Awesome app
Love the digital access it’s so cool! No more wasteful plastic The work out plans are really hardly for when I have no motivation
The exercise guides disappeared
I used to check the video work outs available on the app incase i cant go to the gym. This is not available anymore which sucks.
Custom workouts
I would like a custom version of this app, where we can choose the order of our plan, which exercises and be able to mix it up and do workouts from each plan.
Feature for future
I would like to suggest improving the gym app by adding more features beyond the current lock/pass access function. It would be great to have fitness coaching features similar to those available in the Jetts Thailand app. Features such as personalized workout plans, exercise tutorials, progress tracking, fitness challenges, goal setting, and nutrition guidance would greatly enhance the user experience. Having an integrated fitness coach within the app would provide more value to members and help them stay motivated and engaged with their fitness journey. Adding these features would make the app more useful and competitive while giving members better support in achieving their health and fitness goals.
Sign in issues
Today the app wouldn't let me use it to open the gym door unless I updated it. That's a very bad user outcome. Also when you open the app, the nfc sign in function should automatically be ready for use.

I love the workout inspiration from it & the fact I can complete the workouts in club or at home depending on my training 🙌🏻 looking forward to seeing more workouts to come.

Worse app ever. Always need to turn on and off Bluetooth to get it to work and why do you need to know location for. Waste of time
Access intermittent
Not reliable to access gym. Advised to delete app and reinstall, problem persists on intermittently
Featureless app
The app is good, do the get me wrong. I like being able to sign in to the gym with my phone. But surely a simple calendar function that tracks how often you access the gym would be a very useful feature. If you loom at the Anytime fitness app, it does this! The anytime app also can link to the fitness machines and track your carsio workouts. I most of all want a tracked list of my access time to the fym so I can see how many days ive turned up (or missed)

Switched to FOB
It’s one purpose to allow access, app logs out. Requires wifi, gym wifi doesn’t reach outside door sometimes. Doorways not sheltered, so trying to manage delays caused by app in the rain suxxx . Bring back training programs they were great for ideas. A calendar tracker to track visit. Otherwise pointless app, just get a fob.
Trouble getting into gym
Sometimes takes 5 minutes for app to allow access in like it’s frozen and some morning the app won’t load at all, all Other apps on phone work perfectly fine
digital access issues
Had problems accessing the gym on multiple occasions via the digital access, tried closing app, restarting bluetooth and the phone.

I love the workout plans and videos.

the app is buns, i will be holding it to the door for soo long, and it doesn’t show a loading screen or anything, it just doesn’t register that i’m holding it there and it doesn’t let me in. when phone is dead or broken i also can’t get in, pls bring back the chips to tag at the door instead
Missing Data
I had plans & workouts when I first logged in and they were there for about a month then disappeared 🤔
Please add features
Please allow an option to add multiple plan. An option to view equipment for each club and the possibility to create my own plan based on these information inside this app.
Terrible
Fails to work half the time. Stand outside the door trying for ages until someone takes pity on you and lets you in. Should be a BT system not a NFC system.

It’s sad that we still have the careless people leaving their trash in the carpark area! Cameras in the carpark will help

Scanner doesn’t work(: attempted to enter gym multiple times but nopeee! Brilliant(:
You had one job, app
To let me into the gym. But app logs out every other use, claims bluetooth is disabled after login (it’s not), then spins and spins its wheels to finally let me tap the entry button. Even when the door shows green, NOPE you’re not going in yet, you’re going to fumble with it like an ape for another few seconds before your entry permission flows down the internets. Don’t tell me to reinstall the app or contact support, just fix it.

Scanner doesn’t let me in even when using app on a newer phone like iPhone 16 pro

Needing to log in every time, choose my favourite gym just for the E-tag to work intermittently is pretty trash. Fix it pls
