The game is good, it lives up to its name but for the past 10 days every time I login, it crashes before I can even play, this is still an issue thats plaguing this game for years. Please fix it :(

I’ve had fun playing the game definitely a fun game to just chill with but with the events I noticed the counters not going up when I beat the dungeons also when crafting if you craft more than 500 strong pickaxes it just deletes them

Lovely but crashes a lot
I love the game but I do have a few complaints: the game will just crash if you are on it for more than 20 minutes and fighting something or performing a task that needs processing power, there's no button to hide all the monetary options of buying things on the left and it can clutter the screen quite a bit especially when trying to tap with all your fingers, you don't see your health bar when using healing items and the health and currency will often cycle occasionally on your screen leaving you not knowing how much health you have, there's little to no description for most items and most things are not readily explained to you well enough or in an efficient and concise manner that would warrant full understanding (the npc's dialogue is often just story line content compared to actual information), and the finger that guides you is bugged to where it points through ceilings and walls that leave you wandering in directions contrary to where it is trying to lead you. You can't turn off certain alerts such as the free 10 gems for an ad and it's annoying to see all the time. There are quest lines that, when finished, they just continue to extend far past the point range leaving you with endless alerts once you kill 10 enemies or so. But some good things are that the weapons and upgrading items are fleshed out and fun to use and deal with, the dungeons and monsters are fun to go against and the combinations you can use as far as your build (such as life steal, fast attack, high defense, etc.) are VERY engaging, the npcs' designs are nice, the systems of food farming and monster farms are great concepts and features and the pets (although not varying in use and purpose) aren't half bad just to have around. The game performs well when auto mining afk as you can leave it on overnight and it'll perform just fine. All in all I'd give it a 7 out of 10; great game but if everything was polished it would be a 9+ for sure! P.S. - I forgot to mention that right now as I was trying to play the game, it lagged out and when i loaded back in, as it was logging me back in, the game said to confirm to update but the update button doesn't work so I am currently re-installing the game so I can play more. (This didn't work. It started doing this at 9am CST and it hasn't even been an hour so I will wait and see if the issue resolves itself.) P.S. 2 — Also, the Support button, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service buttons DO NOT WORK! You must go to the app store (I'm on apple) and go to support from there on the website which also has NO option for support contact for the game :(. I was able to get back int the game after a day and after emailing staff, they helped me link my account to the steam version since that one updates with more stability! Best mobile game i've played in over a decade!

На данный момент я на первом месте среди донатеров в игре. У меня несколько раз на пару дней после покупки пакетов не пришли покупки, они попросту испарились. Написал 4 дня назад в службу поддержки - ответа нету, багов в игре миллионы, постоянно перезагрузики, владелец игры, видимо, совсем ничем не хочет заниматься, ему деньги подавай, а он сидит и просто гуляет на них. 0 решенный вопросов, деньги по сути украдены, поэтому смело можно называть администрацию и владельца игры - скаммерами, ибо деньги забрали, а товар не дали, при этом дописаться до них - невозможно. Полный ужас!

I’m addicted to the game but I keep getting annoyingly kicked out randomly and have to reload the app and trek the whole way back again.

Dissapointing
The general gameplay loop is fine, but the use of ai art is jarring and foes not fit the rest of the games artstyle at all. Which makes me wonder how much of the games art is ai generated. Very disappointing to see. :/
How is a game this old so unstable?
I’ve tried with this game at least 3 times now over the course of years, and it’s quite disappointing to see how actual little has changed. Needs some QOL updates - returning to game after long periods, you forget how crafting and upgrades work leaving you to just wander around to figure things out. Development updates on this game seem to be aimed at pushing content rather than stability, but it’s difficult to enjoy - just as you begin to get into a rhythm with what you’re doing, you force quit to home screen again, and again, and again- and it’s just frustrating as a player to want to invest time in.
Awesome game highly recommend
This game is phenomenal for the ones that like RPG‘s that you collect your own materials to make your own weapons, but you can also buy them. Also, if there are any problems and you message support, they get back to you within just a few days and compensate you for anything that is lost or help you with everything you need.
tried this game for a few hours...
just started and it feels like everything just gets thrown at you all at once, even though its just simple tasks for you to learn the game... also, it costs a specific item (npc in the game says its not cheap to obtain it either) to teleport to wherever and it awfully feels like every location of every interaction is intentionally set just far enough to make it feel tedious enough to want to use that specific item... to be fair, there are return portals... so all and all, i have only encountered 4-5 different areas from the beginning town. after seeing how the gameplay is gonna be like, its way too much on the player's end to do neccessities and daily(s), even for the seasonal/pass rewards and whatever...

very good game, me and my friend started playing it, however every time i open the guild menu it crashes my game, this might just because i play on an old iphone but it is annoying to restart my game every time i want to check my guild

Found generative AI in the game
Got to a section where I needed to rescue a dog that got attacked by a zombie and the stills used to tell that story were AI generated. (You can tell by the inconsistent designs of the zombie and the dog between each still) Glad I didn’t rush to pay any money for this game. ANY use of generative AI is a dealbreaker for me. You have talented artists that working for you. Pay them and use their skills.

It’s a great game before and after leaving it even now it’s always been a great game
Can’t create character
Every single time I try to start the game and finish up my character design it gives me an error saying it can’t connect and when I reload it gives me a character that isn’t mine. Definitely bummed because this game seems interesting. Support button also doesn’t work.

Very nice idle game, but non-English translation is patchy and covers only about 80% of all text.

Play a bit, crash, rinse repeat
Good game with some issues, travelling back and forth is extremely annoying, which would probably have made me quit eventually, but the main problem is the CONSTANT crashing. Gave up after 5 days it was driving me mad. potential to be a great game if they fix these issues, wake me up when that happens

Tutorial is fine, but there’s so many grammatical mistakes
I really enjoyed the first part of the game but then it became unbearable to go through the story due to wrong word choices. Please check the script, or use some sort of translator because sometimes the text doesn’t flow nicely at all. I might be picky but it is really distracting.

Really awesome game I like how it’s made. but so many bugs and crashes, but if you fix this I will give it a 5 star, but other than that I highly recommend it.
