Very user friendly app and fast reliable delivery
Terrible customer service
MANO’s customer service is bad. If you have an issue with your order, do not expect the person that attends you through the “Support Helpdesk” to give you a resolution. The only way you can try getting a resolution is by following up with them constantly and wasting much of your valuable time in the process. They will repeatedly ask you for the order number, they will repeatedly tell you that they’re looking into it without any other detail or follow up, and they will repeatedly ignore you. Their system is lacking and their support staff are either under-trained or insufficient in numbers. If you’re a corporation that requires any special type of invoicing or bulk orders, DO NOT USE MANO, because you will not get the type of professional and timely support that corporate events require. For that, you’re better advised to go directly with the restaurant that does catering.
Terrible rewards system
The app is great overall — convenient and reliable for groceries. However, the rewards system is quite disappointing. It feels deliberately designed not to work, which makes it a frustrating waste of time. To make matters worse, customer service offers little to no help when you try to resolve the issue.

Your app is always crashing and showing error for connection omg sometimes it pisses me off please do better lmao
Ponto a melhorar
Um ponto que considero bastante negativo é a impossibilidade de verificar a localização em tempo real, tanto do entregador quanto do restaurante. Essa falta de transparência gera muita ansiedade durante a espera, pois não temos qualquer noção sobre o estado ou o progresso real do pedido.

It keeps saying something wrong refresh I keep refreshing but no network
Would’ve been 5/5 if it wasn’t for the delivery time
I love Mano, I have used it pretty much every week for grocery shopping over the past year and a half however more recently the delivery time has almost tripled. Today alone I have waited for 2 hours for a delivery. Their delivery riders are clearly no longer taking their jobs as seriously and it’s just very disappointing. Hope to see this resolved soon.

Fast, Reliable and Very useful service
Between May 2022 and August 2023 I have placed 13 orders using the iOS App. Every single order has been delivered promptly and without complaint from my end. The delivery time has even been reduced to less than 30mins to my residence at Maryland, Ikeja. The products are fresh, good quality and competitively priced This has been my personal experience with Mano and I would recommend them without hesitation

I dont understand this new update , the picture never shows , how can I buy something that I can’t even see the picture of the item
Bug fix needed
When you have2 baskets from different sections, and want to check all youve ordered both baskets will have the same items. Please check it out and fix

Nice concept but need to expand in other areas
This is a good concept and has potential, but just like Lekki is popular so are other areas where people without transportation will sure likely to use the advantages of what this app has to offer. If they compile all the estates near a intersection and radius where drivers will be able to benefit it will be great. There several popular restaurants or supermarkets near very established estates but it doesn’t serve those areas, but only near the restaurant itself. I also feel like someone should really canvas the area well for local restaurants or many alike in Ikorodu or other cities near can benefit platform, customers and drivers especially known in the area. Please fix I can see the potential and solution.
App is not working
It's impossible to make an order - it takes ages for images to load. Please do something with it

Alguns produtos foram comprados sem se conseguir saber qual era a quantidade ou o peso . Paguei um preço sem a saber qual era quantidade, porque não vinha referenciado na App. Aconteceu com a ginguba. Tive dificuldade para falar com o apoio ao cliente. Mandei mensagem no WhatsApp e não responderam. Liguei alguém atendeu e não conseguimos comunicar e não retornaram a chamada e não consegui obter ajuda. Cancelaram a encomenda sem dar justificação ao cliente.

I don’t understand why ppl say it is. It a good app it is a great app other apps will be saying that they can’t deliver to my location and there and this app was my only hope and it was amazing. It could deliver to my location. I want to give it a 10 star
Dishonest
It has been over one week now and they have refused to refund my payment, payment was successful sent to their account and they keep denying it, even after the driver acknowledged the payment by asking the person in charge. I have never seen an high level of dishonesty in my life.

How do you update your app and its worst than it used to be? please fix whatever is wrong with your app
Great app but needs better management/more riders.
First off, this app is very helpful. They have almost everything and the delivery fees are reasonable. Only problem is that 5 out of ten orders tend to have one issue or the other. Be it, random cancellation due to “weather conditions”, the riders forgetting POS, just straight up (3 hr) late riders, or them calling you after having confirmed the order over 30 mins ago that they don’t have an item you already thought was on the way. This app will test your patience. But be rest assured they always try to make up for it where they can. All the times I haven’t been satisfied with my order a wallet refund has never been a hassle. Customer service is fairly responsive as well.👍🏾

Been a regular customer since August 2022 and I have never been disappointed.
Time scam, slow drivers and can't cancel orders.
The time written down is never the real time. Drivers take so much time to answer and they never answer calls. Canceling an order isnt an option in this app.
Update
Why do I have to update everytime the app is updated and that won’t give me access to the app when I have urgent needs.
App freezes and hangs phone.

La aplicación dejó de funcionar
Luego de pocas semanas de haber instalado la app ha dejado de funcionar. Al abrirla la pantalla se queda en blanco. Tuve que borrarla e instalarla nuevamente.
Inconsistent service
I has such high hopes - they started out well: quick delivery and well stocked options. Now, the items shown as available are never really available and they call you back with order changes, delivery takes 2 hours , and the worst - they sometimes put in the wrong items in your order. Sad sad.

The app can be disappointing sometimes. Nothing as frustrating as an app that malfunctions when you are trying to shop in a hurry. Mano please improve on the app. Other than that the delivery is impressive and the team is efficient and professional.
