where did the ads come from?
app was accidentally deleted from my phone and when i redownloaded was immediately hit w an ad. is this not an apple arcade game anymore? what’s the point of paying extra if im still getting ads?

Played a lot, and it’s fun. But the monetisation is unfair
It’s not a bad wee game, but the constant and sickening monetisation make me want to delete it. Some levels you simply can’t pass without paying for coins. It’s a miserable experience after a while. The fact they sell a £99 pack with a few temporary items is disgusting.

I do sort of like it. It’s just frustrating when you lose. How is anyone able to beat the challenge?! Will waffles really be rescued? So I don’t like it but like it. Also don’t buy things. They are useless. Sorry if it has hurt your feelings.
Fun to a point
Great game! However it’s one of those games where the further you get into it the more you need power ups. And the power ups aren’t free. Kinda sad that I can’t make any more progress unless I spend money or wait days to get enough free power ups. Thought it was a super sweet game but it’s lowk a money grab.

There are too little piffles, there’s a whole reddit thread about this level and have to use all my powerups

Ok game. But things NEED fixing. Maybe I am just bad at the game but OMG, there are 925 Levels! I will never make it to the end! It took me about a week to pass level 23. A WEEK. Please make levels with more explosion blocks - or simply make them easier! Also, I cannot go further into the game without buying bundles. And my settings do not allow me to but bundles - meaning I cannot go further into the game! Another thing I’d like to mention: In the advert for piffle on here (the App Store) the person playing has many power ups - I barely have any - how am I supposed to pass?!

EXTREMELY SCUMMY pay prompt pop ups
The game itself is fine, but it has scummy microtransaction pop ups that are very easy to click on by accident. Prompts of either purchased currency or real money constantly pop up in times that are very obviously meant to make you click on them by accident. There has to be a way to turn this stuff off, especially for players who already bought something to support the game/ get rid of ads. I now have to wait until apple realizes I cancelled the transaction and refunds me. I REFUSE to play this game again until there is an option to pay that predatory, annoying stuff off

Too many bugs that kill the experience
While the game is enjoyable, it’s also very buggy when it comes to the bonuses for watching ads; sometimes you simply won’t get the item you earned. There are also some weird edge cases where the user loses two lives instead of one, and in a timed freemium app (which I have spent money on), that’s unacceptable.
Frustrating
I would like to say the game is fun. But it is so easy to get level layouts that are impossible. When you can burn through 5-10 consumable items in a single level and still have no chance of winning, you know the game balance is bad. I would never spend in this game because the way levels are designed, consumables may not help you at all.

Love this game! I’ve just got it and I’m two days in! I recommend this to cat lovers of all ages.
Fun sometimes but annoyingly hard
Overall, the game is quite fun and a nice game to play to beat time. But that all changes the moment you hit a hard level. Coins and resources are really hard to come by so you can just about never use them because when you do, chances are that you’re wasting hours of hard work that was taken to gain those coins/resources, only to still lose the level. In addition to this, lives take FOREVER to refill and yet it only takes a tiny fraction of that 20 minute waiting time to go through all 5 lives when attempting (and constantly failing) a level. I’m currently stuck on level 548 and no matter how well it starts I just can’t pass the level. You should try adding something that you can do while waiting for lives to refill, maybe like a zen garden or something to relax with after CONSTANTLY FAILING the same level despite trying it at least 20 (but typically probably more around 50-100) and wasting all those lives. At least reduce the life refill time to 10 minutes

Super fun, but a bit buggy
First off, I love this game! It’s pure chaos and destruction, but also strategic. It is a bit insistent about the in-app purchases, but it’s not terrible. Overall, amazing game, definitely play! But… I’ve had the game crash several times during an ad, and one of the power-ups consistently malfunctions for me. When there’s a long ad, the game occasionally force quits when I press the (X) button. This has happened enough times, and ads are common enough, for this to become irritating. Also, the glasses power that’s supposed to show where the piffles will bounce has occasionally shown me e the wrong thing. These two reasons are the only reasons why I took a star off. Overall, awesome game, and delightful to o play!

Ive been playing for a few months now and am somewhere near level 250, usually I stop playing these games after a week or two but this one is one of the higher quality games out there. I like how new blocks are introduced so its not always the same and how there are many different things to unlock and rewards to be earned. There aren't too many ads and you dont actually need to spend any money on the game if you dont want to(I haven't spent a penny). There are also daily challenges and seasonal tournaments, it works offline so it won't eat your data and has nice sound effects. The cute characters are sweet and it is very visualy pleasing, it can get repetitive similar to other games of the same kind. The thing I dont like is how you only get 5 lives, that part doesn't annoy me its just that it costs 100 coins for a refill or waiting an excessive amount of time to regain your hearts(20 mins per heart) I just think 100 coins is a little excessive and the game is obviously just trying to get money out of you.Another thing is that why is everything so ridiculously expensive!! Another money trap👁👅👁
Good but..
Sometimes when I finish a game and it takes me to an ad, the ad is just a black screen that never loads and I have to restart the app. I also spent 100 coins to continue a game, the app froze, I had to restart it and then I lost those coins and the progress on the game which was incredibly frustrating. Other than those very irritating bugs its ok.

Ok guys ima give good news + bad news. Gn first! It’s fun and I like the interactive adds. And when levels are hard I leave for a while then come back and yeah . Bn now it’s kinda hard sometimes and I don’t like how the store only takes money money.
Bruuuuh
This game is okay but there is a bunch of things I don’t like about it first it is really based off of RNG like with most of the spawns and the little boss robot thing the power up that makes your little guys go in random directions and the boxes that turns other boxes into different things and the squishy stuff the duplicates and absorbs the piffles. And I would like it if you had an equal chance to beat it through out all the runs. Also some levels are super easy and then some other levels take my like 30 lives to beat it. So make all the levels closer to the same diffuculty
Timer countdown for lives
Saw another review from 4 years ago about the timer countdown for more lives….looks like it’s still not fixed.. otherwise, the game is pretty addictive and cute. Would be a great game, but the timer countdown not working when you exit the app is annoying and enough to put people off the game.
Too many micro-transactions - I feel scammed
I loved this game so much about a year ago until I got to level 83, I only just passed it yesterday by purchasing some bundles. It started getting harder about 20 levels in (bearing in mind at this point I’ve already spent £20 on coins/bundles) and it just feels like I can only get further in the game by buying bundles. This is the main reason why I deleted it a year ago, I stumbled across it recently and I think I’m planning on deleting it again. Knowing that I’ll only get far into the game by spending money, i feel less engaged which is a shame because it’s really cute.
Level Difficulty
Overall it's a really goof game. but once you reach level 50 or so the difficulty of getting a good score on each level increased tremendously, and as a completionist myself it makes it hard to stay having fun.

Cool. Love it. Nice cat game. I find this game really fun and I like the music 🎶. One thing I DONT like about it is when your hearts run out and you have to wait for 12 minutes or you have to pay money to refill. Other than that it’s probably the coolest game evar!!!
So nearly a good game
There are a lot of games like this on the store and this is one of the better presented versions, with cute graphics and sounds etc. But the game has no depth. If you unlock a new piffle ball it does nothing. It just changes the look of your piffle. There’s nothing to work towards. You don’t get stronger or start each round with more piffles. You don’t get a piffle that makes you score more or do double damage. It’s all surface and no substance. Which just makes the in app purchase prices even more insulting. Seriously. £99 for a few bits and bobs so you can craft new piffles that do nothing? Or for 24 hours of unlimited lives? It’s just greedy and offensive. Particularly for a game with so little thought given to the actual gameplay. You’ll play this for a few days and then forget about it. £99... disgusting.
Why make the wait for disappointment?
I love this game overall, it’s super fun and the cats are super cute but I tried a challenge and all four levels of it were super easy and I was super excited to win but as I try the last one it’s crazy hard. It’s almost impossible compared to the others. First you start off as normal, there’s a few blocks I’ve never seen before. As I start to get rid of the, and clearing room the robot enemy in the game starts adding like 9 more blocks to get rid of that have about 40 times I have to hit them on. Why make everyone who plays it get their hopes up for this challenge when the last one is literally crazy hard? Quite disappointed as I’ve used a ton of my stuff like traffic lights, bombs, and even wasting a few of the blocks that change where the blocks go (didn’t help at all) and you have to wait a little for your lives to restore so you can’t try and try again.
