Hi, I was charged on their website for insurance they never provided. Waste of time and now I need to dispute with my credit card. Save your time and go with someone else!

Bad experience
We were insured for two years, and after two years, they refused to extend it, saying that you have high expenses. What is the point of insurance if you don't use it? We only had outpatient expenses, and even then, only half of the limit. And then, it says to clean your ears twice a year with an air flosser, but you only clean your ears with an air flosser once. They also lie and didn't reimburse you for several tests that were previously reimbursed. In short, it's an unreliable company.

Since I changed my phone I had to re-install the app - because initially login was done by a woman who made insurance registration. When I click on “forgot password” -> paste ID number and receive verification code on mobile no -> set new password, I get system error. I need to book an appointment! How would I do that if app does not let me to get in?

Functionality is terrible, it freezes everytime I open it. Fix this app please. Health insurance is important, the app should reflect the importance and necessity of the service.
