Customer Service is horrible
No support, want to withdraw funds having issues, tried to contact support regarding some issues no respond, sent emails, texted on telegram also no response. Bad service. Please get back to me, I want to withdraw my funds.
Great concept, lots of room for improvement
It’s a great platform to start conversations to reach out for help with financial rewards, but the developer should take into account safety features which can allow filtering out of questionable tasks.
Cannot chat
I’m a new user try to find a job and promote a job. However i find it very hard to contact the potential hero. I cannot leave my ws number, i cannot dm them personally to send details. (As it will be dangerous and not safe to give my address in public) The chat will automatically be deleted and its hard to getbjob done. Only can chat if i accept the offer- but cannot simply cancel bcs got cancellation fee? Wont be here for a long time.
Earnings
Good platform to get people to work and earn money
Why do i need to be ios 17 or later
Before this the app doesn't even has requirements like that, why suddenly for iPhone users it needs to be ios 17 or later for this update?. I dont understand
Good app for side quest
Good app for users to find side quest and earn some side $$, definitely would recommend this to my friends and family!
Refund not given after cancellation by a Hero
I paid for a Quest and the Hero declined the offer she made & I wasn’t refunded. After contacting their customer service, they kept blaming it on my bank’s “processing time”. I’ve contacted Maybank & was told it would have been credited to my acc if the refund was successful. Never faced any issues of refunds from apps like Shopee/Tiktok/Grab. Such an unsafe app to use. In order to hire another Hero for the same Quest, I needed to pay AGAIN. If the Hero declines the offer they have been charged TWICE for NO SERVICE. The app states I was refunded on 4th April 2026, it’s 14th April 2026 and still no refund. Customer service even tried to blame it on Hari Raya. Ridiculous. Avoid this app at all cost.
Great app!
Probably the best app to hire anyone for almost anything.
1 Star – Great idea ruined by a terrible app experience
This app had potential, but honestly, using it feels like a complete waste of time. The idea is good — helping people find jobs and earn money — but the app itself is an absolute mess. Probably vibecoded. First, the filters are useless. You set your preferences, location, and job type… then the app just forgets everything and resets like it has memory loss. So every single time you open it, you’re back to square one doing the same setup again and again. Then comes the notification spam. Non-stop alerts, but most of them are either irrelevant, too far away, or have no proper location at all. Why am I getting random jobs from god knows where when I’m clearly looking for something local? Instead of helping you find work efficiently, this app makes you spend hours digging through rubbish just to maybe find one job that’s actually near you. It’s not organized, not localized properly, and definitely not user-friendly. At this point, it feels less like a job app and more like a time-wasting notification machine. Good intention. Horrible execution. Fix the filters, fix the location system, and stop flooding users with nonsense.
LOVE IT

developer dumb or what
how can we post or view quest when there are thousands of ads keeps popping up?
Earn Money.
Honestly, as a student that can’t really apply for any jobs due to not coming of age, this app helps me to look out for needed assistance where in return, I can earn some money to support myself financially.

Great source for sharing passion
I heard about this ad on social medias and decided to give it a shot, not realising how much of an impact I made, and would be rewarded with. This is such a good way to earn passive income, and a way to share your passion and knowledge to others. I was surprised how simple it is to navigate the app for first time users, and how responsive the Heros & Citizens are. I mean, understandably, we all have the same end goal: Complete a task :). As a Hero, you can negotiate your price as well to whatever you deem appropriate, allowing you to stand your worth. This app requires no subscription so users can freely scroll the app with minimal ad. I can see myself referring Quest to a friend and staying on this app for a long time!
Convenient & Reliable Services !
i had really good experience using Quest - Hire A Hero . The app is easy to navigate and the whole process pf posting a task and finding someone to help was smooth. I like that i can communicate directly in the app and feel secure with the payment system. Its saves time and make things more convenient, especially when you need a quick help. Definitely a useful platform and I would use it again!
