Fallas en ubicación
Tiene fallas al dar la ubicación. Me saqué un susto porque me aparecía que se encontraba en otra área lejana donde lo había dejado y tuve que ir a corroborar y seguía donde lo había dejado. Las notificaciones tampoco las da al momento.

Desde hace 22 días ala fecha de hoy tiene fallas la app Te manda alertas falsas Que se prende. Que se apaga. Que alerta de colisión. Imagínense con ese tiempo de alertas y tu en eso despiertas dices pues quien se llevó mi moto haha Espero pronto la arreglen

Mr app will send notifications for a week but after some days or weeks it stop sending information of the car to me. Status: offline from the app. Can you see to this ???

1.- Micrófono podría mejorar su conectividad ya que se corta mucho o habilitar la opción de escuchar desde la página y 2.- tiene como 15 días q repite las notificaciones a mi teléfono Apple cada 10 minutos aunque las abra y las borre de la app las vuelve a enviar 3.- geolocalización bastante exacta 4.- para ser un rastreador que es de recarga telefónica funciona bastante bien
Excelente aplicación
Excelente; muestra la ubicación en tiempo real sin problemas y permite realizar diferentes funciones. La recomiendo al 100% solo deben asegurarse de instalar e iniciar el modulo de forma correcta y listo

Geofence should have both alarm and cut off fuel function not just alarm.
Issue with showing distances
In this new version, I’m experiment the same issue with the distance’s reports. Adittionally, app crashes with any consults about day’s reports.

Unable to reset password
I had forgotten the password to my account and have tried severally to reset it but for reasons best known to the developers, they still request for the previous password. Why on earth would I need to reset my password if I haven’t forgotten it? You need to fix your app!!! Because it’s very frustrating and annoying!!!!

I bought this product, for a French speaking country. One of my customers told my they were having problem changing the language in French that’s when I realized this app doesn’t have French in the IOS version. I contacted Kay one of their representatives. It’s been more than a month the issue I reported is still not fixed.

Envía alertas en todo momento de acc on y off y no se pueden desactivar por favor corrijan eso !!!

REAL TIME POSITIONING STOPS WORKING
Was working fine but after update I sense the real time positioning view doesn’t work anymore. Just able to see car location but area satellite view isn’t working which is one of the great features of this device. Please look into this
