Worst service ever been asked 4 times for invoice and still Asking for the same thing
Worst service ever been asked 4 times for invoice and still Asking for the same thing. 2 weeks delay and parcel is still at customs as they say and asking the same and same again. They removed phone number and chat to avoid angry people and now communicating like a robot only. WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN

Support replaced by a chatbot
They have replaced customer support with an AI assistant. Tickets, in-app chat, WhatsApp — every channel answers with the same bot, and it has neither the information nor the authority to fix anything. I paid the 20 GEL customs fee on 10.08.2026 through the treasury, exactly as their own payment request instructed. Eight days later the payment is still not credited and the package is stuck in customs. The bot gave me two answers that contradicted each other and both contradicted my bank statement. First it claimed my fiscal number was in the "purpose" field — it was not, it was in the payer identification field. Then it claimed I had not enabled "transfer on behalf of someone else" — I had, and I sent a screen recording showing the switch is on. Confident, detailed, wrong both times. I have two open tickets. Both were automatically set to "Low" priority with no way to raise it. Every request for a human produces "your request has been registered" and nothing more. Eight days, no human, no resolution, package still held. If a payment goes wrong on your shipment, you are on your own. I will update this review if they actually resolve it.

This is probably the worst experience ever when buying anything online. Every possible step is complicated, unorganized and with auto response from AI. Never use it again

Absolutely terrible!
I tried to have some medicine mailed to me from the USA but it never arrived. Never received any notification from them about receiving the package. I tried calling them on the number listed on the app but the number listed is a scam where they try to get you to say “yes” to a free $100 gift card. Don’t waste your time on this app. It’s a total scam!!!

Slow every time
Unfortunately, because it is only this company. They are doing worse every day. After the cargo is delivered to their office, you send a message again 1 week later and they say no, we could not find the cargo number, the cargo did not arrive. Then they find it and send it, but it takes too long. I wish there was an alternative.

They lost a part of my package and instead of 18% of the full price, they made me pay the fee of the price+the weight, which increased the fee A LOT, as the package included boots.

Terrible
Slow, disorganized; they have opened package with shoes I sent to a friend to Georgia, to “ make it smaller”. Then they have been asking her for same info over and over again; it seems like right hand doesn’t know what left does. The package cost below 300 lari( local Currency) , they saying she owes customs fee that is goes against local law. Customer service is unhelpful and I will never use this service again. My friend still haven’t seen her birthday present after submitting all info , paying customs fee and I lost 115$. Stay away, use other companies.
