I played this game since I was 7 years old and this game is the best ever
Don’t play
The ad system is broken and I have watched 6 ads just to get one reward that it never gave. Also the gold characters (the best) are nearly impossible to get because there is no way to receive the green gems besides doing an insane amount of time on passing levels. So if you wanna play a game where you can only get a fraction of the characters and watch 6 ads every level, you’ll love this game!

I really really want a sandbox mode where you can have all the units you want to put in the battle and select the map you want
Brick wall
Played this game all night. The only way to progress at any decent rate is to constantly watch adds. Ok, fine. I can play while doing other things. Then I hit a brick wall. After doing the math, I would have to fail 37 times in a row to even summon 2 more units. That’s without ads, but why would I be motivated to watch ads if it will still take over a dozen guaranteed fails just to get 2 units.. a fraction of what I need to progress past ONE level. Those 2 units have virtually no chance of changing the outcome. These ads btw, are longer than the battles.. you know.. the thing we downloaded the game for… All this after paying to get rid of the mandatory ads. I highly recommend avoiding this game
Good but needs work
It has a lot of good features but I don’t like the lack of control I have in the beginning. This is something I feel has plagued the mobile gaming industry for a while by not providing an access to setting, volume, etc…. In the beginning and only guiding buttons so it feels more like I’m looking at a click and slide show instead of a game. I enjoy the light grind but it definitely needs to give a little more control to the player.

This is a cool concept for a game. It gets repetitive, but it’s fun to merge up your fighters and progress. You won’t play the game for very long though unless you’re spending more time watching ads than actually playing the game. I even made an in app purchase to get rid of the in game ads and it’s still impossible to progress without watching ads nonstop. Not really sure how this game has a 4.7 star review in the App Store, but I would suggest saving your time and leaving this game there.

Ok game
These are the pro and cons of the game having played it for a few hours on two devices. Pro Simple design, multiple characters, not a pay to win.slightly enjoyable….well to a degree. Con To many ads, forced to watch ads even when not selected and some even just start in there own with no choice, very slow game even when vip is activated, some character’s needs fixing just wonder off now and then, not enough reward system, company making fake reviews with five stars (ridiculous), game needs a lot of work still. Overall I’m deleting the game.
Restore purchases doesn’t work
Bought micro-transactions awhile back on this game and it won’t let me restore purchases even though there’s a giant button for it, button is broke, will change rating if I actually get my purchases restored !

Great game but..
This is a great gave love the game and the idea I used to play it all the time and just recently picked it back up I’ve even spent money on this game cause of how much I play it but there’s one problem I have and that is the bosses. These guys go from Tanky but 2 hit kills which is doable to utterly impossible to beat unless you check back daily to do quests and challenges to buy a bunch of cards which at where I am are all 15k per card and the money you get from losing to a boss is 500-1000 depending on how low you get their health but once you do challenges you can’t do them again until 24 hours has passed or you watch ads for each level and quests you have to wait regardless after completing them. I recommend doing a stat rework on the bosses or some of them at least and expanding the quests maybe even do a weekly set and daily set and if something else could be added like challenges to help raise more money to buy card packs that would be great too but these are just some ideas I kinda just want to get back into the battles but I’ve been stuck on this boss for 2 days and still only get him to a quarter of health
Confusing rewards
Hey I’m confused because when I just got my epic chest opened I got the Egyptian assassin then after I got all the daily rewards finished and got the final reward. I got one wooly mammoth and another Egyptian assassin. But once I got back into my battle deck I only got one Egyptian assassin. Where is my wooly mammoth and 2nd Egyptian assassin at?!

I like how you can progress through levels and get bonus rewards and I like how the units get different looks it just the ads but I understand it’s a free game still very fun game just can you add more units after space age and more to the modern age

Good game
It’s a good game but I wish there was more ways to earn money and gems because sometimes u can’t do anything until the next day or just do the battle again and again to get very little money. Specially on the boss battles u have to wait for them to fight them and if u lose u get like 1k which is very little and would need to upgrade a lot your troops. Pls fix this or do something about it because I think many people would agree with me.

Bosses are too strong
This game is very addicting and something to play when your bored and there is of units and they have cool designs. Although whenever I reach a boss fight it hits my units in one hit making me retry the level about 35 times before I can get stronger. If you could nerf the bosses that would be great

WTH!
Every single time I watch an ad to earn gold or increase gold earnings in this game, as soon as the ad stops playing and I “X” out of it at the end, the game crashes and exits to my phone screen. When I load back into the game, not only have I not increased my earnings, whatever amount I had originally earned, if applicable, was lost as well. This goes for gold earned by winning a battle, gold offered for free for watching an ad in the “shop” screen and every other way of gaining gold I’ve found in the game. I have no problems with any of the other hundreds of apps I have on my phone, but not once have I been able to watch an ad on this game without the game crashing right as the ad disappears and the game tries to start up again. This appears to be an issue with the game itself, not the phone or the ads, and it only occurs when it’s supposed to give you increased gold. Not cool!

A Game For People Who Love Watching Ads
This game is essentially ad-watching with some short breaks of game playing in between. The game is nothing special, you gain cards that represent warriors, that you combine and make stronger with additional cards that are purchased with in-game currency. The problem is that you are very, very quickly forced to watch ads to gain enough gold to buy these cards. This game is a thinly disguised revenue cow that relies on you watching ads rather than enjoying a good game and compelling you to support a developer that cares about their product and the players. Skip it and try any other game in the App Store. It will still have the same premise towards profiting off you being mentally bombarded with never ending sales pitches from developers goading you into downloading their app with false videos of their games, but it will likely be hidden marginally better.
Fun and addicting couple problems
I love this game I’ve been playing a couple others like it from you guys. The level ups are satisfying and watching the battles can be somewhat fun! However My main problems is the difficulty spikes with the bosses and lack of reasources to do level ups. I’ve noticed over the couple years I’ve been playing this you only and I mean ONLY ALL THE TIME, get 1500 coins for defeating bosses that might take you a couple of daily chests to level up your army. No gems just a low amount of coins. Gems are especially lacking unlike the Animal warfare game and toy warefare. In animal warfare its quite balanced with levels with gems and the extra challenge levels also give you gems for all of them. Toy warfare gives you a ton of gems in lots of different ways. This game gives barely any to work with I cannot even buy anything from the lucky crates or shop at times. Only thing that I’ve seen that really gives you gems in this game isn’t the challenge levels, isn’t regular levels/bosses, or daily. But the daily quests stuff which sometimes you cannot complete all the way thru because levels also lacking in crates on levels. Another problem is the boss difficulty! I am always getting stuck on bosses not always due to the amount of health they have but usually due to my own units not being able to out put enough damage! For example Trex is a legendary at level one it does 5 damage?!! When you upgrade it to level 5 it does 80? Why is the mammoth at level 5 and 1 doing significant more damage and health than the legendary in its timeline? Not to mention that majority of the time I can go thru levels pretty easy until I hit a wall with bosses it took me several weeks to beat a boss at one point. Did all that to only get 1500 coins and no gems. In animal warfare you get both alot of coins and gems for beating a boss! Which is nice because it allows for more upgrades! Toy warfare gives a ton of different ways to get gem including bosses and levels kind of like animal warefare but more a abundant! Battle simulator here feels like its purposefully trying to give you less and less make you frustrated and end up spending money on it. I have in the past spent money on some of these games for example Animal warefare I bought two bundles to remove ads now its servers are down and I cannot even buy things in the shop that cost gems. Toy warfare I have yet to spend money on but definitely plan to even though its a subscription. Battle simulator I only bought the no ads bundle it works fine! However there’s nothing really special about its shop apart from being really helpful with the option ads for coins and that being a daily quest. Which is understandable and Im okay with it cause you guys need to make money to make a living too. Though the other problems with this game is bogging it down and making it harder to enjoy each time I get completely walled by a boss. Its not any particular bosses Im having problems with, its all of them! Hitting bosses stops progression big time. I have a couple of suggestions whether considered or not I don’t mind. One maybe increase the amount of coins and gems you get from bosses. It feels extremely unfair to being grinding out challenges over days to level up stuff and to be either defeated over and over again or just get a measly 1500 coins and no gems even thought the boss skull picture includes gems. Two Balance out the units damage the units do so little damage to bosses that sometimes it doesn’t matter whether you upgraded your units to two or more ranks that the boss will end up killing all of them in the end. They have no trouble with regular battles but the enemy units in regular should be buffed anyways to have some what of a fair chance. Or similar outputs as the units you get in the game like Animal warfare. Three common crates should appear a little more throughout chapters reasoning behind this is if you’re not gonna increase resources to buy more units why not just allow the players to collect more chests so they feel incline to speed them up with there current resources. Finally maybe more frequent offers across games like this? There isn’t a lot to really buy in all these repetitive games but i like the gameplay loops and repetitiveness. Anyways thats my review if you read of all of this stuff thank you for your time and consideration!
Non-stop ads
It’s ridiculous how many ads are in this game. You can’t enjoy the game because it forces ads every three levels. The ads are anywhere between 30 seconds and a minute and ruins the whole flow. I got so tired of putting my phone down every three minutes when an ad appeared that I just uninstalled. This game is not worth your time unless you want to purchase the ad free version. Game does not respect the players time. If it wasn’t for the non stop ads, I could see myself enjoying the game to an extent.

My progress vanished
Once I was playing a level and when I got defeated all my progress and troops I unlocked disappeared but on the collection list it shows that it is in my army and says I have unlocked those troops.

Infinite Ads
This game is chock full of ads I like the game, but if most of the time spent playing is 80% ads what’s the point? I bought the no ads between levels pack, guess what? Every 5 levels there’s a random pop up ad that takes 35-45 seconds to load through, you can close the app and play the level again that’s really the only choice. I bought another item in the store, the store says if you buy something in the store there will no random pop up ads, guess what? It’s still random pop up ads. PS the ads are mental torture and don’t actually even do any kind of job advertising the mobile games their promoting, losing my mind.

Dont waste your money
I was enjoying this game and the fact I could spend a little money and remove ads from between levels sounded great. Ever since then, if I want to double my rewards or spin the wheel I have to watch at least 3/4 ads each time. Its a rip off, before I could watch one ad and double my rewards. Fix this please or at least let users know what you do once they pay to support you.

Good Job, you managed to make a history game actually good in its criteria it was supposed to follow. The easy to follow content easily is a plus. Sadly, all the ads and annoying notifications do bring it down, it is still a great time. 4 Stars.

Stuck Horribly on a Boss Battle - Scam Game
Let me first say that this game is fairly fun. A good time waster if nothing else. However, I’ve been stuck on a boss battle for a long time (Battle of the Bulge Boss) and nothing I do will come even close to beating him. I’ve watched hundreds of ads during this game to get x3 cash and have been watching ads on the challenges to replay and get as many coins to get more cards and level up troops. I’ve even worked on offers to get gems to buy high level cards. Nothing works though as this boss one shots everything really quickly so it is impossible to beat him. I’m fairly certain I could spend $500 to buy cards and still not beat this boss. Such a scam. I recommend NOT to play this game!
Pretty good game, some annoying things though
I’ve been playing the is game a lot lately. I really like the concept and overall it is really fun. The troops have good variety and really cool designs. A couple things I would change would be some improvements when editing your barracks. I’m having to dig through to find the 1 star troops so I can replace them. You have to hold, not tap on them so I’m having to hold my finger and move it over slightly so I can actually see the star rating. Second, some boss fights can be very annoying. A simple fix for this was to make bosses drop more gold. I’m currently stuck on a boss and I’ve fought it probably 50 times. To get 1 more troop I need to battle it 15 times…..it get’s old. However, once I beat it, I’ll go back to the more fun fights.
