessa toimii, mutta on kuin kanalan typerin kana. Aina väärässä paikassa, mutta munii kyllä lopulta sen yhden munan. Sanoinko jo kertaalleen, että on hidas?

Asiakaspalvelu ei vastaa wa:ssa. Auton kotialue ei selviä kätevästi kun lainaus on käynnissä. Muutoin okein hyvä!

Rekisteröinti ei toimi
Yritin rekisteröidä tilin appiin, mutta rekisteröinti-sivu väitti että salasanat ei ole samat, vaikka ne oli generoitu Applen omalla strong password -napilla. Muutenkin rekisteröinti-sivu vaikuttaa olevan jonkun kesäharjoittelijan tekemä, kun form fieldit toimii ihan miten sattuu, eikä iOS auto-fill toimi.

Ihan hyvä idea, mutta surkea ja appi. Lisäksi antoivat ikuisen ajokiellon parista renkaan puhkeamisesta, vaikka maksoin mielivaltaisen summan. Boikotoikaa!
Valitulle aikavälille varaaminen
Vanhassa selainpohjaisessa sovelluksessa varaaminen oli helpompaa. Vaikka tässä on tapahtunut kehitystä, edelleen viikonpäivät puuttuvat valittaessa haluttua päivää. Ja mikä ärsyttävintä, kun valitsee valitulla ajalla vapaan auton ja etenee sen varaamiseen, täytyy päivämäärät ja aika täyttää uudestaan 🙄
Flexible car rental!
It’s great that this app is flexible time that you can set (like even only half an hour), and reasonable charge. The only problem is when you want to end a car, to upload photos takes time.

I wasted over an hour trying to register, but the identification process kept failing and I never managed to sign up.
Huge improvement
App was extremely slow previously but with one of the recent updates it became significantly faster. Now map and bookings usually loads in a matter of seconds and not minutes as before. Same goes for locking/unlocking doors. There a still some random crashes happening here and there, but that doesn’t impact UX that much as it’s fast to reopen it now
Hidas appi ja piilokuluja
Appi käy toooodella hitaasti, ja usein jää jumiin mikä tietenkin maksaa asiakkaalle ja esim ei voi aina hoitaa asioita kuten toivoo. Esim ovia en saanut lukkoon ostarilla. Lisäksi varasin auton ja sain ylitysmaksun? En ollut mitään aikaa varaukseen tehnyt, eikä siitä selkeästi ilmoitettu miksi ajaksi se on varattu? Ajattelin että ottaa ja palautan kun nopea reissu. Yllätys tuli jonka olisin välttänyt jos olisin tiennyt

Good idea; poor implementation
Using the app is really frustrating and the way the prices are shown is not intuitive at all. Unclear UI showing which cars are reserved for particular times in case you wanna book a car for multiple days. But other car sharing apps in Finland are bad as well. Even worse that this is only app based, it seems.

Sovelluksen toiminta parani huomattavasti päivityksen myötä. Enää ei tarvitse ovia avatessa/lukittaessa odotella minuutteja, että oma varaus löytyy sovelluksesta.
1 month notice period
The app has 7 day free trial which is good and 1 month notice period which means you need to cancel it one month before the next billing date. I used the services once in the trial period and forget to cancel right after that and get charged for two month service fee. Not a happy customer.

The most terrible rental car app
Use something else. You need to fill all your information, including your picture and your licence before you even get to know if they have cars available around you. But after that you might wait forever unless they approve your account. The worst UI I have touched.
Iso puute appissä
Oman varauksen autoa ei lle merkitty kartalla vaan siinä näkyvät kaikki autot. Mistä silloin tiedät, missä oma autosi on? En löytönyt mistään aluerajaa, minkä sisään auto pitää pysäköidä. Tässä mielessä appi toimii huonommin kuin selainversio. Kartta on sinänsä hyvä, siitä näkee kaikki autot parilla silmäyksellä.

Käsittämättömän hidasta toimintaa palvelun aktivointi!!!!! Appi jumittaa jokaisessa kohdassa, soitan päivystäjälle joka höpöttelee jotain viikonlopusta, mutta jos viikonloppuisin ei asioita saa hoidettua niin pitäiskö se sitten ilmoittaa selkeästi?! En todellakaan suosittele kenellekään.

The service is excellent for my needs. The car is near my home and booking is simple and easy.
Worst app for the car rent
This is the worst mobile app I have ever come across for car rentals. It's pointless to discuss UI, because in terms of UX the app works abysmally. Bugs, lags, poor responsiveness - you'll encounter more than enough of these if you use it. I don't understand how this can exist in the 21st century, when robots deliver food from supermarkets and autopilot cabs drive on the streets. Shame. For all the downsides of the app, the tech support is very responsive and really helps sort out problems. Please hire a good designer.
Simple car share rental, good price
Omago is a great service. Took some time to set up my account initially, but customer service is very responsive. Incredibly easy to find and reserve cars on the app, unlock the car and go!
Worst app for cashiering
The app is absolutely terrible in terms of user experience. It's riddled with bugs and is poorly designed. I'm surprised that such an app can exist in today's world when there are much better options available. I'm very disappointed that this is the only affordable carsharing option in Finland. If there were any alternatives, I definitely wouldn't use it. Multiple times I booked a car, went to the specified location, only to find out that the car was parked in a restricted area accessible only to the residents of the building. This information was not mentioned in the app. At other times, the app indicated that the car was already booked after I clicked the "book" button. This meant that I had to guess how long the car would be available for booking. Please note that my review is solely about the app and does not reflect on the quality of the cars or the tech support.
