It’s cute but the ads ruin it
Otter Ocean is VERY CUTE and the theme and idea are very creative. But I can’t stand clicking on a regular game mechanic and you get an unexpected 1-4 minute ad. I don’t mind ads in game but let me decide when I watch them. Getting an ad every other tap is annoying. It’s like getting an ad every 10 seconds. Deleted after an hour or so of play.

There are way too many ads! There are ads at the bottom of the screen, random ads that take up the whole screen, and there are ads that you can get rewards from by tapping on something specific. Other than the absolutely ridiculous amount of ads the art is so good it’s incredibly cute and I also appreciate the lack of ai in the game! If there were only ads at the bottom and the reward ads, I would be perfectly fine with giving the game 5 stars.

This is basically an ad simulator. You want to play for a longer time? Just watch an ad to unlock more “coins.” Want to play for more than 1 minute, well an ad will pop up. I’m sure this game would be more enjoyable if you paid for it but it can add up fast with all the in app purchases.

Very fun and great to play but it’s almost impossible to play with the amount of ads. Every 1-2 minutes there’s an ad which make it extremely difficult. You can pay $3.99 to get rid of ads but for this being a free game it’s not worth it.

The concept of the game is so fun and cute but being interrupted mid-game by an ad every 5 minutes is not worth it.
Ads and sound
This game is so cute and had some great first impressions during the tutorial but now i feel that the game is just based around advertisements as i suddenly get them every few minutes. I get that ads are the norm in games today but it ruins the experience for such a good execution. Another problem is that sometimes after i finish watching an ad, all sound on the game is completely mute and the only way i can get it back is coming off the app and starting again.

Event not showing up
I wanted to try the new event the Egyptian one and I have over 7 otters so that’s not the problem I have 21. The whole icon for the Egyptian event has disappeared and it’s not in special maps I would like some help please without having to delete the app since I have progressed onto the desert world once I get help I will gladly change the stars I just would like to know how to get the event working.

You want to play for more than 3 seconds at a time? This is not the game for you. I watched an ad for a reward and RIGHT when this ad ended I was forced into a second ad!!! Great game idea, too bad the execution was poorly done. Don’t bother downloading, just a waste of storage space. -1 star!😤
Cutest game I ever played!!
This game is so cute and easy to understand and play!!! The graphics of the otters are amazing and I love how you can see what you can possibly get on a dive instead of watching adds for more many times!! This game doesn’t have many adds like other games do!
Disappointed..
I downloaded this game and was super hooked into it for about 2 hours. I really enjoyed it! Unfortunately it turned out to be like most other games. The game is fun & engaging to capture your attention. Then it hit a point where it was impossible to complete. Another let down was initially I could control when I could watch ads for bonuses. I understand most games use ads to financially support the app itself. After some time the ads became pop ups(even on airplane mode). It was a real let down because I thought this game was set apart from the million other ones and actually listened to users. The gameplay experience instantly fell flat.

This game is so calming and fun! This game lets you interact with different activities in the game, the tiki master, the missing crab, and diving to find otters! The only thing is that the otters are almost always hungry. But I still love the game!

Usually when u watch ad, u will get reward, but this game has too much pop up ad and u barely get any rewards afterwards
Cute and fun but still some bugs
I love the game ! The otters are all so cute. I love the music of the game its relaxing. The reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because theres still some bugs in the game. The friends section is completely not working. I cannot accept friend requests. Sometimes my friendlist is back to zero. I cannot send gifts either. Sometimes I cant see the names in my friendlist too. Just waiting for a fix now.

Little bug?
My little otters came back from their thing and I was excited because I got a “purple bow” otter. Then I accidentally clicked on the ad, so I waited to get my new prize. When the ad ended, I didn’t get my new otter, and neither my new prize :( it got me sad because I was excited to get a good otter. I think it’s name was Cal if I remember well. Anyways, the game is good. Really cute. Y’all did a great job. ps: please fix the bug

Waste of money
I bought two gamepasses witch is no adds and the watermelon otter then for 6 hours or more it just reseted my shells, and i have to watch adds now. Can you please fix that i need all my stuff back.

I would have loved to give this game 5 stars, BUT! It's getting 1 star. Why, because to get to level 2 do all the quest stuff and find everything. Also, you need to collect all 14 otters. The last otter, Melo; the only way to get him is by purchasing him, and there's no way to find this out in the game, you have to search through the internet like crazy to find out. So no thank you, 1 star.

Great game!
I had download this game a while ago and recently decided to try it again. I immediately fell back in love with the adorable graphics and friendly characters! The only "issue" would be the adds, there are quite a few adds, but 𝘰𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘸𝘪𝘴𝘦 (😎) this game is super cute and fun to play. An indefinite game recommendation😁🦦
Not worth the download
Game loads for around 20 seconds then the app crashes this is definitely not worth the download at all.

i absolutely love this app, the art style is adorable and the game itself is so fun. the only reasons i didn’t give this app 5 stars is because i have to restart the app in between every lucky spin (earth day pack). aside from that the game is awesome, definitely give it a download.
