Information issues
its not letting me fill out my information
Great idea but could use improvement
The app makes the customs process more seamless as it integrates a lot of the functions and allows us to fill out and pay before even landing in The Bahamas. This can save a lot of time and I’m sure is easier on the officer for calculation and tracking purposes. My only caveat is that each item has to be entered in individually which is extremely cumbersome for those bringing in a large amount of goods. If I bring it 50 shirts that are at different prices, I would have to fill out a form for each item even though they all have the same tax. It would be better to allow users to group similar items, input a quantity and a total price and allow the app to calculate the customs duty as it wouldn’t change whether we put it in individually or altogether.

Initially I had trouble with the password field and it was that the auto-gen password is too long. Truncating the password solved the issue. Cannot sign up; app does not recognize password field

This appears to be a fantastic app. It can be VERY confusing to maneuver - (otherwise, I’d give it five stars). Customer support is more than quick to respond to my questions (and I have had several). Their responses are not only quick but to the point and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this app.
Archaic but it works
The idea is good but execution is poor. The app is not intuitive at all and it seems like it was built by someone who is just learning to build apps and this was their first draft.

Unable to create profile due to inability to select departing state.

Needs Work
The app has lots of bugs with lack of functionality in the drop down menus. Scanning passport does not upload all information. The country field uploads but you are asked to re-enter. Additional traveler information added but unable to verify information and then some.
Waste of time
Thought this would speed my entry into the Bahamas. Wrong! Still had to complete the paper form for immigration) one per person) and nobody at customs asked for the app.
Worthless
They told us to download it and complete in the app and then when we got there they made us fill out a paper form and refused to use the app.
FRAUD
After slogging my way through a very buggy app, told upon arrival it is not valid. Scam? Or just a waste of time?
Bad App
It’s missing Nassau! How do you not have Nassau as an island?
Security feature added
User forced to scan passport even though details are in the system already. The ability to enter details here manually, does not work. After scanning and putting the information in, the app comes back with an error that there is something wrong with the details entered vs the information already in the system. This app needs a lot more testing.
Need major work!!!
My first problem with this app is, when your filling out the c17 form it does not save as you go. I had to start over twice. If you make a mistake you can not go back and edit the entry, you will have to delete and start all over again. It only allows 5 invoices at per form. After you submit the form, you can download the calculated document, but it didn’t work. And nothing saves to you profile…. I understand what they are trying to do but this app was not ready for the public.
Trash and buggy
Doesn’t work the app constantly crashes it’s asking me to update my information but I can’t type anything in the fields. The scan function doesn’t work. What an all around mess.
Not letting me scan
I’m unable to scan the bottom or my passport for some unknown reason
Waste of time
Provided all information necessary for everyone with me twice! Reached the Bahamas only to find out this app was useless - and was forced to waste time filling out paperwork. No code anywhere in the airport even if someone where to of asked, therefore rendering the app useless because without the code the information on the form you’ve supplied isn’t accessible.
Required apps does not work
App fails at email verification and cannot finalize creating an account.
App development without QA Testing will always fail.
This app will not accept the number of passengers in my party (Error: passengers added are not equal to persons in your party), which is one (myself), and it scans my passport but displays an error stating “The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the right format”. Your developers need to fix these issues or this app is useless in saving any traveler time.
Great idea poor execution
I was really happy to see I could do this all ahead of time. Hopes were high when I was able upload passport data for the family by taking pictures of passports. But alas, after painstaking entry of all declared items at the last step of the process i was hit with the error of “the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”. Waist of time in the end
