Don’t waste your time
There auto message and their message on the site says 1-2 weeks. It’s been 3 months and no upload yet. Still pending review. Sent a help request through their support and still nothing for 2 months. I’ve sent several follow ups. Don’t waste your time. And not to mention they make you fill out so much info about your song. And change the music files. I then asked ChatGPT recommended distrokid and they got my songs up in 2 days. Didn’t need to change files and with little questions. I can upload a song within seconds. Don’t waste your time with this app. Switch over.
Upload/Approval timing needs to be faster for music
Great App and Distributor but approval time to accept music after a upload should be faster for both plans but other than that it’s great just need to be more consistent with that I feel like idk
Fantastic app
Great music distribution service, and amazing customer service and additional support.
.
This is horrible, I can't find my artist name and there's not even an "Artist Not Listed" option. How am I supposed to release music?
Sirve
Poor customer service
Long waits on service requests. App is basic. Site is not helpful either. Prefer other distributors. Luna- The Ai help bot on route note is basically useless
Messed up
Someone was using my email address and of course after communicating this your answer was sending an email asking the very question. Wont allow password change after verifying not having an account prior. Finding another app to use
very good aap
amazing workings my 20 song publish without any problems
Fix it…
You literally cannot even sign up without doing a check and when I try to do it the keyboard blocks the check button so I literally cannot sign in on phone…. Fix it bruh…
Decent:)
It’s overall pretty good if I’m being honest. However I do hope that feature where I can upload a release directly to the app gets here as soon as humanly possible.
New Feature is good but
basically routenote added the Release music feature onto the app version which is great, but when you go to the song file thingy to post the song file your keyboard shows up and you can’t put it down to click save button at the bottom so what’s the point of the feature. do better.
Cover Art?
Please make the process as simple as possible. 🤞🏼

Almost Perfect
First of all, I have to say that regardless of how good or bad the app might be, I’m still very happy because I no longer need to log in every time I want to check my earnings. That being said, the app is almost perfect, as I mentioned in the title of this review. You can view your earnings, the total number of tracks, your entire discography, submit a support ticket, and much more. What I think is missing is the ability to dive deeper into your statistics. By that, I mean being able to see the music streams for each month (currently, it only shows the total number of streams, or perhaps I haven’t found the detailed view yet). I would suggest placing the monthly stream counts on the earnings page, under each month’s earnings. However, if there’s a better place for that information, then please put it there. On the discography page, when clicking on an approved single, would it be possible to display the total earnings and the number of streams for that single? Again, if there’s a more suitable place for this information, feel free to put it there. The app crashes sometimes, but aside from that, there’s nothing else I would add or complain about. Thank you for creating this app!

Is there ever actually gonna be the option to upload from our phone?? Ive been hearing about it for a year. It’s said coming soon for a while. Soon isn’t soon enough…

Pure dog water
I don’t know what it is with these app developers and then having straight up OCD, it requires too much. It takes too much work to anything and as soon as you do, there’s always a that you missed. Not only that it takes forever to get any sort of verification code.
Good app but updates needed
I logged in but you can’t do anything but look at your albums, but it says more coming soon.
Connection
I try posting the music and I keep getting a connection error and tried it on 6. different computers and get the same thing, overall 2 stars and lots of room for improvement.
RouteNote
This is definitely worth having if you use the browser version. Right now, you can access your account, view statistics, check earnings, create support tickets, and view your discography. You cannot create a release at this moment in time, hence the low-ish rating. They have updated this app a few times recently, giving me reason to believe that creating releases may one day become a thing on this app, which is why I would download it. It may not be of great use right now, but I’m sure it will be in the future. Please keep the updates coming, RoueNote!
Y'all the hate ain't far
So for uploading your song you upload to the website. Also, originally it would take them 5 days to approve but then routenote got bigger so it took time for them to get back to your song. When they disapprove your song it's usually because the song contains things they don't approve. If there is an issue, the song usually has something that relates to another song so read the comment fully rather than going straight to hate. All information is on routenotes YouTube channel.
You can’t release anything on here!!!!
Don’t waste your time they gather your info and you can’t even release anything on here. Total waste of time!!!!!!
…
Create release
I waiting to create release from my phone 🥰
It sucks
My album didn’t even come out on the release didn’t and still didn’t come out
App update
Please consider revamping the app it definitely has potential
The truth… it’s not coming soon!
This app is useless. I used the browser version to upload my bangers and it worked decent but there were some issues and it took a month and a half for my song to be “Approved” to be on Spotify. Then when I wanted the app to distribute from my phone a year and a half ago, it said the feature was coming soon, after several updates and over a year of checking, they still haven’t shown any signs of being able to upload from the app which is extremely frustrating to update the app just for it to say “coming soon” Again.😑🙄
why don't you complete this application?
I've been waiting for your application to come out for years. updated 2 years ago, you were not interested again. I signed up with a distributor who also has an application. I wish you would have paid attention to your application, a big deficiency.
😂😂
I’m giving y’all 5 stars for the quality joke
Fake App
Can’t even upload music, waste of time trying to figure it out
Good idea doesn’t work tho
Was excited to see routenote finally made an app but it doesn’t let me past the login screen hopefully it gets an update so this app actually functions
update the app
could you please update the app so i can release my music without having to go through browser issues
Great website but don’t bother with the app
I loved the website they have helped me get quite a few tracks out however the app is a bit of a trainwreck i can’t access any stats and the lists of options i am given are either incomplete or inaccessible, additionally there is no remember me function and by clicking nearly anywhere i feel like i get logged out so i have to reconnect every 2 minutes
