Good but needs help
The app has some glaring issues that need to be addressed. -when you send an item into the vault for grading or authentication it takes too long for FC to acknowledge they received your shipment. Then it will go in a black hole for months with a status of “grading” and provide no estimate for completion or any other update. Should try to mirror the status update feature GameStop uses for psa grading. -when you sell a card weeks can pass before you receive payment and you have no way of telling your sold item is still pending payment….it just says “sold” without any status on the payment. If you’re selling lots of cards just looking in your wallet won’t allow you to tell. - when you sort to look at your sold cards it just shows the price the buyer paid not what you received which is what the seller actually cares about. Making it impossible/difficult for you to recall the amount you actually received after fees -card ladder values often make no sense. In card ladder you can find the same exact card listed with multiple different values that are very different from each other. -customer support is terrible and it’s painfully obvious third party companies are outsourced to. You can sense 12 different people are all trying to respond to your one inquiry over the course of days or weeks. ….its like starting over each time as they don’t inform themselves on the history of the ticket properly and end up repeating questions or making already addressed statements.
Payment method
To be honest, the app is pretty good. But $50 in fees for an international transfer (even with a Canadian account) is too much. You could at least enable transfers to PayPal.
Great App for the most part
Love the app and I’m a weekly user for the auction, but with all that being said I’ve used this app for over a year now and I’m frankly I’m just tired of the app constantly crashing while I’m preparing a list of cards I’d like to purchase at auction, you can guarantee this app will crash every 5 minutes

Don’t waste your time or energy with this app
Identity verification took way too long, held up access to my own account for no good reason. And once you’re in, good luck cashing out — the app pushes you hard to keep spending the balance instead of transferring it to your bank. Feels less like a card and more like a way to keep your money locked in their ecosystem. Fix the verification delays and make withdrawals as easy as spending.

horrible platform to sell on
I've been waiting over a week to get an answer from customer service on getting verified to get my funds withdrawn from a sale. it's crazy how you can buy and sell on the app without verification but once you want your money it's a whole process.... SELLERS BEWARE!!
Buying cards on fanatics
Bought cards on fanatics paid fees . Received one card out of four three went to vault . Then they charged me again $46 US complete extortion
Lots of fees, app hangs
App becomes extremely laggy as you continue to use it, especially when scrolling through multiple pages of listings. Fees are a bit ridiculous (buyers fee, credit card fee)

Sucks
All fanatics apps suck. They run horribly and my phone could cook a steak nice and medium rare within 10 minutes. I also checked out the wheel on the fanatics app and it said “Better luck tomorrow” my buddy said he’s been playing it for months and never got anything else. The greed is out of this world and the apps blow, for a multi billion dollar company it’s pretty embarrassing tbh.
Hidden fees
The way fees keep piling on as you go thru the checkout process is wild. If you’re bidding on something, account for 35% more to your total or you’ll be buried.
Great selection
I like fanatics collect, the only thing I wish would change is the cardladder being shown, cardladder is directional but not valid pricing, you could simply use a green arrow or red arrow to show buyers
Expensive and SLOW
Can take over 2 weeks for them to ship out or process a card that they receive into your vault. Shipping fees are astronomical compared to other vault services. Customer service only replies after processing, and standard responses are given (which you can see just by how they responsed to Apple app reviews). Need new leadership.
Over 3 weeks and still no help
Save yourself the head ache and stay far away from this company,i pulled 1 grail from the app and then my account got put on hold, been trying for over 3 weeks trying to get in contact with fanatics and everyone I’ve talked to from fanatics hasn’t been able to help or just ends chat,probably the worst platform I’ve ever come across and dealt with because not even they’re own team can tell me why my account has been restricted 🤦🏾♂️
Much-needed alternative to ebay
My favorite feature is the option to accept FanBucks on your sales, and thereby get full trade credits for next purchase.
Instant Rips is a Scam
Tried out instant rips with a $150 pack and received a $40 slab. How is that possible? Any other site I’ve used, the minimum is at least 50%. I have deleted the app and won’t be ever using fanatics collect instant rips or even the app in general ever again. This is crazy.
ISSUE: Memory Leak After Browsing
The app is designed incredibly well visually and does a decent job at what is intended. However, after scrolling and viewing around 100 cards, it will significantly lag and will build up and slow down until it inevitably crashes. This has been happening for months. Please resolve. Major features request: please, I beg you to please include card ladder value on auctions. It is visible on buy now listings. No reason it shouldn’t be on auction listings as well. This should be easy and straight forward to include element. Same with card purchase history. Feature request: add filtering for auctions by a maximum grade not minimum grade only. Feature request: allow quoted text to be exact match for searches. Example: “PSA 6” shouldn’t bring up cards from 2006 graded by PSA 10 because it has both a 6 and PSA but isn’t actually a PSA 6

Crashes constantly
Crashes literally every few minutes of use if you’re searching, the search function doesn’t work half the time either. This happens on the latest IPhone Pro Max with full battery and other apps closed. App is actually fairly smooth and the UI is nice, but the crashing just makes it a terrible experience. This has been happening for multiple versions and I see reviews complaining about the same thing from a year ago so I assume it’s never going to get fixed.

Was a little skeptical because I only do eBay authenticated cards, but was pleasantly surprised. High quality pictures and guaranteed authentic. Fees are reasonable.
