Impossible de naviguer tranquillement sur l’appli sans qu’elle ne bug. Les filtres sont quasiment inutilisables à cause de l’appli qui recharge la page et revient en arrière toute seule. entre ces bugs et la fermeture de leur magasin, ça devient compliqué d’acheter leurs produits, dommage..
Eigentlich eine tolle App
Würde die App richtig funktionieren, wäre sie super. Tut sie nur leider nicht. Oft lädt sich nicht oder sehr langsam und hakelt. Genau so springt die App immer wieder ins Hauptmenü und man muss alles neu durchscrollen. Ebenso wird mein Handy super warm.. Echt schade

Jedesmal wenn ich mir Kleidung anschaue, auf mehr gehe, mir mehr Kleidung anschauen möchte, komme ich wieder auf die Startseite. Jedesmal wenn ich auf ein Kleidungsstück gehe komme ich wieder auf die Startseite, und wenn ich nur einmal aus der App rausgehe, bin ich direkt ausgeloggt und muss mich wieder neu einloggen, das ist echt nervig.

Die Tally Weijl App ist Super👍🏼 Bis auf das die App hängt es Lädt und Lädt🙄. Obwohl die App ist schon Aktualisiert ist und Update habe ich auch schon gemacht. Bitte verbessern!!!

App Probleme
Ich habe sowohl in der App als auch auf der Website das Problem, dass diese nicht reagieren. Es ist deshalb umständlich etwas zu bestellen. Zudem locken sie mit Rabatten, die man garnicht bekommt. Allerdings sitzen die Hosen bei mir perfekt und haben eine gute Qualität. Deswegen würde ich auch wieder dort bestellen

Die App ist sehr gut und leicht aber in der App kommt ne Benachrichtigung hole dir die App schliessen oder Download was einen nervt bitte überprüfen
Bunny Club funktioniert nicht
Ich habe mir die App extra runter geladen, da ich natürlich die möglichen Rabatte nutzen wollte. Leider funktioniert bei mir der barcode nicht, wenn ich im Bunny Club bin. Support erreichen unmöglich, ich war ewig in der Warteschleife bis ich dann aufgegeben habe. Per Mail habe ich auch noch keine Rückmeldung bekommen.

Die App ist nicht sehr gut im Handling. Ich wurde dauernd wieder gesperrt oder rausgeworfen, ohne dass ich den Grund dafür feststellen konnte.

Bin mit der App sehr zufrieden. Hier habe ich meine Bestellungen im Blick und werde über neue Kollektionen informiert und kann so gezielt shoppen.

Einfach zu bedienen. Man sieht immer direkt in der „New In“ Kategorie, welche neuen Produkte rein gekommen sind. Alles sehr übersichtlich gestaltet.
Schlecht programmiert
Man kann den Kauf nicht abschließen im Warenkorb. Außerdem bringt einen der „Zurück“Button nicht auf die vorherige Seite, sondern immer auf die Homepage

Lädt nicht
Ich habe bereites einen Account, einloggen kann ich mich jedoch nicht. Artikel von der Wunschliste oder aus dem Warenkorb verschwinden einfach. Will zum Bezahlvorgang gehen, der Bildschirm ist weiß! Bereits zum 10. mal probiert. Es ist anstrengend & geht um eine Summe nach Abzug der Coupons von 300€. Bitte behebt das!

L’app è un continuo bug. Non si riesce ad andare avanti oltre alla schermata iniziale. Impossibile fare shopping o guardare gli articoli in questo modo. Risolvete per favore

Premetto che compro solo da tally ma ultimamente i prezzi sono un po’ troppo esagerati magliette che trovi anche in altri negozi e mercato qui li paga 25€ l’app ultimamente sta dando un po’ troppi problemi si blocca sempre e se metto qualcosa nei preferiti e poi voglio toglierli li ritrovo sempre li…. Se voglio guardare un capo e ci clicco ed esco dalla pagina va subito alla pagina iniziale spero che aggiusterete questa app perché è carina ma troppo lenta

Mag die App wirklich sehr gerne alles super toll aber andauernd muss ich mich neu einloggen wenn ich sie öffne oder der Bildschrim is komplett weiß und sehe nichts weil nichts Ladet also am Internet liegt es definitiv nicht weils bei anderen Apps auch nicht so ist bitte unternehmt etwas.

Not so good experience
My experience with the APP is not good. Its hangs and from last 1 hour , I am trying to checkout my products with the promotion code and its not working. They have nice collection but everything is a waste if user experience and interaction with the app is not good.

Quest’app è davvero carina , ovviamente le taglie sono più per ragazzi , l’unico problema è che nel sito e anche nella realtà i prezzi sono un po’ aumentati perché un vestito adesso costa credo 25,00€ ma prima si diceva che telly WEiJL fosse da un negozio da quattro soldi . Le poche volte che sono andata nel negozio uscivo con un vestito e una maglietta 60€ , mi sembra un po’ esagerato ( ovviamente questi sono i miei pareri ) però per i resti tutto va bene ❤️

Es ist sehr angenehm in der App zu shoppen weil man dort dann die warenkörbe gespeichert hat und auch die Bestellungen verfolgen kann💗

Always shows error needs to change password . Then again disable account ! Product which is available in the website is not available in the app ! Needs update
Love the brand but the app is terrible
This app is far from a well-functioning app. For example, when you save a lot of stuff in the desired list, you can only see the first few items. Generally, it needs a lot of work to function like the apps of Mango or Zara. But I love the brand and the clothes anyway.

Leider stürzt die App jedes Mal ab wenn ich versuche meine Bestellung abzuschicken. Egal ob mit WLAN, mobilem Internet etc. Es funktioniert einfach nicht, was echt frustrierend ist. Die App ist optisch wirklich schön gemacht und finde es ne tolle Aktion dass man Rabatt bekommt momentan wenn man diese nutzt..dafür müsste sie aber auch funktionieren ☹️ ansonsten ist der Rabatt bald abgelaufen und ich kann mir den Einkauf nicht mehr leisten 😔
Promo codes don’t work
The app is way better than last year. It doesn’t crash all the time anymore. But it’s the third time the promo codes don’t apply when I try to use them. That sucks. I hope the customer service can help without me having to order new.
