Really like how this game is done. Wish some areas were a little easier or at least had more hints ahead.
Subscription don’t work
I have GameHouse Original Stories subscription after the free trial but I still don’t have access to the full game, please help!!!
Two levels…
There are two levels that did not work for me. Items were supposed to be delivered, yet no one ever came around to do so? Please advise if possible, so I can complete the game with all diamonds. Otherwise it’s a cute game, and I enjoyed myself! Thanks for all the work that went into making it.
Dislike behavior of characters
I really do love time management games, and I do look forward to finishing the game and following the storyline, BUT..I absolutely hate the kids smoking and drinking and the use of bad language. I guess that makes me a fuddy duddy, but I won’t be able to play this game with the kids because I don’t want them to see the behavior. I like to just play laid back games that are not too hard, that have a good story, but when they cuss or drink, and especially smoke-it just ruins it a little for me. I would love for you someday to make versions of this and others, that don’t have any of that.
Cute, but Inconsistent
Loved the story line and most of the scenes were quite artistic, but the inconsistency in game play in levels was frustrating. On several levels, 5 stars could easily be reached in Hard mode, then there were levels that 5 stars was impossible in Easy mode! And the countdown timer is laughable on many levels (i.e., near end of level, timer shows only half a bar filled, yet as soon as level ends it fills up to 5 stars instantly.) Because I have a GH subscription, I’m going to check out the sequel and hope that’s more polished.

I love this app and the second I really hope that you make a third cause this is the best app ever and Its so addictive literally I can’t get off it.
Arts academy
I’m really a fan of these types of games! This one in particular I really enjoy playing, however there’s a bug. It tells me to click anywhere but the screen remains black and stuck. This is the second time it has happened. The first time I uninstalled thinking when I reinstalled it would work, but I loss my progress. Now it’s happening again. If fixed I will give all stars in rating.
Love the game but
I have always loved playing game house games from Emily delicious to Dr cares. But from its new recent games, like heart’s medicine. and this one levels have become boring and if I have to say, even when it’s on normal, it’s hard to beat. Can’t really find this game enjoyable anymore or any of the new games that have come out.

Os anúncios travam muito, além de serem excessivos e mandantes, e acontece o tempo todo de eu assistir o anúncio completo e depois não aparecer o lugar para fechar, ou então travar, e aí não dá para passar para próxima fase. Difícil… precisa urgente arrumar esse bug.

After watching an ad, the only command is an arrow top right. This brings up the App Store pop up. X out of that, then an x pops up that you have to X out of. Annoying princess. Also, please get rid of that Bigo Live ad. It’s very creepy, in the worst way possible. Kids shouldn’t see that.
This game is Awesome game
I really love this game I love this original stories I mean I love when they come out with new game I am playing for free which is awesome I don’t paying for the whole game I don’t mind the adds it’s great way that I can replay to videos I know lots of people don’t like watching adds it’s better than paying for the games
You can’t play past 8 without paying
This game is already blah to begin with it mostly focuses on the same mini game with little to no plot and you can only play the first 8 levels and then you have to pay for the rest!
Good game and interesting story but…
There is a plot point I am not okay with, and it would be considered illegal and immoral if it happened in real life. I know this is a fictional universe but stories are one way we process reality, so I’m disturbed. I realize this is a subjective view, so I’m not bashing the game entirely and just taking off one star.

Glitching report (bug glitch?)
Support, What happens with level 32? Once Siren come, but not enough come. What wrong with more than once times of Siren did not come for books? Please fix it and thanks.

Bugs
Love this game and can’t wait for part 2! However, there are still bugs in the levels with Siren. She never comes back so you can’t complete the side task for the 3rd star. I see this was addressed in a comment a year ago, and you said you were working on it. The workarounds don’t fix the problem.
Disappointed
This was one of my favorite gamehouse games but I’m upset you have to pay to play past level 8. Really wish it was like some of your other games where I can watch ads to continue playing but it’s not
Lovely game…but…
I have quickly gotten engrossed in this game. It has an Intriguing story and the usual well-conceived format that I have come to expect of a Gamehouse game. The problem for me is that I need to play at the “hard” level to make it a little challenging; but there are now some levels that are impossible to pass, even with a flawless round. And the normal game level is too easy. Gamehouse….please create more robust options for those of us who like a challenge! Some of the “Fabulous “ games offered that but I haven’t found any recently 😟
Love this game but the sequel isnt available
Arcane arts academy 1 was amazing and i wanted to play part 2 but it said windows pc was required. I played part 1 on an iPhone and intended to do the same with part 2? Why isn't the sequel available as a phone app?

I truly enjoyed this game! The story always having twists was super intriguing and enjoyable! I binged this game within 3 days! My only sadness was a few levels were broken and you were not able to get all stars, but I saw it was already spoken about. I pray for a second installment to this story!
Great game - if you pay
The game itself was fun, engrossing and enjoyable. I didn’t realise, however, that you only get the first few levels and the rest of the game is locked behind a pay wall. $15AU?? You’re out of your damn minds. Not sure why you’d shoot yourselves in the foot like that, when there are so many other games that are completely free.
Disappointing
I have played GameHouse Original Series games since the first Delicious. But I share the disappointment of other reviewers in the story line and characters. That brought my review down to four stars, but what really cost the next star was the inability to upgrade aspects of each scene. I really don’t care what Erika's bedroom looks like, but I would like to have the ability to have her move more quickly, or have coffee-makers (and similar) unable to overflow, or a better *whatever* to increase tips. I’m not even halfway through the game, and already there are scenes I just can’t get that third star on. At least I haven’t encountered a mini-game of “find all the cats” because I hate those!😉
Fun but buggy
There are two levels(32 & 34)where Siren never shows up again so it’s impossible to get the third star or complete the level objectives so that’s annoying but other than that it’s fine. Update: Deleted and redownloaded the app and everything appears to be working fine now
Subscription doesn’t work
I pay for game house subscription which is suppose to allow full access to game house games without ads but when I select restore purchase it doesn’t work & the game will not unlock without me paying again!!! Please fix
Cute game, with some issues
Like a lot of other Gamehouse players, I was happy to see Gamehouse return to the type of game they do best: time management with a storyline. I’d also really like to see follow up games to previously released games, to continue the storylines we are invested in. Cute game and story kept me interested, but there are several technical bugs throughout the game. I see from a review in January, developer response stated they were aware of the bugs and working on fixing them... yet it’s 6 months later and the bugs are still present. I found a way to work around the bugs, by switching to easy mode. However, I’ve bought all the Gamehouse games and I was ok with paying the high $9.99 price, because they were so well done and perfect, but once you start releasing games with bugs you will lose your customers. A few bugs might be ok for a $2.99 IOS game but it isn’t ok for a $9.99 IOS game.
Glitches
As others have reported, levels 32 and 34 have programming glitches so the quest cannot be completed as the girl only appears once so it fails. Despite complaints over 6 months, still nothing has been fixed. Very disappointing for a paid game!!!
SO MANY BUGS!!
I’ve played all of GameHouse’s time management games. I like the different theme of this one, but so many bugs. There are levels where you can’t get three stars on easy but you can on normal, and levels where the game does not give you the opportunity to complete the bonus objective bc it simply does not give you the opportunity (ex: you can’t take the books from the siren if she only appears once.) I played through, deleted the game, played again a few weeks later and had the same issues. Good game that needs some fine tuning.

Definitely had a good time playing it! Would recommend for anyone who’s into time management games to play and I’m mostly looking forward to the sequel.
Almost a 5
I loved this game and it’s story, as I love all Gamehouse games! I appreciate games where you can pay once and unlock everything, as opposed to all of these free games with necessary in-app purchases these days. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the glitches in levels 32 and 34, which make you unable to complete the objective and get 3 stars. So close, please fix it!!
Well...
Woah, I expected a lot more. Although the story gives me vibes of the new Sabrina from Netflix, it’s missing the fluidity and consistency of the previous games. The lag...I can’t play this game at all. You went from creating these wondrous games that grabbed me from an early age of the delicious 1 and throughout the series to heart’s medicine season 1 and I waited years and years for a new one, which grasped me and then ambers airline. The first game to come out with somewhat 3D characters with a fluid storyline and gameplay. I pay monthly for access to your stories and this is just a disappointment and doesn’t even match the original fluidity of the delicious series. I want to play, I want to love the story, but it is so SO jagged and laggy in gameplay that I can’t bring myself to get into it. You all can and HAVE done better. I love you all, but this is just such a disappointment.
Age should be 16 and up.
This game is tagged as 12+ and yes, I know some 12 years old kids know more than an adult but they are still children, they are not even teens yet and this game deals with heavy issues like recreational smoking and another topic that I won’t share as to prevent spoilers. You don’t have to remove the smoking and whatnot, just up the age recommendation because showing smoking as something cool and having a relationship with your older professor/teacher (big ew, btw power imbalance who?? even if the characters are indeed adults, I assume college aged, and not teenagers as I thought they were) its not cool nor is it appropriate for literal children. Also the game is laggy! So much lag. Lag everywhere, every episode. Lag, lag, lag.

Level 32
This has been really fun and I’ve been 100%ing every level, but the extra task in 32 is broken and it’s frustrating not to be able to do it :(
Only One Script Scenario?
Only on second area - courtyard - but both the bookshop and courtyard are annoyingly predictable with the same people arriving in the same order and ordering the same things. One of what appears to be two customer cycles. And I have it on ‘hard’ mode.
New games anytime soon??
*I haven’t played this particular game yet, this review is more so a question** Is there possibility of getting new versions of the older games? I really LOVE the Emily games but I can’t find myself caring about the Delicious World or ‘Bed and Breakfast’ versions. I deleted the Bed and Breakfast version because the whole “match three icons to earn money and build up a decrepit house” has been done to death (Gardenscapes anyone?). And Delicious World seems excessive. 120 “levels” an episode... 5 episodes a season.... and there’s 7 seasons so far. You do the math. I like the old formula of just 60 levels and a charming story about Emily or whichever protagonist. Can we maybe get a new Amber’s Airline? Or Sally? Or even Dr. Cares?? Everyone loves Angela too. I know you can do it Gamehouse, I’m rooting for you.

difficult levels.
i am an experienced player and i rarely have issues with levels, but levels 47 and 53 are impossible. i have replayed them several times EACH, and i cannot complete them with three stars and the objective.
Glitch
I would give the game a 5 but I’m on level 32 and I’m suppose to collect books from Sierena like 5 times she only shows up once. If I pay for something then I expect to get my money’s worth. This needs to be fixed.

Loved it!
Thank you GameHouse for another great game. I enjoyed the Harry Potter like vibe and setting. I thought the story line was good. I still as always appreciate the one cost to buy the game and just be able to play it through. I did read another review asking for another Emily story line game and I vote yes on that too please. Would like to see what her next adventure will be. As always Thank you so much for creating fun games to play. You guys rock!

Stuffed levels and the usual low standard of English translation
Per the 2 reviews re missing deliveries: had anyone bothered to put this game through quality control all the now normal stuff-ups would (well, as far as my editor/proofreader brain is concerned) have been picked up and corrected. The persistent insultingly low standard English translations rife throughout games being sold/issued through GH (you thanked yr ‘great’ translators!) AND the missing elements needed to actually play levels correctly, just shows me that there is a policy of quantity and speed over quality and playability (and decent story lines). My constant requests for correct translations and quality control prior to putting games up for sale/play are obviously ignored. That’s just downright rude and dismissive of a legitimate complaint/request. All you need to do is hire someone who knows English as well as they know their own language - including sentence structure and grammar!
Disappointed!
I love Gamehouse products, I’ve played almost all of them, some of them multiple times. I enjoy the characters and the writing is usually really good. This one Un fortunately is very disappointing on both fronts. Erika is not someone I find myself caring about, and the setting just doesn’t lend itself to this kind of time management play structure. Sadly, the writing needs some serious editing for grammar. I am sad because I waited for this one with excitement, but compared to the Primrose Lake or the Emyr games, it really lacks the charm of either one. Would love another one like the Golden Mask, or even Mortimer. Maybe we can get a new Delicious saga with Emily and the Fam? Anyway, I’m sorry to leave a bad review, but hopefully, you’ll see this and get back to making better games! I love you guys, and now I’ll go download one of my old faves, and feel better.
