Regret buying on the platform
Customer service was appalling, they stopped replying after 2 messages. Asked for updates of an item but could not provide any real answers. Their timeline is never accurate, it’s been over 2 weeks and my item hasn’t been delivered.
Not bad for for first time users
Great app. Maybe the checkout process could be improved with a faster address search.
The fees are RIDICULOUS!!!
I thought I found a reasonable price for a pair of running shoes for ASICS at $164, and this being my very first purchase on this platform I would have thought I would have received at least free shipping because I ended up playing $34 on shipping! $19 processing fee and $16 on sales tax! That’s almost $70 worth in fees for shoes!!! I ended up paying $234!!!! I will never be using this platform again if I even receive my shoes. Absolutely ridiculous for a first time buy. I only gave 2 stars because I like the colorway of the shoes. Run far away from Novelship, you are better off just buying shoes in person at the store.
Okay
At first when I made my purchase I put in code STARTER02 Which is 15sgd off in place of the original one which was 7sgd off. Then, after changing my address, the promo code changed back to the 7sgd one, and did not alert me, which was annoying as it should know to keep the better discount. Though it was just 8 dollars, still could be improved…

Fingers crossed
Found this website confusing let’s hope the product is right
Good but should be improve.
Good apps, bought and sold a few shoes but please make a local only mode. For example i bid a shoe for rm500 but because it was from other countries i was made to pay the duty import fee rm120,delivery rm66. Now the shoes is more expensive than the one in retail shop. Better i buy from retail then..pls show a notice about the duty fee on the checkout page..

Great site, have had no issues buying products from these guys!
Do not buy from here
Reached out to staff for sizing help, when they sent the item the size was completely different to the authentic stuff

Poor customer service
Product wise it’s good. But the cancellation charges and product return costs are so high and not very transparent. Would definitely not recommend ordering if you are trying a brand for first time. You can only order if you are 100% sure of the brand and size of the product. Return and exchange process are a hassle and too much cost deduction for cancelling an order.
Purchase
Could be less in shipping and processing fee.
Fast and Reliable
Been buying with Novelship for the past 2 years, very legit store. Thank you for your service!
Misleading Return Policy & Terrible Customer Service
I paid AUD 213 for a brand-new pair of shoes. After they didn’t fit, Novelship offered me only AUD 58.04 as a refund, while keeping the original shipping fee and requiring me to pay for international return shipping. No clear explanation or breakdown of the deductions was ever provided. This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Their return process is not transparent, and I would never buy from Novelship again. Buyers should be extremely cautious.

Good product bad shipping
Thought the products are legit, shipping time is horrible, said it arrive in a few days and yet it’s taking more than 3 weeks for it to arrive. Horrendous
Numerous bug, unfriendly UI
Seller listing search box not working, showing unreal lower price at seller end for unknown reason, you guys should really fix your app.

Price gouging buggy app
Very bad , buggy unresponsive app with difficulty in making purchase , payment issues, authentication nightmares etc
Fine
Everything was fine, though customer service took a while to reply.

Great options
I love the options, there are so many amazing styles to choose from. Unfortunately both pairs I have ordered took about 5 weeks to arrive. When I queried this I got fobbed off pretty much. I think the variety is amazing but the shipping cost, time it takes to receive an order and the communication from Customer Service really needs to improve. There needs to be time penalties for suppliers if they can’t get them to the company on time. I realise an ETA is an estimated time of arrival, but when your website says it takes a few days to receive from the supplier and it actually takes weeks, that’s not good enough. Maybe your website timeframes needs to be adjusted to match actual delivery timeframes
🤩🤩🤩
GREAT APP. VERY RECOMMENDED
Bad experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Novelship. I specifically chose to buy from them despite the higher product price because they clearly advertised a fast delivery window (4–8 April). I even paid almost 3x the normal shipping cost just to ensure timely delivery, as I needed the shoes urgently. Today is 12 April, and I still have not received my order. What makes this worse is the complete lack of proper customer support. The chat system is just a bot that keeps repeating the same generic responses, with no real update or accountability. So in summary: • Paid a premium price for the product • Paid extra for expedited shipping • Delivery promise not fulfilled • No meaningful customer support The entire purpose of paying extra for fast delivery is defeated. I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on their delivery timelines, especially if you need your purchase urgently.

是很好用，但不知道為什麼幾乎每次打開都要更新
Disappointing
Ordered puma deviate elite 4 for my hyrox and was supposed to arrive March 23 but as of now April 1 still in transit
Good vs Bad
I’ve ordered twice through Novelship! The first experience was great! The second was horrible! But they seem to be able to connect on shoes that are out of stock & hard to find!
A+
Good way to get your hands on legit limited sneakers.
Express delivery is not punctual at all
I had a competition last week and I really needed these shoes because my old spikes were banned (old model). I paid over $80 for delivery because it said the shoes would arrive before my competition at the latest. However, they arrived 3 days after the competition and 5 days later than the expected delivery date. They also didn’t offer a refund or a proper solution and kept giving unhelpful responses. Because of this, I would not trust this company’s delivery service at all!!!
nice apps
Nice and no problems at all. I’d definitely use this again.

Worst ever seller
I made a blunter mistake I didn’t not read the reviews and engaged with them to order a new balance shoe , they got far away from their committed delivery date and they took it down cool and don’t take accountability for the delay ! Just said apologies for they delay ! I have order it for my sons birthday it has to be delivered 5 days before the birthday and now it’s 5 days past the birthday, I called them two days before birthday and request them to cancel the order so that I can buy it from shop and present to my son ! They bluntly rejected ! Please do not trust this vendor .
