The app is made disgustingly
The app isn't working properly. It's impossible to register, it's impossible to do anything. Tech support isn't responding. I'm just shocked. Even in Estonia there's a car rental company, for example, Bolt, where I can rent a car in 3 minutes. In Finland, it's a big problem.

Todella huonosti kehitetty sovellus. Vanhentunut sekä takkuileva. Maksu ei oikeasti toimi esim. pankki/luottokortilla sillä sivut eivät vie minnekkään. Tämä pakottaa käyttäjän maksamaan laskulla. Auto oli hyvä, mutta käyttäjä/varauskokemus todella huono.

Just cannot pay the reservation
Tried several times with the same result - after pressing pay button I am returned to the same page and the pay button is disabled now whatever I do. In addition the "booked" car disappears from the list for 10 minutes so I cannot retry immediately.

Really nice and easy to use. You can find a car close to you easily with a good price and service.

No support at all. If you have a problem it’s your problem only. Strongly not recommend to use this service.

Really bad user experience
I think the slogan: "Rent a car in 5 minutes" says it all, they know that their "app" is terrible. Meanwhile the year is 2025 and I can rent a car in 5 seconds from apps that don't display cookie consent notifications 😁
