Can’t withdraw Sats - Support hasn’t helped
I’ve been playing this game a long time. Recently, something is going wrong with the withdraw option. I used to be able to withdraw my sats to ZBD any time. Now it’s been weeks and I can’t withdraw my sats. I contacted support and they have no helpful solution at this time.
New updates?
Does this game update any? I’ve been playing for almost a year now and have been waiting for new levels for 2-3 months now. I play the daily challenge almost daily but would like more do to. Thanks!
Used to love it
I used to love this game, but they keep changing it, making it harder to rotate shoes (daily challenge) while other areas of the game are easier to rotate. The last few months I’ve noticed that the coins I’ve earned in the game are depleting, even though I am not spending them. I am about done with the game.

Love it when it works…
Great game, but always freezes! I have to exit out and go back in…then to find that I lost a life. I’ve updated it, uninstalled and reinstalled, but it still keeps freezing. Please fix this. Update: Tried to reach out to support within the game app, but now it won’t even load to check if they responded. The app loads and then turns black. Haven’t been able to play in weeks. I guess it’s time to uninstall indefinitely.
Level 329 freezes third time
Bottom middle square- there are 3 keys bellow 3 pearls and 3 cracked pots. There are rows of diamonds on top. After the pearls are removed, I make a tile row which includes two of the keys. They are supposed to unlock 2 locks, which automatically removes 2 rows of diamonds, but only the top of the diamond rows disappears, and the game freezes (the app doesn’t crush) the game in no longer responsive to any touch of the screen. I’m using iOS 15.7 on iPhone SE.

The game is a good way to calm down,you need bitcoins? Braindoku, thanks to Braindoku I am full of bitcoins and I think you should play it, I think you could be as good as me
Bitcoin Withdrawal
game is fun and challenging. ZBD app states that you can withdrawal bitcoins at anytime. In the Braindoku app, I dont see anywhere to withdrawal bitcoins. Where do I find lobby room and place to tap for adding ZBD to cash out bitcoins via iphone?? Also your support team within app, is saying we cant cash out bitcoins but can buy.
Great game
Would give 5 stars if the instruction “place the figure on the field” went away, that’s rather obvious, it also covers the field annoyingly. I’m also a bit dubious about the scoring system it needs to be more obvious, I swear sometimes it doesn’t change at all even after three blocks have been cleared all at once. Update. Another thing that would polish the game is fixing game ending bugs such as the missed flip figure bug described in other reviews. You should be able to see the endgame field instead of just the game over screen , the game has ended prematurely a number of times yet I can’t see why. Thanks again! Game has changed massively since I “bought” the game, and originally wrote this review.I am now being inundated with ads again and pressed intensively to buy subscription. Not happy. Will probably delete.
What happened?
I patiently watch ad after ad after ad to play this game for free. But suddenly today, I’m required to pay for a subscription to access older daily challenges when they used to be free. Time to delete.
Free Play mode……GONE?!
What just happened to Free Play mode? Although the app is still good and fun to earn days for the ZBD account, but since I started using the app, I really enjoyed it a lot with the free play feature in the app. And now, without it, it’s starting to get a little bit boring. I would really appreciate it if you bring back the Free Play mode to the app because in my opinion, it is more enjoyable to play than the mission mode. Any updates about the free play mode would be totally appreciated!

I have downloaded and re-downloaded and tried multiple times but the game stalls immediately after that first “tutorial” type level that first comes up. After I wrote this review it started to work again - I’m enjoying it now.
Hate the changes
I used to love this game. Then they changed it to only “Journey” format. I am lucky to play 1 round a day now. I used to enjoy it for hours, but it’s just no longer fun

I like the game and have been playing for bout a month and I still haven’t gotten any bitcoin. It’s a decent game but I’m only here to earn the bitcoin I will give it couple more weeks and if there is no bitcoins to earn there is no me playing it

I like this game but it has a bug
I can only play the daily challenge. When I hope to the main game it won't let me past the level 31. It says make a combination with the candle but nothing works.
Terrible update
Can’t get the games to load. Tried the free game and it kept telling me that I was out of sync. Tried closing and am told out of sync, before I even got in.

Ever since Friday December 11 2022 I have not been able to open my game! It stops loading half way so upset. I word play this game daily . Flustered to say the least
WOW!
In these crazy times and when I can afford the time, I just want to mentally escape. This game provides a “staycation” at home. The themes are gorgeous and the developer is regularly adding new ones. I’m challenged every game with NO anxiety in figuring out strategies. When I want to “stop and smell the roses” this is definitely an option!
Used to love but no more
I purchased this a few years ago but apparently that counts for squat now. I loved this game and had some great scores racked up. But now I no longer have access to my old games and the original style of game play is gone. The new version is horrible, the new monetized version screws people who bought it previously, so goodbye Braindoku!

I’m already at level 21 and I have yet to see any bitcoin. Also not seeing a withdraw option. And for a app that doesn’t actually have payouts, they sure run a lot of ads.

My game froze a week ago and all the coins and bitcoin why did my game lock up it starts loading then dose'nt make it past the half way point. If i restart i will lose all my butcoin and game cins what can i do? I like the game but also don't want to lose my stuff! Thank you
Buggy and now unusable
Given this 2 stars because before the latest adfest update I did enjoy using it despite a couple of odd bugs and having to watch an ad occasionally. Now with the latest update with ‘themes’ not only are the ads on screen more than the puzzle, but it’s impossible to switch off the ad music/sound effects. Just deleted it. Not worth the annoyance.

I enjoy playing the game but can transfer my Satoshis to my ZEBEDEE account. Error message reads. Your connection is unstable. You won’t be getting Satoshis if you proceed. This applies to my IPhone and my Samsung Tab
change your ad
The ad for this game suggests that only those with IQ over 220 can beat it. Since that IQ is statistically impossible, it makes me wonder about the brain power of the developers. Otherwise, the game is the same as other games with different graphics.
Fun until recent update
I was really enjoying this game until the most recent update where they added some new feature that makes everything way more difficult, with no option to turn this feature off. It’s a shame that I was enjoying the game so much and it will soon be another in my list of forgotten games.

Frustrating
What started out as a good solid game has turned into a frustrating one the every new update contains a number of problems. The latest stops the game saying no more moves when there are plenty of moves. Don’t get hooked on a game that was once good but now is unplayable.
Just enough challenge make you relaxed
I'm an old lady, so I do like a little challenge in my game play, but not so much I give up the first day. This is a really chill game. Only thing that kinda bothers me is the wording on the pages that show your placement. It should be this: 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th. After 4th, everything after the number ends in "th". At the moment you have it like this: 1th 2th 3st And so on. This is incorrect. Please fix! I used to edit a lot of localization for packaging a long time ago, so I get how difficult translation from other languages to English can be a real pain in the butt cheeks! 😉 Thanks for the game and the improvements you've brought to it the last couple of years!

Like game-addicting but locks up and loses points
Many times the game locks up and closes out losing all the progress of the current session. Would like an ad free version that is available on the app store instead of clicking on an ad that looks like a scam.

You will get a pop ad telling you that you are out of moves (but can buy more) when the board is half empty. What a cheat.
Every time it updates I lose progress.
Last time it updated I went down from 8k points to 4K points. The time before that it wiped out a game that was over 120k points. I hate that, so now I deleted the app. Pity, cos I liked the game itself.

Very disappointed with the amount of ads you have to watch even though the game is £5.99. No ads should mean no ads. I like the game but not the ways your duped into buying it with no ads! !!! When you have to watch them every time you want to flip a shape (3) moves then another ad?

Recently jewels started appearing in the game that were not there before. Can these be removed and is there a mode to play as the game was before? Please advise. I’d give more stars but game with jewels is totally different game.
