Wow es impresionante
Es la mejor app

Me encanta
Nothing but Ads. Sad.
The app is suddenly nothing but ads. Don’t wast your time.
Não recomendo
Não disponibiliza opção de cancelamento no aplicativo. E o contato é difcil
Frustrating
I recently switched to a new phone and downloaded this app again. This new version is a pain and I probably won’t continue with it. First, even though I turned off sound and vibration, I can’t get the little bell at the beginning and end of each session to stop. Worse, I have to watch an entire ad before I can even get into the app and then watch the ad again before I can start the exercises. I get that the developers need some income, but this is excessive, frustrating and enough to make me look elsewhere for a better app.
The best
He do the Job andddd the best it’s free
Toooooo Many Add
More time spent trying to get the ads off screen than doing the actual exercises.
No alerts, Apple Watch version?
My notifications don’t come through. An Apple Watch version would help so that I can practice in public discretely.
Out of control ads
App is good but latest version has gone over the top with ads
The best value
I was searching for a good Kegel app that wasn’t a ridiculously expensive subscription and I finally found it! This app works great and has nice vibration and audio cues. The free version is excellent (the ads aren’t overwhelming) and the ad-free version is a great price.
Reminders don’t work
What a waste of time. I’m so frustrated because I really want to start using a Kegel trainer again and took the time to download this and schedule the reminders. The only time I used it was the first day I downloaded it- none of the reminders I set up worked! Immediately deleting now.

The application is very nice, but it has two flaws: 1- The ads are long 2- There is no notification to remind you to exercise, despite turning on notifications in the application and in the application settings on the phone
Best bang for it’s buck
Really solid program, different types of exercises, most of the exercise from other programs that would be similar to this would be much more expensive. Overall very pleased. I did remove ads almost instantly but read they aren’t much a problem. I also turned on notifications and it worked well.
Reminders don’t work.
Seems like a great concept but the critical use case is dependent on a reminder at the recommended frequency - reminders don’t work and there is no support or guidance on how to address this problem … so the app is worthless.
Reminders do not work
I enjoy this app but often get busy throughout the day and forget. When o first downloaded it, reminders worked and it was awesome. But it hasn’t worked in awhile. I’m trying to get in the habit of doing it everytime I get in the car. Apart from reminders not working, I like it.
Great App but Notifications Don’t Work
I love everything about this app. But the notifications don’t work. They work the day I set them but after that, don’t work. I need something to remind me otherwise I’m terrible at doing my exercises. Had to switch apps because of that, otherwise this app would be perfect.
Fav Kegel
Hard but doable.
Male voice didn’t work and reminders stopped working
Could not get male voice to work only female and their voice is not very pleasant. Reminders worked, and then they stopped working.
Great but…..
I would give it five stars if the Reminders worked. I see a lot of people who are having the same issue but nobody is responding from the app. If they could let us know why the reminders aren’t working and how they could fix it so they do it would be much better. When you’re busy like most of us, are you forget to go into the app to do the exercises so if you don’t get the reminder, then you a lot of times don’t end up doing them. Please fix.
Reminders don’t work.
I have the reminders set and switched on in the app. I have them turned on in every possible way in the settings on my phone. They do not work. Which is one of the main reasons I downloaded the app. :( It would be 5 stars if the reminders worked.
Finally No Subscription!
Great App with Great Workouts! Free, No subscription, Simple, all you deal with is minimal adds. Reminders to workout, been doing kegals consistently for only a few weeks and already see results in my stamina.
.
Setting reminders doesn’t work.
Cool, but….
Not very discrete which that bell. Can you turn it off?
So far it’s the best I’ve found
Worth the download
Nothing past day 7?!
I’m not sure why the app ends at day 7, for you to reset to track your progress again from day 1.
Notifications
It seems like a very good app, but I get NO notifications, ever. I have checked my settings multiple times, turned notifications on and off, but none. My other Kegel app does give me its one notification, so apps can do it. Very disappointed.

Experience
Thus far I had found this app to be very helpful and easy fo use!
Alerts/Reminders to not work on iPhone
I have an iPhone and the Kegel reminders do not work; I never get notifications despite setting up reminders each day (and “allow notifications” being turned on in my settings). I emailed customer service asking if there is anything I can try or do to get the notifications to work, but never heard back. What a bummer, seems like a really great app if that worked.
