Great game
I love this game. Great pay outs
Customer service trash
I’ve contacted customer service multiple times in the last two months received no responses. I tried the online form which told me the only way to get help is through the app. No one ever responds through the app. My link for my rewards doesn’t work and I can’t cancel it. No help whatsoever no point in earning points for rewards, you can never actually use
It’s Great
Great App and variety of slots. The only issue I have is that most of the rewards are for traveling like hotels or cruises. It would be nice if they had more gift card options or cash.
Wins are fewer and far between.
More recently it seems the programmers of this app have decided to change the percentage chance of winning for it. Been playing this app since pretty close to when it was released and recently it has been very obvious that the chance of winning has been greatly reduced.
In app purchases
Does anyone also have an error for in app purchases, previously i did not have any issues, but now I’m not able to purchase
Great
It’s the best
I never played these games
Too much ads.
Longtime player
This game is fun if you allow it to be. There is absolutely no cost unless you choose that path. I never have and still enjoy it for exactly what it is- something you are being marketed to spend money on. That’s a choice. And an everyday reality of marketing. These places are in the business of making money as are almost every business ever created. As far as the actual gaming? I’ve been up 28 billion and always end up at 0 eventually. They restore a small amount of chips on a semi hourly basis and a larger amount on a daily basis. You win some and you lose some. Guess how much that costs? Unlike real casinos? $0 (unless you choose to buy something they offer which they hope you do). For those complaining about costs? Grow up and learn some self control. No one’s forcing you to spend money on the same thing you get for free
Hahaha
It’s a bit funny that even in a game primarily driven by virtual currency, where the house doesn’t lose real money outside of dev cost (which let’s be honest, this is just a white-label reskinned app), they still can’t be bothered to program it so the players over time trend up in said virtual currency. Is this supposed to make people want to play slots in the casinos with real money? Is seeing 10bil slowly going down over several hours 5mil per roll until it’s 0 supposed to incentivize me to pay? What?
MGM Live
Thought this would be a different type of casino games? But I have been playing PopSlots for some years ,I can play a lot of their games, MGM has some of the exact same games I’m uninstalling this because I already playing some of the same game.
Love this game
I love the competition of competing for real life trips to the Bahamas with included air fair and opportunity’s all around so you don’t have to spend real money but if you do decide to spend it’s small amounts for a pretty big size package of everything I’m loving it
Avoid this crud
This app is set up to make you fail. It’s all about playing slots and winning chips. But every time that you close it and come back the next day, although they remember everything about you what you played everything else. They will up your bet to ridiculous amount to where you’ll be broke in about 20 to 30 spins. Then you must start again at the bottom. They refuse to set your bet at the same amount as your bet was during your prior session. Why? Just because they can! Play “Vegas Slots” or similar. They keep the bet you select until YOU change it.
Crashing
MGM got it fixed. Thanks
Disappointed :(
Initially, I enjoyed this app because the “rewards “ that I could spend my points on were at a casino I actually go to in real life. (Peppermill, Reno) When they changed that it really disappointed me. Also I don’t know what the point of logging in everyday and collecting my daily bonus thing when the amounts don’t even go up! I get the same amount of coins one day 1 as I do on day 99. And it’s never enough coins to play for more than a few minutes.I am probably going to delete this app.
Disconnecting
The app is not working properly. It won’t open for play.
Rip off
Why does the app sell you “ products” you’re not allowed to use. Example miniMGM game. Sells you spins but they can’t be used. What a waste of money, which I realize, but dang, don’t take advantage off and basically lie to your customers. Guess that’s where the world is now. Looking forward to saving my money as I don’t plan on wasting it with you any longer. There are lots of slot apps out there
Gary Garabedian
So I spent a lot of money at this casino playing over the past year I guess and it has not paid me the money it owes me on my withdrawal. I do not recommend it. I do not appreciate them lying. You can’t get an active person and support on line you cannot get any kind of communication all it says is three days three days three days and you know what I think it’s a bunch of BS. I don’t recommend it at all.
Good but not great
Honestly it’s a great slots game with some real world prizes. Minimal adds except the game itself. My only real beef is that I want to set an avatar photo without linking my Facebook (or at least merge!?). This is particularly relevant since this helps track yourself during bonus rounds….please add a photo feature!!
As bad as real casinos.. can’t win..
It’s boring. They want you to purchase.
经常吃掉你的游戏币.
你游戏里面金币.无缘无故就没有了.特别是在游戏中.你中奖了但是没到你的账号.千万注意.客服不管的只会对你说对不起.
Fun way to kill time and earn rewards you can actually use 🙃
Fun way to kill time and earn rewards you can actually use - play with your friends, meet up with them later when you cash in your rewards.
Frequent app issues, poor customer support
Customer support for this app is non-responsive. Play at your own risk.
Good game latest update has glitches
The game is great it is what it says it is a slots game, you can spend money or don’t. My only issue is last update has left glitches where the reels won’t stop after playing in a game for a while really annoying especially in bonus play
Freezes
I’m in middle of slots and your app freezes to much the slot just spins and don’t stop in middle of match! I’ve done purchased stuff I won’t change the stars need lots of improvements on glitches
Lose connection
Game keeps saying connection lost. I redownload it and still says the same thing please fix.
YEAHHH
THE GAME IS SO YUMMY I LOVE PLAYING MULTIPLAYER GAMESSS
Tiers
The tier system is absolutely ridiculous
New update.
I really like the games. They are lots of fun. But the new update won’t let me update. Just says open.
Invite friends reward payout failure
I like the game , is fun . But they don’t pay when referring a friend. I invite 3 friends and didn’t got the promotion pay for any of them , they else invite other friends and didn’t got the reward. If fix maybe I change my review and rate. Thank you .
Why not start “new day” in the AM?
Why do I have to wait 24 hours before I can claim the daily award? Not everyone is available on this schedule. I started playing at 7pm so now have to wait until 7pm to get the new day award. If I don’t play after 7pm, game sets back to day 1. A better option would be to start the “new day” in the AM. This would allow me to get my daily award before 7pm every night! I have been playing everyday for over 200 days and don’t want to break my streak but not always available at night. Vegas Slots starts the new day in the AM so I can play in the AM or PM and based on my schedule.
The Most Fun I’ve Had In YEARS!!
This game is an absolute blast!!
Overchaged over and over
I was over charged at least 9 times for over $900. The purchase would time out chips not added to my account but I was still charged. Disputes were all denied and purchases never restored. Beware!
Great
Great
No fun anymore
Daily play streak amount is higher and the daily gift but the payout wins is practically nonexistent. Definitely not fun anymore. Also hardly any players lately which causes the bonus games to pay less.
Not so great
It took over 2 hours playing the same game to finally get to the big bonus. That’s way too long. Lost interest when I could have played other games. This was MGM fired up game. Never again.
Fun play
Lots of fun
Don’t bother… Rewards suck
The rewards suck now… Makes the MGM apps completely a waste of time. Now it’s just another mindless slot game like any other app on here. Again, total waste of time. Bring back the OG premium rewards like FreePlay and rewards that make it worthwhile to want to spend time or God forbid money app.
“Shows” are not fun
Let us play slots without sitting through 2 minute countdowns. App punishes you for “missing a day” without 24 hours going by.
Update crashing
The game isn’t running correctly since the update a few hours ago
Slots
Amazing
Not worth my time
Waste of time . You will win occasionally but winnings will never grow because no matter what you do . They will take it all back so you come again the next day to claim . This is BS
Nice but …
Nice graphics and gameplay but extremely low winnings. Your coins disapear in a blink of an eye.
Music won’t stay off!
Games are good But I turned the sound and music off The music keeps turning itself back on. The sound effects remain off. Super annoying so I have to be careful where I open this app
Great app
A great app with great games.
Waste of time
I haven’t spent money and the app has given me no reason to. They have these live tournaments and all they do is force you to waste chips. The daily amounts collected is maybe enough to get 5 spins so you have to collect for a few weeks to even play for more than 10 minutes. Much better apps as far as gameplay. Don’t download and don’t waste your time. Sorry excuse for an app.
Not enough coins
Not enough coins
