What they complain about

- Too many long, annoying ads.
Ad display glitch
When out of moves and one chooses to view an ad to continue, after the ad closes, the “busy” icon remains spinning . To resume normal play, one has to close and reopen the app.
Freezes
I’ve been playing for years with over 2800 wins. Recently, the app started to freeze. The only fix that worked was powering off my 16 pro max and restarting. Tonight, that didn’t work either, so i deleted the app as I’ve done times before. When I reloaded the app, I’m now back at the game 1 intro level. Is there a way to restore my status? Disappointed!
Adverts
Good game but there too many adverts, Temu in particular, that just lock-up and you have restart the game from the start.
Game freezes on Temu ads
The longer Temu ads cause the game to freeze and you then can’t claim your reward for watching. I tried to contact support via the in-game link but the button has stopped working. I also see the last update was 6 months ago. What’s going on?
Used to be good
I do like this game, but now it freezes when the short ad plays at the end of each game. You have to close down and restart-why?
Too many ads
This game would be so much more fun with less ads. The ads that do come on are extremely long or lock up the iPad so that we have to reboot often.
Frustrating
I enjoy the game, however, every time I have to watch an ad and then go back to the game it doesn't refresh just get that annoying circle. Then when I opt to choose a helping aid and watch a video it doesn't allow me to use the aid I get that frustrating circle that just keeps spinning. Deleting the game I'm so fry
What happened?
I have been playing this for a long time. I had an issue and had to delete it and reload. Now it looks totally different like the brown blocks. Settings won’t let me change the color or theme. May seem dumb but it annoys me.
Pop up ads
Now, advertising pops up multiple times in the middle of the game. Unacceptable
Love what developers do but…..
Have a number of mobilityware games and they are great as is this. The 3 stars and the but is how the adverts are configured or applied. Get need revenue but wow you pause an ad, ads that freeze the game, endless ads for Royal Match and so on. There is a cracking game here that is hidden away by ads…..
Great game but…
I love laying this game but unless you want to pay all the time, the ads are ridiculous to make a move.
Horrible app
You have to watch an ad just to rotate block pieces every time. HOW GREEDY DO THESE DEVS HAVE TO BE? Immediately deleted.
The ad for Vita puzzles is broken
This ad (Vita puzzles) runs on multiple Mobilityware games and is broken. It prevents you from actually getting to the game. Get it fixed or take their ad down, please.
Like the game but...
It takes so long to play a level. The ads are terrible. I have to watch long ads just to be able to get a free tile or to be able to turn a piece around. If you get behind, it's almost impossible to catch up. I deleted it once because of the length of the game and later reinstalled it. But still having this same issue. I'm not going to buy turns, I can't! I'm ready to delete it permanently. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE, I DELETED THE GAME!
Click Bait Game
I sent a review about this game being click bait once before. I somehow allowed myself to continue. Now the game regularly pops up that Amazon Survey malware mid game.
Like the game but shooting ads?
They showed a game where people are shooting at each other. The next time I see that ad I will delete the game.
Needs updating
I really enjoy this game. Except……it freezes constantly. There is no way to get around it. I have to delete the app and reinstall it. And I have to start all over again at Level One. Please please fix this problem. I don’t think I will reinstall it if it freezes again.
Royal Blast Ads
I actually love your game! I have won over 3500 games. It’s the first thing I do in the morning after I read the news. I don’t mind most of the 5, 15, and 30 second ads, but recently I have been getting nothing but Royal Blast ads. It’s bad enough to watch just one of those ads, but 12 in a row!!! That’s ridiculous! Royal Blast must be paying you tons of money to run their ad several times a day! If I have to sit through another one of their ads, I will delete this game and give you a terrible rating! Please remove some of these ads. Thank you.
Game keeps crashing
This is a pretty good game, but it’s frustrating when the game crashes several days in a row.
Was one of my favorite games
I play this game daily and I love it, but as expensive as it was to play ad-free in the past -for 2 weeks - now you’ve increased the price and for ONE lousy week. So disappointing.
Ads are annoying
I love the game but hate the time wasted by ads intending to trick you into buying. I’d rather buy the game and be rid of the irritation!
Ads horrible
Could be a fun game without the awful ads.
Great game but…..
This was a great game until a couple of weeks ago when in the middle of a game a very loud continuous drum beat starts up and even switching my iPad off and on doesn’t remove it. It’s not every time I play it that it happens it’s random but it ruins the game. Can this problem be solved please. You obviously didn’t read my comment properly. I said I WAS enjoying it until an annoying loud drum beat suddenly starts in the middle of a game, please sort this out.
Memory hog becomes unplayable
I have an iPhone 8. I do like this game but after 15 or 20 minutes it seems to use up all available memory then slows down and eventually I have to force reboot my phone. Seems to start after the 7th or 8th ad plays. Nearly positive it’s this app as I did quite a bit of testing on it. Hopefully this gets fixed. Otherwise I’ll be playing Sagadoku in the meantime. Edit: looks like this issue was also reported on December 16 2021 and still exists 7 months later. Not to encouraged by this.
Tetra block
Been playing this game for a while, but recently can’t get on it, watch ad and then it cuts out. Before I would have given it 5 stars, now you get 3
Relax and win
Enjoyed playing. Can rest whenever. Can come back at any time
A failed app.
Sadly, the app developer is not resolving the issue with this app, still, even after I’ve sent an email message to report it. Therefore, I will uninstall the app.
Alot of fun! Too bad there are alot of 30 second ads
This game is alot of fun, but……. Many of the ads are 30 seconds long, which wastes alot of time. The 15 second ads are bad enough!! - I just set my phone down after 5-10 seconds anyway. I would like to pay for ad free, but you have to keep paying over and over and over. I wish they had a one-time ad free option.
Love the game hate the ads
I am sick of ads on this game and was looking for an alternate similar game. Based on a review here It looks like there is an way to avoid the ads so I will try that before I do anything else.
Same oh same oh
I feel like I'm playing the same level over and over and over and over and over again
Great game
Addicting. Ads are only 5 seconds. Love it.
I USED to love this game
I used to really love this game. Played it all the time, my favorite. About a month ago, I started getting pop-up ads that would come up after every 3 moves. It was a Toyota ad. Contacted support about it. Supposed to be fixed - a few days later, same thing started. Contacted support again. Supposed to be fixed. Happened again for the third time - again contacted support. Each time I did everything suggested. Did not play for about a week. Decided to try it today and now a McDonald’s ad pops up on the second game I played. Of course, ad comes up after ever 2-3 moves. I’ve had it with Mobilityware. All the games I have are by them. Since they can’t seem to fix the ad bug, I’m done with them. Deleted!!!
Ads that don’t give you an X
I enjoy your game but several ads don’t give you a choice to op out. One is called Pocket Style. Never ends! I have complained before with another ad a while ago. They don’t give you a way to stop the ad after 30 seconds. Quitting Tetra Block.Another ad, Seekers just got stuck. It isn’t my computer, it’s your ads,
Game play is okay but ads hang game up
The general games play is good but all the ads to get to rotate a piece is problematic that the developers don’t seem to want to fix. I play a lot of their games but this one is the worst. Even though the ads are terrible you can do a better job programming for glitching ads that don’t crash your game. I am done playing this game.
Good game but has big problems
The ads freeze all the time and you have to keep restarting, it’s very frustrating. If this problem was resolved it would be a really nice game.
2 many
2 many ads
Ad causes blocks to be placed in unwanted places
I only play Mobilityware games! They are the only ones that challenge my brain. Lately, they gotten so annoying. This one, I’ve only played for about two months. The past couple days a Toyota ad pops up when I try to place a block. It places the block where I have no intention of placing that block. I have to x out of the ad. To do so, I have remove my finger from the screen which places the block. I tried not lifting my finger and it still places the block. Their puzzle app is doing the same. I’m deleting both!
Good but!
I love playing this game both on my iPad and phone. Today I haven’t been able to play on either the iPad or phone. The game won’t load and screen stays stuck on “mobility ware”. Is this a new problem. A couple of weeks ago I had trouble on my phone that it was slow to register a movement. I deleted account and restarted, it’s been fine since then until today. Wondered if update had affected access ability.
Problem back!!
Fun game but the frozen screens make it impossible to enjoy!!!!!! Game says no more room, when clearly there is plenty of room, NOT COOL!!!!
Adverts
Love the game but really annoyed that you cannot delete adverts permanently. If I was able to remove adverts forever then I would give 5 stars but sadly I can only give it 3 stars
Nancy
I love Tetra Block, it is fun to play and I also love the jigsaw puzzles. Work them every day. Thanks
McDonald’s ad
Enjoyed this game until just recently. They have an add for McDonals that interrupts not only the game but also other ads so it takes longer to get back to the game. The game plays for about 30 seconds or so before the ad interrupts again. It’s VERY annoying.
Update problem
Been playing this game for a while. Very good, but takes all the cpu power. Jammed 27JUL21 on startup loading, and no longer functions.
Game freezes iPad
I love to playTetraBlock. Since I have installed it, after I finish a couple of games, when it normally shows some sort of ad, it freezes my iPad. I can’t change apps or turn it off. I have to wait for the iPad to time out and go to sleep before I can us it again. I hope there is a fix soon. Bummer!
Remove ads cost
I love this game and would give it 5 stars if not for the ads. I’ve been playing for some time-at first the ads were horrible then they got a little better and now they’re bad again. Was excited when the pop up appeared about getting rid of ads. But $9.99 for 7 days? Are you kidding me?? That’s just ridiculous. I’d probably even pay $20 to get rid of the ads permanently but not $10 for a week.
It’s Back!
Thanks for fixing whatever the problem was🙂
Ruined by greed
This was a great game! Then the ads got longer and longer. Now a 2 minute game has a 45 to 60 second ad, and some of them interrupt the game as you're placing a piece so it ends up not going where you planned. Not worth it.
Brilliant game that sticks to often
Brilliant game except when pressing to watch a video for to get a add on or to continue the app sticks and won't unstick
Too many ads
The fact that I takes you watch an ad before you can even load up an episode is just ridiculous.
Yeah, Great but ...
Puzzle pieces fit and you’re doing great but then all of a sudden, you get pieces that don’t fit—and you were so close to winning this one. Oh! You can continue (so you don’t have to start all over again) but first ... you have to watch a 30-second ad. Then ... guess what? You WIN! So watch the ad, win the game. That’s what it’s all about.
