Worst gym facility ever
Worst nightmare, I joined this gym to feel healthier and reduce stress and cortisol levels, little did I know I would end up experiencing theft, by their staff or cleaners. I have been put under so much stress and anxiety because of their inappropriate unprofessional behavior. Also upon arriving first day a staff took my phone she said to activate the membership while she did that, she went and took the survey that was on the app on behalf of me and submitted it as I was watching her i was so shocked. I said to myself I’ll just go back and just retake and submit the survey myself until I found out that you cannot submit it again. So ridiculous.
