More Than Just a Diet Plan
I joined IMWOW’s 8-week programme looking for a more structured and sustainable approach to health rather than another quick-fix plan. Overall, it has been a really good experience. The app is simple and easy to use, and I particularly liked the regular interaction and accountability throughout the programme. My coach was supportive, approachable and practical, which made it much easier to stay consistent without feeling pressured. What I liked most is that the programme is not just about following a diet—it helps you become more conscious of your habits and make changes that feel sustainable in everyday life. A well thought-out programme with a good combination of coaching, technology and personal interaction. Definitely worth trying if you are serious about making healthier changes.

It’s is totally accessible and user friendly app. It has easy diet recipes and workouts video which one can follow easily. Amazing diet plans and workouts plan to achieve impossible goals . It has public forum for discussion questions and articles.
Unable to connect to TV through Airplay
Unable to connect to TV through Airplay. And if somehow it’s connect , will disconnect quickly. It’s so frustrating to do exercise like this. If you want to play video 10 seconds ahead it will restart. Same problem is with my friend
Amazing services
I just loved there programme. It is customized in a such a way that you will never feel that you are dieting. I must say it was curated specially keeping in mind my preferences and choices. My coach was Pooja and i must say she was always there through out my journey and she never let me crave for anything. Best work done by team. Keep spreading positivity teM I M Wow. Thank you so much. Hope to join soon to shed some more kilos of my weight.
Poor quality and follow ups
Please don’t buy, this is not a good app or place to help clients. They take a hefty fees and provide no refunds

App is good but Its dropping me out whenever i am opening recipes section so please resolve it ASAP I need recipes videos.

I have joined the program 21 days back n lost 2.5 kgs .. I must appreciate my coach Radhika.. She is really quick in answering my queries… looking forward for more weight loss.. Highly recommend IMWOW ..
Unable to login
I had created an account in this app few years ago. But now unable to login saying your account is deleted and while trying to create a new account, it says account already registered. So I have only 1 number and I don’t see any option any means by which I can login. I have no intentions of giving poor rating. But doing so that if someone from team can reach me and solve my issue or actually work on this glitch in app
Videos doesn’t have sound!!
I am able to play app videos on my IPhone12 but they really don’t have any sound.

Hey! I started my journey for weight loss with gunjan shouts and it was an amazing journey….i lost my weight as well as there was inch loss….i started feeling so energetic throughout the day and i am still maintaining this healthy life habit Thanks alot to gunjan and my coach reetal for always helping me out.
Wrong diet plan and no customer service
After filling up details that I am an eggetarian, I received their Nin- Vegetarian diet plan in the email. Emailed the customer care, contacted them on WhatsApp and even conveyed my situation in their feed section in the app. No reply till date. Also, no health coach ever contacted me after paying for the plan. Such money waste. BEWARE!!!

Worst experience pls don’t buy
I buy plan for 16 week but after 12 week no follow up call I need to remind my coach to update plan and multiple follow up for same no change in weight in last 5 week pls don’t buy waste the time and money. After completing of week you are not able to see your plan.

Very bad services, I tried to join many times but no response. I also tried calling and texting but there was no response.
Amazing
I have never seen such a quick decrease in my weight and that too in the most healthy way. Thanks to IMwow and Coach Reetal for this amazing transformation of mine. As of today, I lost about 9.6 kgs and I feel so much better physically and mentally. I recommend this app to everyone who wants best results in their weight and overall life.
Previous plan no longer visible
I had subscribed for 8 weeks plan but as my mother was in the last phase of her life , I was unable to do the plan. My mother expired back in August and when I decided to view my previous plan and execute the same, I was not able to see it. It is so disheartening, I paid for my subscription of eight weeks and the plan was removed from the account.
Fantastic experience
Hi, I am Khyati, I had post pregnancy weight loss which was on plateau since almost for 1 years inspite of trying many ways, due to which I was stuck at constant weight! I have a hectic work schedule also so I was not able to follow any proper healthy life style , all added up to stress, mood swings, hair fall etc. After I joined Gunjan’s programme of I am wow have lost 2 kgs till now and most important my plateau was broken,gained energy and mental health too have come to normal level. I m wow has helped me a lot , I came to know what's healthy food for me and balance my health and weight. I would want to thank all aditi too who was involved with this programme who was very encouraging and supportive . Big kudos to whole I am wow team :)
App crashing and exits after entering country code
I am trying to enter my US phone number and email, it works fine the first time and get the otp, but when I am redirected to the next screen, I can not enter country code. It crashes.

Highly recommend who wants to eat and still loose weight. They dont let u starve . Best part about is everything they ask you to eat they have a recepie for it which makes it so easy to follow . Loved it completely and these recepies i m loving it in my daily routine .
App crashing while changing country code
Hello, I downloaded the app and tried to login by entering my US phone number and email address. The very first time I received an OTP in email. I entered the OTP and it took me to next screen and there when I try to change the country code to +1 app just crashes. And from next time onwards, it doesn’t even send OTP to the email. Is this a known issue with the app? Can you please take a look! Thanks!
Nice app
I’m so happy to use this app and I’m wow team really works hard. I loved there diet plan and workouts too.☺️I can see changes in my body by one month .And I lost 17kgs in 16 weeks journey from 76.5 kgs to 60 kgs,Fat to Fit 🤞. This is my 3rd time I enrolled program. I’m so happy to see my weight loss in week by week without your diet chart it won’t happen.Very good app
