I recently purchased the Lydsto W2, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. From setup to performance, this robot cleaner is a game-changer for maintaining a spotless home. Setup: Setting up the Lydsto W2 was a breeze. The app guided me step-by-step, and the connection process was seamless. Within minutes, the robot was connected to Wi-Fi and ready to go. The instructions were clear, and even first-time users will have no trouble getting started. Features I Loved: • Powerful Cleaning: The 5000Pa suction is perfect for picking up dust, debris, and pet hair. It worked efficiently on both carpets and hard floors. • Advanced Mopping: The dual mop system removes stubborn stains effortlessly. The ability to clean the mop pads automatically at the base station is incredibly convenient, and the hot air drying ensures there’s no musty smell. • Smart Navigation: The LDS laser navigation is incredibly accurate. It mapped my home quickly and planned efficient cleaning routes, even avoiding obstacles like furniture and cables. • App Integration: The app is user-friendly and provides plenty of customization options. I can schedule cleanings, define no-go zones, and even track its progress in real-time. Improvements: While it’s nearly perfect, I wish the water tanks were slightly larger for even longer cleaning sessions. However, this is a minor issue considering how efficient the system is overall.
No support
I have been submitting tickets since April. There have been no resolutions. Dust bin should empty after each room for example. My map disappeared and reappeared and then wasn’t recognized and then gone for good. If I could past a picture you would see. Device is great but the app killed it.

Firmware update
The firmware never finishes its update. What are ideal conditions to allow for a smooth update? Up to this point the robot never fully cleans the pool, the battery dies quickly and it can never return to its charging station independently. Very disappointing experience so far.

Harita Sorunu
Yaklaşık 6 aydır haritalarıma giremiyorum. Haritalar arası geçiş yapamıyorum. Bu sorun düzeltilir diye hep bekledim. Ama uygulamada sorun var ve okuduğum yorumlarda bunu herkeste görebiliyorum. Aynı şikayet var. Uygulamaya bir güncelleme yapar mısınız? Zaten bu sorun uygulama güncellenmesinden sonra yaşandı. Lütfen yorumları dikkatte alınız ve düzeltmeleri yapınız. Elektrik kesildiğinde istasyonu kapanıyor ve onu evde aramaya çıkıyor. Buna artık 5 yıl oldu kullanalı hala bir yenilik getirmemeniz hayret edici. Bakalım ne zaman güncellemeler yapılacak?!?!?

Bikaç yıldır kullanıyorum aslında bi sıkıntı yoktu ama son zamanlarda süpürme işlemi bittikten sonra yerine gidiyo başka bi zaman çalıştırmak istediğimde şuan çalışıyor dio ve göndermek istediğim odaya gitmiyo.çözemedim neden ?

Slow unstable app
The app is slow and has a significant delay when communicating to the vacuum robot. Sometimes it is unresponsive. Pretty annoying.
Works fine
Not sure why all the negative reviews. Maybe a recent update fixed some of those issues but so far for me it has worked great and the app seems to provide all the basic functionality needed to operate our vacuum. Sure there could be some improvements, things could be polished a bit which will hopefully happen as they continue to develop the app. So far happy with the app and vacuum, though I am concerned if vacuum breaks how do I take advantage of the two year warranty as I haven’t found a way to submit a warranty claim online. It would be nice if they made a way to do that from within the app.
Keeps forgetting the map
This app would be fine if it would keep the map. Every day or so I have to check why the scheduled cleaning job didn’t start and the app says there is no map so it doesn’t have a schedule. So, I go in to my maps and there is my one and only saved map but I have to tell it to switch to it. Then I have to re enter the schedules. Next day the same thing happens and I end up starting all over again.

This app is terrible and needs to be resigned. Needs better clarification of options, but also more control and options over robot vacuum functionality.

Need to update and map house very update
About once a month theres an update and you have to remap the house. I got this so i can clean a room at a time so i dont need to pick things off the ground for the whole house. Its annoying to have to do this so often. I have to babysit the vacuum, because it always gets stuck. It also doesnt work at all sometimes. ~~The mop feature doesn't work too. You can only use water and theres just kinda no point. ~~~Everything else is great though i wish theyd stop updating the software. The best feature is the trash drop off at the base. It saves a lot of time!

Uygulama çok kullanışlı değil ancak iş görüyor. Haritası sıfırlanan arkadaşlar, harita sıfırlandığında “şarj et” deyip şarja göndetin ve haritalarımdan eski haritalarınızdan birini tekrardan seçin ve yükleyin. Düzeliyor. Eğer düzelmezse tekrardan aynı şeyleri uygulayın düzeliyor. Tekrardan evi haritalatmanıza gerek yok.

Creating account issues
It will not let me create a password. It keeps saying I have to use capital letters, lower case, numbers and symbols in my password. Mine has all of that and it still keeps telling me to create a password with them in it.

My device face to many error in map, include lost data of map and can not remap .
Switch map issue
Could you please update your APP to make it easy for user to switch map?!!! When I want to switch map, it keeps loading and no response. Please update the APP!

Stopped connecting
The vacuum and app were working fine until the robot lost Wi-Fi connection or at least that’s what the app says. I was able to reconnect several time but now it won’t move to the next step to connect. Also, there is no support for the vacuum, if something breaks might as well throw it away.
Same issue
Map suddenly just stopped working 🤦🏻♀️😩PLEASE update the app so it works. We cannot connect it to the R1. So we never can get to step 3
Cannot switch map
There is no problem to add a new map however you cannot switch to a different map.
Doesn’t even work anymore
After your update i cant login it says wrong password , and on reset ( or even register a new account) it wont accept any password .
Lost Mapping & failure to connect to wifi
The Lydsto app is buggy so the manual said to try the Mijia app and so far it appears to be better but won’t know until I remap my house and see if it sticks. If this doesn’t work the robot vac is going back.
