清晰、流畅，截图、返录，功能实用，夜视也好，有中英文和其他囯家语言，个人认为这是一个不错的选择。
刚装好这个安防监控，画面清晰，操作流畅。下载了这个软件，折腾了大半天还是不行，后来联系到客服，客服指导操作，原来就这么简单，没有想象中那么复杂。

Getting network error
When I try to connect the device, I get a network error. However, it works fine on Android.

When you need to view the replay, there are no markers indicating when motion was detected on the timeline, so if you don't know the exact time, you won't find it 🤦🏻♂️. Aside from that, it works perfectly.

This app is complete junk. Lags, buffers, crashes. If you have a camera system that uses this app do not get them. WORST APP!!!!

Pros and cons
I have been using this app for more than 4 years now and had no problem till the last year . All of a sudden, ads has been popping out as I open the app and now many a times it shows network error message which is irrelevant and it’s shows even when I am on stable network. The most irritating parts are ads and network issues and rest I feel I is a nice cctv app and can be improved with better colour settings of the app rather the current one.

По большей части времени не работает, пишет «устройство оффлайн». Проверяем все, все работает, а приложение не работает… В целом все норм, кроме качества работы. Вот только не понятно, кто не работает приложение или устройство косячит?

Todo bien a excepción de las notificaciones a mi celular, no llegan solo cuando la app está abierta y ya revisé todo lo que pude y nada funcionó.

После обновления не показывает красные тревожные события на зеленой полосе прокрутки. Алгоритмы тревожных событий работают странно, много ошибок. Нет параметра задержки тревожного события, может каждую секунду ругаться на одно и тоже

Not a great app - constant network errors so unable to view my cameras. When the app is working half the settings aren’t available for eg the speed of the playback. The tech support is non existent as well so if you have an issue… tough.

This is a terrible app! It made all my cameras disappear as soon as i put them up n then they just stop showing up on the monitors and i cant even sign back into my account on the app because it keeps giving me an error message!! I starting to feel like yall done took over my cameras!!

En un inicio funcionaba muy bien . Ahora no me deja acceder a las grabaciones de días anteriores, ni capturas , me termina sacando de la aplicación Porfavor apoyen en dar soporte a su aplicación

1. Туповатый и не удобный интерфейс. Не нужно изобретать велосипед, чтобы сделать удобную программу. Просто скопируйте xmeye. На мой взгляд это самое удобное облако и программа для просмотра. Из-за чего с регистратором на облаке topscloud мне придется расстаться. Бесит. 2. Раз в несколько дней слетает авторизация. Приходится вводить длинный пароль каждый раз. Бесит.
