L’application est bien mais il ya toujours un bug à chaque fois que je rentre je dois refaire un compte avec qui je galère parce que le message du code de vérification il veut pas s’envoyer jsp si je suis la seul mais bref

L’application ne donne pas assez d’informations et d’instructions, l’équipe technique ne prend même pas en charge tes requêtes, certains articles n’arrivent même pas à destination…

Pire application
La pire application jamais utilisé service client n’est jamais présent pour les Client avec des Livreur, malpoli horrible irrespectueux qui m’ont hurlé dessus dans la rue et irrespect même pas leur travail
Le service pas au top
On a fait une commande à 20h30, il est maintenant 0h43 et on a toujours rien reçu. En plus de ça le téléphone du livreur est fermé, le service est catastrophique et c’est pas la première fois que qu’elle nous arrive. 🥼
Forcing pour ajouter des supplements
La mise à jour effectuée est vraiment une réussite ça as changé bcp de paramètres même la nouvelle interface est bien juste le petit problème je viens de passer commande mais lorsque j’ai choisi un sandwich ça me force à ajouter des suppléments donc j’étais obligé de rajouter 210 da

Excellent app but needs improvement
I use this app all the time and it’s excellent but there are a few things that make the experience fall short. 1. Drivers always go to a different location than the one I am in. Please let us pick the location ourselves on the map with a pin, I don’t want to walk outside my neighborhood to collect my order. 2. Why is your grocery shopping only includes imported items? Other than the above it’s a great app with many choices and reliable drivers and restaurants

أسوء تطبيق توصيل طلبات (لأكل وغيره) في الجزائر 🇩🇿🙅🏻♂️
في لعديد من لأحيان أحوال أن أطلب من هذا تطبيق وفي كل مرة أواجه مشكلة وهي: .عدم قبول الطلبية .إلغاء الطلبية بعد المرور الكثير من الوقت (مضيعة للوقت) .إغلاق الهاتف من طرف رجل التوصيل (le livreur) .تأخر في وصول الطلبية لساعات 🙋🏻♂️على العموم هذا تطبيق سيء فا من المستحسن تواصل مباشرة مع المطعم نفسه إذا كان يوفر خدمة التوصيل. 👥👀نتمنا تحسين العاجل لتطبيق .وشكراً.
Très mauvais service client
Très mauvais service client. Quand un restaurant se trompe de commande, le service Fast ne fait absolument rien. On les appelle pour réclamer, mais il n’y a aucun suivi, aucun changement, ils ignorent totalement le problème. Franchement, ça ne sert à rien d’utiliser cette application si elle ne propose aucun vrai service. Autant appeler directement le restaurant et commander sans passer par Fast, au moins on évite de payer des frais supplémentaires pour rien.
A lot of improvements to be made
Good initiative in Algeria, but there are a lot of improvements to be made. Please work on improving the app functionality, adding more restaurants and shops, bettering the tracking system, adding food pictures, replacements to be made in the app itself in case of a missing item instead of having the driver calling the customer, no need to call and confirm the order in my opinion unless it’s the first order of that account and it has no order history, and customer service is average and needs to be more up to service. I gave 4 starts since food delivery apps are not common in the country, otherwise I would’ve given less. I hope my comment serves as a good reference in bettering the app! And I hope to see your services more successful! Good luck!

Do not recommend
There is no customer service. I have paid for an order and received a cheaper one. I contacted the Fast through different channels (email, messager, in-app chat. I haven’t heard anything. I will uninstall it and report it to the Customer Protection Association in Algeria.
