No Refund! Capital stuck in wallet
My business capital has been stuck in Womata wallet because their supplier rejected my order after I paid and increased their MOQ from 10 to 100! They refunded to my wallet but I need my capital back to my Nigerian account so I can search for other alternative! Thousands of naira is now stuck in the wallet and they keep saying I should use the money to buy something else which I don’t need! This is a business capital!!!
Shipping charges
Womata is really helpful but pls find a way to reduce the shipping fee from skycargo it is much .thank you
Expensive shipping, poor quality products sometimes
The shipping fee is a lot which makes retail price really expensive and return process is a lot

The new app update sucks, there are ads of suggestions inside my cart I hate it make it go away now
Shipping fee
Love the data/airtime options they added. But pls work on the shipping fee, it has reduced but abegggg
App lagging and slow
Love your app but it takes too much time to load. Too much time. Been struggling to open a message on the app while other apps are working just fine. It’s definitely not my internet
Cheaper shipping options
Sky cargo shipping is too high I love womata and anytime I want order and I calculate shipping I get discouraged I end up not buying because shipping is almost the same amount with items you’re buying or more than
……
Womata is very easy to operate unlike other shopping platform. It’s reliable and safe. Keep up the good work
Issues on my Womata account
I’m having trouble logging in to my Womata account and I already made some deposit
Shipping fee
Womata is really nice but that shipping fee is too much I can’t buy goods and pay the same amount for shipping as to the amount I paid for the goods have lost a lot of money cause of the shipping fee and that not nice …
Shipping company
Please you people should look into this shipping company issue this might be the last time I will be womata and it’s due to high shipping fee and increase of kg from skycargo it’s so bad and it’s affecting my business
Business owner in Nigeria
Womata is a really good and a easy app to use but The shipping fee is way too expensive and unfair on business owners please look for a way to add ATLEAST 5 other shipping companies that are less expensive like skycargo so we can have options to pick from! Thank you
Womata made shopping very easy for me They are very trustworthy and reliable. Keep it up
Womata made shopping very easy for me They are very trustworthy and reliable. Keep it up
Expensive shipping cost
the cost of shipping you people use is so expensive, I was asked to pay 12000 naira plus at sky cargo which is almost equivalent to how much I bought the lashes, and lashes are light weight I just wasted money!!! if I bought this on aliexpress delivery would have been free!! First time and last time I would be using this app I just thought to try you guys out and it was a waste of money and time. I’m not happy at all.
WITHDRAWAL OPTION
Womata is a good shopping app between Nigerians and China goods, their services are top notch but I haven’t return goods so I can’t give reviews about return policy. Most importantly Womata should introduce withdrawal option when you can withdraw your money to your own bank account.
Add other shipping companies
Kindly add other shipping companies,I cleared my goods with 1m plus please the cost is way too much, apart from that the services is good
Add more shipping companies
Womata is a great app to shop for items comfortably and it’s stress free. Only issue is when I learnt importation four years back,it was the shipping fee that discouraged me back then and I didn’t bother shopping on Womata because it was too much, now that ive started using it again it’s still the same high amount for shipping fee please you guys need to do something about it.Your users can’t be complaining about something to you for years and you won’t find any solution. Please I’ll really appreciate if you can add other affordable shipping companies for us🙏🏾🙏🏾
ewaolayinka
the latest version of womata cannot search with pictures
Let you bear extra charges
I ordered goods, each seller sent half of what I ordered. Now you refund money of goods only to the wallet and forgot I was charged higher for local freight and service fee and won’t the normal refund. Do I bear a charge that’s not my fault?
Shipping company
Great app! Oh I love how easy it is but, there should be options to use other shipping companies. Skycargoltd is very expensive, atleast give room for other shipping companies and we pick whichever is best and affordable to us
I love womata
I love womata very stress free but the shipping company is too expensive, I bought goods of 95,000 and I’m paying shipping fee of 85,000 that’s too much and it’s not nice, please change the shipping company (Skycargoltd) or allow us use any shipping company of our choice
My honest veiw
Womata is a great app So easy to use Buh the shipping fee Sky cargo is so expensive Pls find a solution to it🙏 I can even order anything because of the shipping fee
Review
Womata app is still my Best Buy app🥰 but pls work on your vendors most of them don’t pick up goods early so it sometimes delay my order
Issues
Am not giving you any rate at all,it been 10days now I order and the agent that you gave me ,always refunding my order and he/she told me to order, have been sick because I order goods ,which he told me that’s it’s 3days or 5days,now I check my global warehouse am seeing some goods that what to refund in global warehouse why and he/she don’t reply me since yesterday, maybe you reset ur app to that people can take refund of their money, because I can’t continue like this,or how to change agent .
Womata
The app works fine but the shipping fee is too expensive, it would be nice if they can add other shipping companies, the current one takes too long to deliver especially with sea shipping.
Ridiculous high exchange rate
But why is your own exchange rate so high. Normal exchange rate is 211yuan to #1 this morning but you people already updated to 222yuan, the difference is ridiculous You people are so quick to update an increase in exchange rate but takes forever to update a decrease, this is greed!
Good
Womata is superb but Skycargo shipping company will make you weep. Please partner with other shipping companies thank you
Email verification refuse to dropped
Hello I try to register but the email verification refuse to dropped
Refund my money I’m not buying no more!
My money need to be refunded unless this app seems a scam to me forever
Shipping fee
The fee Skycargo charge for shipping is too high you buy goods something 100k and use over 200k to ship add more shipping companies this why womata is loosing customers
Upgrade
After the upgrade it’s really difficult to use can’t reorder goods again Please take it back
High shipping fee
Womata is good but the shipping fee is too high ordered something of 9000 paid 12000 for shipping ??thats much please reduce it

This app kills beginners courage because of der high rate
W
Womata is a very stress less and easy going app but the shipping is really too expensive I think u should try out some other shipping companies like sky jet pls
Refund
There should be option for withdrawing the refunded money back to ones bank account
😓
I give it 3 stars because it’s kind of reliable but you need to put an estimated weight of goods before making payment it’s really affecting me😓
Nice app
Very nice app if you ever wanna import from China you should try it out you could easily track your goods and there agents are very friendly
Bad experience
Use the app at your own risk..... I booked for sea shipping on there app for a bulky item only for them to tell me sorry, the app/system has an error so they saw air not sea .... Very useless app
