The only meditation that works for me
Finding SPOKE a few years ago was like a breath of fresh air - finally, a form of meditation I could really connect with and works for me. I couldn’t recommend it more highly! A big thank you to all the team for creating something so beautiful ♥️
Doesn’t play!
Played the first few times now it’s stopped working. Such a shame as the music is amazing. But the play button just spins no matter how long I leave it to load! I think there is a lot of work to be done on the app, then it would be great.
It’s good - looking forward to it getting even better
So far so good. It’s a nice design and music is on point. There are a few glitches with the app interface and more content could be added to broaden the experience but overall it works for me and I enjoy using it.

Music is helpful and is rlly good but the thing is the app itself the connection is bad it is deleting my activity and favorite songs make the app better but the music is good you did not do anything to make the app better we now it is taking me back to the homepage every time I want to play a mix I am constantly forced to press the play button to play but it will just pause again very annoying app it is spamming me with how are you feeling and I cancel notifications but is spamming me with notifications enabled so I have to keep pressing cancel notifications make a setting where we can enable or cancel notifications and stop spamming me with how are you feeling and stop the thing where you have to listen more to unlock more which is insane it’s just like pay to play but it’s listen to listen to more and is unlocking crazy amounts of songs when you only unlock one or two make it real
Weird thing happened…
The App Support link doesn’t work (404 error) so can’t send a message to the developers, so I’m posting this about what just happened. After opening it from a Facebook advert from Spoke, the app the then seemed to effectively hijack my phone! Switch to another app and the phone went straight back to the Spoke app, quit the app (not close, but actually quit) and it and reopened itself. Bring down notifications and it would cancel it to show the app again. I just couldn’t get rid of it… until I signed up for an account. I’ve never seen or heard of anything like this happening before. Now I don’t know if I actually signed up for an account (I used random letters that I’ve not saved for the valid password) and I have received no email about it. I just risked opening the app again, it’s now ok to quit the app.
Speaks to my soul
So this is what it feels like when something is uniquely and purposefully made for you. I have tried many meditation apps in the past but they never really changed how I was feeling in the moment. SPOKE however used music, inspirational words and melody to speak to my soul and lift my mood like no other intervention has been able to do. Thank you for using rhythm, drums and base to help me reconnect with myself and my purpose.

I can’t even pay for the subscription let alone see the pricing, even on the free version i filled out everything and nothing would load switched from wifi with full bars to data and still not loading nothing, Its just aggravated my mood. So before you decide to listen to a 414 bot reviews, I say keep your mental and go elsewhere, I don’t usually do reviews but its 3am and i wanted to unwind but im here. If you took your time to read this have a good day, evening or night and do not download

Personally, I love the app but on the daily song playlist I dont like how it only shows some of the lyrics :)

Such a great app
This is such a great app. It’s really different and the tracks are so helpful. Not like a standard meditation capital the general day-to-day meditations are really uplifting and helpful and you can program it to do whatever you need to do.
App hijacked my phone
Guys, you can’t put into production an app that hijacks your phone with an infinite loop because of a bug. I would close the app, but it would pop up again, which meant that I couldn’t close it at all. Signing up for a paid account was just giving an error and I basically couldn’t use my phone for 20 minutes - the problem being that I didn’t know what I could do to stop it. Make sure you test your app properly before you launch.

Everything is caving in…this app is absolutely amazing, I have been using it on and off for about 3 months but recently I have used every day for the last week and the vibes and positivity that is within this app…no…powerful entity is just brilliant,brilliantly put together,brilliant people, brilliant music has me remembering what, who an why I am meant to be . Surprising!
I was skeptical at first, but signed up to see if it will be good for my kids. I immediately tapped on a deep focus track. Set it for 30 minutes and I loved it. I was rather annoyed when it stopped and set another timer. I have yet to try tracks for anxiety and sleep but so far surprisingly impressed. (And I have an annual subscription to calm)!

I love Spoke
I downloaded the app last year and then forgot about it, recently had a mental health event and was organising apps and found it again and the catalogue is so expanded from less than a year ago and the flow of how you move through it is so intuitive and uplifting and the mixes really work with the ‘work with emotions’ measurement thingy it is divine 🙏🏻✨🦋
Exactly what I needed!
Most meditation apps get boring pretty quickly but SPOKE has a fun way of keeping you focused - I find myself dancing to some of the meditations. I have had the app for over 6 months now and I’m going to stick with it for the foreseeable future, always gives me that extra boost of positivity that I need during the day! One thing I’d love to see though is slightly longer tracks, would love to enjoy some of the music for longer. All in all SPOKE has changed the way I approach affirmations + breathing techniques and has really helped me to get a grip on my anxiety. Thank you :-))

The best app you will find!!!
This app has helped me so much and actually made me excited to meditate and get into mindfulness with such an easy transition and it actually helped me stay consistent with it for everyday you will go with 10min sessions and quickly maybe even after your first time listening like I did listen to it for 40-1hour of this the beautiful melodies and songs make it so much easier and the actual advice and voices are so empowering soothing and helpful this is not your normal meditation app honestly
