Kool est une superbe application avec des tarif bien moindre et plus de choix comparer a glovo mais ce qui me retient de mettre 5 etoiles c’est l’interface qui est beaucoup moins bien que celle de glovo et le suivis de la commande qui est buger.

i have been ordering from this app forever since covid hit and it really is the best app for delivery in tunisia some glicthes in the app but overall very good and always delivers my food quick
Least maintained delivery app that I know
Sure, it works and you can order, but there is so little effort put in this app it is just annoying. It shows closed shops mixed with open ones. It won’t tell you the shop is closed until you finish your order. Among your recent orders, you can’t click on the shop to go there and order something else, you can just re-order the same things from last time. Many small issues that add up. Please, Team of Kool, take a good delivery app from somewhere else as an example and at least try to imitate what they do, it would fix most of your issues.

They constantly have discounts and this app is the only delivery app that delivers to my location. They have a wide variety of options and it’s easy to use and navigate. Overall a 10/10 app

do not use this app!!! such a scam. you can only contact them through their number and they had the audacity to hang up on me every time i called. i waited 1h30 for my order and it never came. 0 service.
Check the phone numbers yourselves
Considering the fact that you have a database of all of your clients, I believe you can do something as simple as number checking, if not that is your fault as a company. Point being, do not accuse me of having made multiples account when you as company are too lazy to check the phone numbers used in each account. Also keep in mind that people actually can forget their accounts that’s why other companies tend to tell you “you already have an account with this number” instead of blaming their clients.

INJOIGNABLES ET IMPOLIS
Très mauvaise expérience avec KooL. Si je pouvais je mettrais -5 étoiles. Nous avions commandé auprès de Sakura et avions besoin de signaler une allergie alimentaire. Or, aucune possibilité de mentionner clairement une allergie ou de demander le retrait d’un ingrédient n’était disponible lors de la commande. Nous avons donc essayé de contacter KooL pour trouver une solution. Après plusieurs tentatives, nous avons finalement eu quelqu’un au téléphone, mais la personne nous a répondu de manière très impolie et nous a indiqué qu’elle allait contacter le restaurant. Nous avons ensuite essayé de joindre KooL et Sakura à de très nombreuses reprises, au minimum une dizaine d’appels, sans obtenir de réponse. Le problème n’est donc pas simplement une commande qui ne s’est pas passée comme prévu. Lorsqu’un client essaie de signaler une allergie, il devrait pouvoir obtenir une réponse et une solution rapidement. Au lieu de cela, nous avons été renvoyés vers le restaurant puis laissés sans réponse malgré nos nombreuses tentatives. Service client très décevant et gestion de la situation particulièrement mauvaise. Nous attendions au minimum de l’écoute, du sérieux et un suivi.
