Disappointed
I’m glad I didn’t spend money on this. It was a gift & I was pretty excited about it. But, Every time I open the app to control the vacuum, it says it’s not online. I have connected it too many times. I also am not impressed with the vacuum itself. It leaves a lot of stuff behind like it’s suction is very minimal.

Fait le job. Le mien est un Q11. Très efficace, extrait plat mais fragile. Le mien a rendu l’âme au bout d’un an 1/2. Plus d’aspiration et une roue HS. Échange standard par Amazon La garantie en direct avec le constructeur est de 1 an, mais si achat en France, c’est 2 ans via le distributeur.

Please fix an App I wanted to keep this Robot (Neabot 2)
Three stars is for an App only I just got the Neabot vacuum and mop with automatic dust collector for a few days and I love it but this App is really bad to use . The user friendly buttons is not organized good and icons is hard to know what they are until I clicked on it . when the Robot is running out of water it’s doesn’t send me a notification or the robot itself says anything either , besides other stuffs like , got stuck , put dust collector in robot to run ….. This robot should gets a 5 stars if the App is good , Tuyu app for other brand of robot that looks and works just like this Neabot 2 it’s App is way way better and very easy and understands . Please fix an App 🙏 Thanks

Shortcuts Integration wäre gut
Zuerst mal das positive. Wer seinen Roboter direkt mit einem 2.4Ghz Netzwerk verbindet wird mit der Einrichtung keine Probleme bekommen. Zeitpläne und Karten erstellen lief alles problemlos. Gut finde ich auch, dass man die Sprache des Roboters umstellen kann. Automatische Raumunterteilung funktioniert ok aber man kann sie einfach selber einteilen. Was mir leider fehlt wäre eine Anbindung an Smart Home außer Alexa usw. API oder Shortcuts Integration wäre meiner Meinung nach schon ein guter Anfang. Automationen gibt es in der App nicht wirklich. (Zb unter der Woche anfangen zu saugen aber nur wenn ich nicht zuhause bin usw…)
Needs work
It’s annoying to have it keep asking you to login. I mean come on it’s a vacuum cleaner, not your bank account. Also, if you move it to a different floor, it completely loses ALL the zoning and room information for your original floor.

This machine won’t even charge as it sits at its doc station until you try to use it. When it starts it will go directly to the last place it got stuck. Also, if you are a person with long hair, you’ll have to spend ten minutes detangling all the wheels after each use. I promise it is so much easier to just sweep the floor than it is to use this terrible, malfunctioning device.

徐々に良くなり徐々に劣化中
当初は使い物にならなかったアプリも、だんだん良くなって来たなぁと思っていたのに、 •行った変更がすぐに反映されない。 •リアルタイムで軌跡が見られなくなった。 •タンクの水切れを通知しなくなった。 •急にサイドブラシが外れるようになった。(自分で踏んでるんじゃ•••？) •極め付けは充電スポットへの帰還率が激減した。 などなど(2022年2月現在) 2021年の12月頭辺りがピークだったように思う。 今は故障で連絡するか迷うレベル。 ピークまで戻れば星5なんで、期待を込めて星3です。 最近調子良かったのに、清掃履歴が見られなくなり、ログアウトしたらログイン出来なくなった。

Die negativen Bewertungen beziehen sich darauf, dass die Leute es nicht hin bekommen eine WLAN Verbindung herzustellen. Zur Erklärung, wie es bereits in der App erwähnt ist, es geht NUR eine Verbindung über das 2.4Ghz Frequenzband. Trennt also Eure Access Points einfach auf. Das automatische einteilen ging bei mir auch nicht, sprich dass der Router entscheidet ob 2.4 oder 5Ghz verwendet werden sollen. Bei mir funktioniert alles einwandfrei und ich bin mit der App zufrieden 👍🏻.
Stopped sending Notifications
I can’t tell you how many emails I have sent to Neabot support about issues I find. Nothing ever gets fixed. It’s sad because your vacuum works great but the apps are terrible. Using this app, I no longer receive any notifications with the vacuum and believe this Hass to be something to do with iOS 16. I never had any issues receiving notifications and they have now stopped and I have tried this on three separate iPhones and two different iPads, and none receive any notifications. Although I have tried using the new app that Neabot recommends the Neakasa app which I find to be a downgrade. It no longer has a “ no mop area” which I find crazy because this vacuum is supposed to do mopping, but you can’t sit in Area tonight mop like you could with the Neabot app. Anytime I email support with an app issue. I’m told the same response that they will let Engineering know but nothing ever gets fixed and there’s never any updates. Start listening sooner or later. People are no longer going to buy your robot vacuums due to the lack of support.

まず、アプリはちょっと癖があって操作性が慣れるまで迷います。一時停止からの再開、中断からの充電など。使用し続けるとリアルタイムで位置情報が送られてこなくなります。アプリを一旦ログアウトすると直ります。 マップの編集についてundo 機能が無いのは致命的で、誤ってクリアをタップしてしまうと全てやり直しになる。 Q11に関しては清掃能力は高いですが、ステーションへのゴミ回収の能力がイマイチ。使用環境が土足履き店舗なので一概に一般家庭の使用と比較してはいけないのは分かりますが、ダストボックスに回収出来なかったゴミ（砂、綿ぼこり）が残存し、プレフィルターには綿ぼこりがへばり付いています。 結局毎回人力でお掃除しなりとダメなので、ここら辺はダストボックス全体の改良ポイントかと思います。

細かく設定できるので非常に助かってます。一点だけ要望があるとしたら、ごみ収集をスケジュールしたいです。音が大きいので、週一とかにしたい。。
Worst app ever
Having to check a box for license agreement EVERY time you login is ridiculous. Didn’t the company ever write a user friendly program? English is so badly done, the directions make no sense. Beware of this poor poor poor software. I unfortunately bought the Nono m1 plus. Never from this company again.

（2022.5.24） 自動清掃、復活しました！ アップデートがあったわけでもないようなので謎ですが、復活したのでよし！ ありがとうございます！ 我が家はこれで十分です！ ---------- 何が起きたんでしょうか… 機器の再起動、機器の清掃、アプリの再ダウンロードを試してもオフライン続きです。 とうとう数日定期清掃をしなくなりました。 とても好きな機器だっただけに復活してほしいのですが、アプリのアップデートもされないまま３ヶ月たっているようです。 （2022.5.18現在） 低評価レビューが続いています。 ご覧いただけているのでしょうか…？ 多くの方にバグが発生しているようなので、ご確認ください。
Nice unit garbage software
It’s sad that such a nice quiet robot vacuum is neglected by its software. I can’t even get the software to remember my password from use to use.
Dust Management (Seriously!)
Dust management is a joke, there are no options but to never empty. It takes most of 2 hours to clean house, with the smaller dust bin I imagine is full of carpet fibers within an hour. The next hour of cleaning is just blowing dirt around with the dust bin already full. Whoever took the dust management out with the 30-60-90 minute options sure knows how to kill robovac sales. The lack of this option may result in my sending this one back!

最初のWi-Fiの設定でわかっていながらも 2.4Gと5Gを間違えて選び時間を要しましたが 繋がってからは特に不具合もなく 健気に動いてくれています。 購入してアプリをいざダウンロードしようと思ったら あまりの低評価の多さにびっくりしてましたが そんな事なくて安心してます😂 これからもNeabot q11には健気に頑張って貰います！
Great machines, horrible app
One of the few apps that I constantly need to “re-login” after every update. Poorly design and confusing interface with sometimes questionable English. Too many clicks to do anytbing. Most importantly password security is HORRIBLE. If you use randomized passwords with numbers and symbols it will probably be “too complicated” and not accepted. The @ and $ are great examples.
Super Hardware, gute Software
mit ein wenig Verbesserungspotential. Wir haben den N2. Robotin (Hardware) saugt sehr zufriedenstellend und er kommt auch gut über Hindernisse (manchmal braucht er 2 Anläufe) wie die Kufen der Esszimmer-Stühle. Die Software funktioniert gut und wenn einmal nach einem Update falsche Bezeichnungen im Menu sind ist das nicht perfekt wird aber beim nächsten Update behoben. Schön wäre die Möglichkeit alle Benachrichtigungen auf einmal zu löschen, vielleicht kommt das ja in einem der nächsten Updates

何度やってもネットワーク接続に失敗したと表示されてしまいます。 1度本体側の電源を切ると(？)スケジューリングしていた掃除の予定までリセットされるので、今は仕方なく手動でスタートさせています…不便。 ネットワーク接続さえスムーズにいけば使いやすかったと思うのですが。改善お願いします！

続編レビューです。 購入機はNeabotN2で端末はiPhone12miniで取得。9.24に接続エラーでサポートのメールを依頼し、数度のやり取りの末、9.27に利用開始できました。 おそらく原因はマンション備え付けのWifiのHz帯があっていなかったことでした。2.4GHzのポケットWiFiで何度か試した結果ようやく接続完了！ 2日間ほど動作確認しながらアプリとの連携を見ましたが、間取りの把握や吸引量、水量などリアルタイムで確認でき、禁止エリアの設定も完璧です。スケジュール機能もエリア･時間･曜日など細かく調整でき、文句無しです。 5年前に購入したルンバ870の買い替えで購入しましたが、アプリ接続自体が無かったので、比較できない程に機能が充実しています。 アプリの操作性についても直感で分かるので、大きな問題は感じません。 接続の部分で時間を要しましたが、自分の確認不足が原因なので、アプリの評価は★5としてます。 これから快適な清掃スタイルが送れそうです。 サポートメールに対応いただきありがとうございました。
This Broken App Makes my $400 Useless
I used this app successfully from October 2022-December 2022. Now, the app just sends me to the log in page in a loop.

部分エリアで掃除してくれないエリアがある
すべてのメインエリアの場合は全部掃除してもらえますが、カーペットの部分を除いて指定したりすると指定したはずのエリアなのに掃除完了で戻ってくる。 一定期間ログインしていないとログインを求められるのもなんとかしてほしい。

何とか設定はできたけどエリアが真っ白で何も設定できない。とりあえず問い合わせしたので返信を待とうと思います。楽しみです。
清掃回数50回目でのレビュー
今日で50回目を迎えました。 故障等はありません。 マッピングも完璧です。 アプリもかなり優秀で素人でも使いこなせるのではないかと思います。 メインエリアと全てのエリアの項目以外はほぼ使うことがありませんが笑 完璧なマップを星印でお気に入りして保存しておけば1台で1階と2階を掃除させられます。 ただ持ち運びすら面倒なので２台目購入予定です。 あと購入時にアンケートとレビュー投稿に答えると無料で補修部品等がもらえます。 中国製という不安はあるものの今のところはお値段以上の働きですね😄
Great Hardware. Garbage software
Amazing vacuum but the app is absolute trash. Constantly disconnects, kicks me out and now it keep stating no internet connectivity. Developer: please readjust your focus to fix the app first! Can’t even use the vacuum now since I can’t log in.

Love this vacuum, however user interface is severely lacking. Bad English translations, the “Go” button is on top of other elements and no option for periodic dust collection. On top of all this they removed my last review I posted!! Not cool!!
Hate new update
Not a fan of the new update. Used to have an option to empty the dust collection 30, 45, and 60 mins into a cycle. Now the shortest time is after every cycle. I’ve got 2 dogs that shed and having the 30min cycle works to make sure it doesn’t get too full with hair. Now it doesn’t clean very well cause the bin full mid cycle and I have it scheduled to vacuum 3x a week.

Nice hardware terrible software
It will not use 5G Wi-Fi - only 2.4 Wi-Fi (in today’s world)??? It takes the record for the clumsiest software install in many years. I used their web mail form asking for assistance. 24 hours later - no response. So now I have a really nice robot vacuum, most of whose features I cannot use.
