I enjoy this fun and fast paced game. However, you are rewarded mostly with coins when most of the modifications require diamonds. Also you have a limited amount of plays in a time period.

Cute game..Mixed Review
Just wish there were more features added! When I played a couple of years ago, it had the same features it has now! ...I do not think anything has been added since. Since it has a 4.2 rating now, imagine what it would have if you added other modes & more products...options to expand the hospital... more patience. After a certain level, it is the same thing over and over again & it is not even challenging to get 4 stars...AT ALL! Personally, I will not spend money on a game, no matter the price, unless there is a challenge. The other issue is: When I installed it the other day, (re-installed)..I watched videos to get more energy & it dimmed it (bc I hit the max vids for the day).. but when I went to watch vids for more energy in the days after, It was still dimmed & could not watch vids. I am on iPad. As far as the game itself, it is a great start, even though it has been around for a while. I really like it. Just wish there was more to do/were more options. It gets boring after a short time. Thanks! Ps...If I am not mistaken, I have not seen an update for a while either.

Keeps crashing
It was fun until I made it to level 63. Now it keeps crashing. I deleted and reinstalled the app but it still crashes and I’m back on level 1.

It’s a very good game; however, some levels when i earn three stars, it only shows that i’ve gotten two stars. I’ve replayed certain levels several times trying to get it to register that I have three stars, but it still only shows two and won’t give me the diamonds.

Almost 5 stars
If not for the wonkyness when trying to click on tasks, it would be 5 star. I find I have to click items several times sometimes to get the click to register.
Boring and repetitive
It has good potential but it’s the same thing over and over. Not very challenging at all.

This game started off great. It will definitely capture your attention. Now it’s crashing in the middle of the game. I hope they fix the bugs so I can continue playing my levels.

I love the game however there should be something you can do to keep patients from getting bored/losing hearts so very fast. It's says upgrading slows that down but I haven't seen that happen yet if anything they lose hearts faster .

Very fun games but stops at level 70. It needs more levels because most of the beginning levels start off really slow so by the time it picks up you have reached the end.

If you want a GREAT game, no using "diamonds", that has a storyline and is 20 times better than this one, download Hearts Medicine, the original game that these people soullessly stole down to every lesser detail. Shame on you....
Fun but short
This was fun while it lasted but it only took a few days to complete all the levels

All you do is move patients from one place to another. No diagnosis, no decision making. Nothing like the real thing

I LOVE this game. However, I gave it three stars because I could not play beyond 70 levels. Additionally, some of the treatments don’t work. It would really be nice if there was an update to fix some of issues.

Pure Garbage do not play this sht
So fking buggy and laggy. It is 0% responsive to touch and takes for EVER to tap on the person and then have them go to the right place. Literally takes up way too much times to tap them 3 4 5 times too many. Also I have like 25k gold and nothing to spend it on zzzz. Only 70 levels? Guess even the devs knew this game is trash so they abandoned it. Upgrades are bland and boring as they come and 100% pointless. The mini games are also unresponsive to touch and you need like paper thin fingers to be able to rotate the ball. Honestly would rather shove my head in a lit fire than play any more of this lame game.

This is a great Time Management game...BUT it has a lot of the same thing over & over. It could use a little more variety, to prevent people getting bored. To stop the crashing, I keep the wifi off & I like that you can play it without wifi! It has LOTS of potential..Just needs some updates features! CREAM: It should work..After applying it, keep rubbing back & forth. It should sparkle!
