Normal life: I cannot keep track of my health, It is extremely hard, and my plans aren’t safe. Life with app: I can keep track of my health, It is extremely easy, and my plans are safe. I am never going to worry about my healthcare again because this app does that for me by reminding me to do the workouts on my lock screen. If I want to create my own schedule then I can! I can do this by setting the time of day for the remainder to go off. I can also decide the day it reminds me. I can do all this at any time of day when I want. The possibilities are truly endless!

Używam jej w wersji premium na androidzie na drugim telefonie. 49,99 za dożywotni dostęp jest grubą przesadą bo apka mimo, że przydatna i czuć efekty tak naprawdę nie wyróżnia się niczym szczególnym. Zdecydowanie za droga, 9,99 za pełny dożywotni dostęp byłoby w sam raz tak jak na androidzie.

This app generates a plan for the first week only. After you complete the first week it stays stuck on the first week and no plan is available for week two. This app is a scam even if you buy it the features don’t unlock. I’m wondering if the reviews are real or fake

Everything is what you make of it. My opinion, this app definitely has a achievable approach , for someone that ready to get back into the swing of things. It’s help me ( I don’t treat it like a dusty book though)

Great App
It’s simple but effective for improving push up stamina. My only issue is that when the countdown begins in between sets, it paises the background music I have playing from other apps. I then have to go back to Amazon music or Apple Music, press play then go back to push up app. Would be great if the countdown chime could play over my music and not pause my music like I’ve seen in other boxing timer/push up apps.

More like a free sample, with pushy upgrades
There are a lot of good free apps for push ups. This isn’t one of them. It’s constantly pushing you to purchase more work outs, and eventually stops you from progressing further without a $1.99 monthly or $9.99 yearly subscription. Also, I found the program too aggressive—meaning that when you put in your max reps, it gives you a program that requires more than you can do. The only reason I tried this one is because it advertised 200 push-ups, so I figured the free part maxed at 200 instead of 100. Going back to my old app. Bye.
