iPad/tablet version?
Why don’t have tablet version ?
Crashed twice on two orders
- 100% crash rate when I try to finish an order. - doesn’t support Apple Pay
User friendly app
Nice to use, user friendly mobile app with great range of groceries. Good experience.
Very good, but…
Lack of Apple Pay and iPad support.
Not for tablets
Uses a shrinked portrait version of the phone app on an iPad. Pretty dissapointing.
Languages
There is no English but here it says there is.
One-of-a-kind
Exceptional service! Incredible range of products! Availability in a lot of places in Bulgaria and they now offer free delivery for pensioners which is a very good step forward for all big convenience store brands to follow! I have used their service since 2019 and it has continued growing ajd improving!

iOS iPads not optimized
love it
very convenient for girls living alone
I like them
So far EBag are the most reliable and up to date service of its kind. It is a bit pricey, but each time I’ve tried a cheaper version of this service in Sofia, I have deeply regretted it. I think I’ve tried them all. We live in the centre of the city on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. Never has one of their drivers complained about having to climb all the stairs with a hundred bags or about not having a parking space. I hope that this won’t change. The one disadvantage I really dislike is that some vegetables and fruits come in plastic boxes, which I find completely unnecessary. This I hope they will change. Having 2 babies and working full time I absolutely recommend EBag. They save me a lot of time and trouble.
ApplePay not available
ApplePay feature is not available inside the app. However plenty of useless features are included - epay, paypal ...
TOP!!!
First delivery
I am very impressed. Definitely I will order from you again. I am very sorry that I did not leave a tip, but I am disappointed from your competitors. Next time I will certainly leave a tip. 🔝
