Пратката ми пристига на части, едната където трябва другата на някакво рандъм място защото нямало свободни кутии, ами ще я доставят в друг ден сякаш и без това не ги чакам. След като пиша на някакъв бот ми казва, че трябва човек да ми реши проблема ама след два дни, че не били 24/7. Всичко това едва ли е за първи път и би трябвало да имат процеси и процедури. Не е ли идеята да улесните максимално клиента а не той да си губи времето?
Всичко е наред, докато не се сблъскате с проблем.
Поръчвал съм много пъти и всичко беше наред. Докато не възникна проблем с доставката. Свързах се с тях в чата им два пъти, но не направиха нищо. Подадох заявка чрез формата на уебсайта, но тишината беше астрономическа.

Slow and buggy
This app is very slow and leaves the impression for total performance disaster and lots of memory leaks. Browsing around and it starts to lag and load really slowly. I switched to shopping from About You only because their app has better performance.

Dear Fashion days If your new policy is adding a big fee if clients want to pay cash, please consider making paying by card easier by adding other payment methods such as Apple pay. Heart symbol doesnt turn black when I add to favourites while I scroll and therefore I am unaware if something is already in my favourites.
Bună, dar performanța lasă de dorit
E o aplicație foarte ok, ușor de folosit. Aș sugera să se poată aplica simultan mai multe filtre și abia apoi să se reîncarce rezultatele. Și dureaază mult prea mult să se încarce pagina de detalii sau o listă filtrată.

The app is fine but they chose the worst delivery service. They are so rude, always late or simply never arrive. It’s really annoying if you paid the product in advance.

Slow app, filters does not work, reviews and feedback accepted if only positive. Response from their support poor and without any inclination to resolve the issues.

I do like the app except the popUps notifing me to activate notifications for activating sale notifications. At the fifhts time it popped up I rather ended browsing....

Este o aplicație de 2 lei care nu merita atenția clienților ai nu își onorează comenzile ,am avut o comanda și din cauza ca Fashion nu a onorat comanda toată am pierdut comanda data retur de firma de curier care este praf și pulbere samday nu faceți transport cu ei .si nici produsele nu le mai găsesc la prețurile alea și nici nu mai sunt la vânzare sunt niște nesimțiți Fashion Days
Saving search, awful filters
I was utmost surprised that it is not possible to save search. Also the filtering is not really smooth, there is no point in keeping this app.
Good app, annoying business strategy
The app itself is good, works fine. The business how it goes is getting more annoying. Prices are always changing, if there is a discount period, the prices are higher as if there was actually no discount. Many times there are no proper sizes, prices are low when less inventory. Shopping limit for free shipping is increasing step by step. Sometimes you can find good staff for low price but less and less chance. I bought The North Face jacket for men, but it is with reverse zipper, why? Also bought a Columbia jacket for men, and again it arrived with reverse zipper!?!? Are they fake? I bought an Armani T-shirt and it is actually underwear. It was mentioned as T-shirt and not underwear. So what? Getting closer to delete and forget the whole thing.

Din ce in ce mai neserioși, neatenți. Înainte sa plasezi comanda ți se spune ca va ajunge in 2-3 zile și o trimit după aproape 2 săptămâni. Produsele sunt deteriorate, de proasta calitate.. Nu recomand!

Jó dolog, hogy a weboldalnak megfelelően itt is lehet végre szűrni! De basszus, senki nem vette észre, hogy eltűntek a termékek árai? Így hogyan vásároljon erről az ember, ha azt se tudja mi mennyibe kerül??!!!! Jelenleg ezért használhatatlanná vált számomra az eddig hőn szeretett appom!!!! Gratulálok hozzá!!
