So I’ve usually paid on my rent throughout the month and now you can’t pay unless it’s the full amount or more than the amount . Smh pathetic
Partial payment
I like using the app it’s easy to navigate. I wish you could do a partial payment, sometimes not everything is perfect and I believe a partial payment is better than no payment. (Just a thought).
Needs improvement
Cannot review lease documents in the app. Auto pay setup is easy, viewing transactions is easy, but that’s it.
Can’t access anymore.
I don’t know if the app is being worked on currently, but I can’t pay my rent because it keeps saying “something went wrong. “ Please fix soon. Thanks.

Paid my rent in 15 seconds
Very limited
There is no option to message the company you pay or to make payments less than what they say you owe. If you have a dispute, you have zero option to have a tracked conversation about it. Poor UX.
Works Just Fine
So far UI is easy to navigate and I haven’t experienced any glitches or challenges adding/updating information or submitting service requests. It would be nice to have the option to cancel or close them as a resident but maybe that is a property management decision vs the rm platform not allowing it.
Necessary Fees
Absolutely ridiculous, I have to use this app to pay rent and there's an extra $100 in "platform fees"? That's excessive.
Not User Friendly
The set up process is not user friendly. We own 2 units in this Community and I would like to use one email to pay for both properties.
Best Rent management app!
I was amazed how easy to use this app is. Everything worked so well-no glitches, no outrageous fees or admin charges. I did research on it and the security is very strong!

For the past few days my app wouldn’t load; not even the main screen.
mediocre app
The app is riddled with bugs and missing functionality. Leases are not available through the app, just through the browser version (which doesnt work). Credentials not working on the browser version. Also when adding a billing address the state/province field is broken, which requires you to rewrite all of your billing info. Would not recommend as a tennent. Personally have had better experience with AppFolio portal
Add-on
Could there be an add on feature that allows tenants to communicate with each other through the app (an instant message service like texting)? It would foster a stronger community within the building and wouldn’t require tenants to give out their phone numbers.
Makes things easy
I like the fact that with this app I can easily pay my rent without having to go some place to get a money order, or without having to go to the office here where I live.

I can’t access the app again!this is every month... this is ridiculous. The last few days of every month I can’t access the app before rent is due. Try off Wi-Fi on Wi-Fi redownloading the app… ever month it gives the issues try again screen pop up. Boooooo!!!!!
convenience fee
i went from one property not charging me $1.08 convenience fee to a different property and getting charged $1.08 convenience fee. make it make sense to use this damn app.

This app is convenient in many ways and my favorite is one less phone call I’d have to make. 😜
FEES
It charges a $6 some fee for every $100 towards your rent. So you spend an extra $20 and if you’re already living off pennies and dimes this is brutal!

Infinite loop of resetting password
Will not let me log in. When I go through the link to reset my password hitting submit just brings up the pop up saying my password is incorrect? Lol

Good and easy payment

NOT RENTER FRIENDLY - You can't select a date to send your rent payment. (You could before) so it's easier to miss a date, I break my asstromical rent between a few payments but I get penalized by having 2/3 fees each month. And you cannot edit/revise/add to your maintenance requests, (you could before) this is ridiculous. So there's no message thread for that request. You have to resubmit it to even change a simple thing. This site causes more issues that never existed.
Photo library permission
If I select specific photos/videos under the Limited Access option, the app then eliminates those photos as options to upload for maintenance requests. But all the others in the photo library are still accessible by the app to upload. The permissions are completely backwards.

Very illegal practices designed to delete your data encourages you to message and pay through here you cannot get your email records this way does not hold up in court I’m not stupid enough to fall for this tactic to make it easier for scum lords to break the law and not fix anything

I’m here to pay my rent. Not an extra $10 every month for the app. The only reason I’m using this is because I have to through the school. Absolute nonsense.
