Lost Access to Premium
I can no longer open my premium account and all my data. Is this an error or do i need to buy it again?
Useful but buggy watch app
This app has a lot of potential but when I start an exercise on my watch and the screen goes off there is no way to waken the screen without the exercise session disappearing. I’d like to be able to check how many exercises are left or whether I am in a „rest“ or „squeeze“ interval. Frustrating when I even paid for premium.

Annoying advert
This would be a good app but sadly there is an annoying advert that pops up after every exercise which I can’t remove from the screen unless I close the app. Please can this be sorted

Ads stop the exercises
This app used to be great but now ads pop up half way through the exercise which stops you from being able to carry on. If I want to use the app for over 2 minutes I keep having to restart the exercise. Please can you fix this?

Det er en god app. Men den ville være endnu bedre, hvis man kunne gå væk fra app vinduet mens træningen stadig fortsætter. Lige nu skal appen være åben, forrest og tlf ikke låst. På den måde er det den eneste app man kan bruge hvis den skal virke. Appen har lyd og vibration og det ville være skønt at kunne træne mere diskret eller mens man laver noget andet.
It works if you do them 🤗
I have tried similar apps before but I think this one helps with consistency. Have been doing these for about 10 months. Have seen a definite improvement as need less heavy duty pads. I was a carer for about 20 years and my pelvic floor was ruined. I would say I’m almost addicted to getting all my daily squeezes in. I appreciate the update with a more subtle vibration alert for when each squeeze commences and concludes.

Exactly what I was looking for
Being pregnant, this app is helping keep track of these exercises. I also really enjoy the layout. Only issue I ran into was the “buy premium” screen can’t close. I have to completely exit the app and then restart.
Can’t clear the Ads
I appreciate I need to see the ads on the free version but the clear button is placed behind other things on the screen (the clock or battery life etc) and does not close when tried, sometimes waiting over a minute after ad completed. Very frustrating as I’m trying to move onto next exercise, can only assume this is designed to get persons to buy the app without ads? Not for me….

Facility to Create Custom Kegel Routines is a Bonus
I have used this app before and after major surgery for building pelvic floor strength. It has been really useful. The facility to create a set of custom routines is especially helpful. I’d recommend it.
Premium doesn’t work as advertised
I purchased premium but all features do not work. It doesn’t recognize my purchase of premium on my iPad and it should work across all of my Apple products as I have the proper operating systems on all and it’s designed for all. I’ve tried to contact the developer without success. I realize I can request a refund but I think the app has the potential to be a great app if the developer would just show some pride in his work. I have filed a complaint with Apple.

This app is everything i’ve been looking for! Specially with the premium feature of creating your own exercises! Amazing :) My suggestions for future updates are: 1. Allow app to be used in the background (with sound/vibration or banners on screen to guide us while using other apps) 2. Include additional sound/vibration for when exercise finishes (so we can do exercises without looking at the screen) 👍🏼

Notifications don't work
The interface is intuitive and I like being able to put in my own exercises (recommended by my PT), but the notifications don't work. This is half the reason I paid for the upgrade! Also can't find app support. The link here in the App Store goes to another app altogether.

My menopause consultant advised me to start (I’m 65) doing pelvic floor exercises to help my overactive bladder symptoms. I’ve been doing this for 6 months and the difference is amazing. I’ve got control back!

Buggig men bra grundtanke
Reklamen som dyker upp efter varje avslutad knipövning går inte att trycka ner om man väljer stäng alt krysset i reklamen. Ingenting händer, istället får man stänga av hela appen och starta den igen. Såhär har det varit under tiden jag använt den i en veckas tid ungefär. Feedback-länken som finns under inställningar fungerar inte heller. Utvecklarna behöver verkligen se över och fixa alla buggar som stör. Knipövningarna i sig är bra och appen är enkel för att logga den, synd inget funkar i övrigt.

Helping me at 28 weeks pregnant
I’ve always had a weak pelvic floor but since being pregnant every time I sneeze I have a leak. Ive been using this app for about 4 days now and two days in I noticed a difference. I’m not having to wear a panty liner anymore. Had 1 trickle in 4 days. It’s a simple app, for me it just motivates me to do something which I find really boring. I just do two of the exercises a day. I’d recommend keeping up with it everyday. I just do an exercise in the morning and one before bed. Already feeling stronger. Would 100% recommend
Premium doesn’t work
I paid for premium to be able to set notifications but no matter how many times I reinstall or restore purchase, this feature is not available. No response to my email inquiry either.

It’s the only way I will do these exercises
I’ve tried before many times and found kegel exercises so boring. But with this app I remain interested and want to keep up my scores. Having the visual and auditory feedback works and with the advanced version being able to set reminders and chart my progress is brilliant. And what’s more doing the exercises work! It helps a lot!
App support?
I upgraded to premium of this app but still can’t find where to set reminders. Nor can I find a way to contact the developer.
Bra och enkel
Gillar att där är olika övningar och att man kan skapa sin egna. Håller med en föregående recensent om att lite tid för att ”hitta rätt” i knipet mellan paus och knip hade varit bra. Speciellt nu i början när man är ny och inte riktigt hittar rätt direkt. Snabbhet på 3 sekunder blir väldigt svår emellanåt. Sedan saknar jag en pausknapp, som i amningsappen, då jag oftast gör övningarna när jag ammar och tappar fokus när hon tappar greppet eller vi ska byta bröst. Kan vara en timer på pausen, om man inte avbryter pausen på en sådan 3-5 min så avslutas övningen. Annars riktigt bra appar! 👌🏽
Bra app, men oversettelsen til norsk er helt forferdelig
Appen er veldig bra, men oversettelsen til norsk er utrolig dårlig. Der det burde vært knipe står det feks presse, noe som er det stikk motsatte av det du skal gjøre.

Thought the premium upgrade with allow reminders and make the app more functional, zero changes. Waste of money. Terrible app.
Bra med egna övningar
Bra att det går att göra egna övningar. Det enda som saknas för fem stjärnor är att det skulle ges någon sekund till att spänna resp slappna av innan man börjar räkna. Hade en annan app som var så (”tät”) men allt annat är bättre i denna.
Great for post baby recovery
Really great app... it’s helping me to remember to do the exercises and I like that there are some fast twitch and slow twitch fine exercises developing speed/ strength and endurance. I paid for premium (which I never do usually) and I’m really glad I did. I use this app 2 x a day, so it’s become part of my day to day routine. Also, I had an issue with something and contacted the developer and responded very quickly and helped me really politely. Highly recommended.
Premium not working!
I was excited about getting reminders and got the premium subscription but it’s simply not working and I’m not getting help to fix it either! You don’t get an account to sign up - the money is just gone.. shame!

Love this app
This app is great. I downloaded a recommended app for Kegel training and it was awful, it appeared to be free but in reality you had to pay to get any decent functionality. This is simple, features different kinds of exercises that are easy to follow, and there are also reminders which is a feature I want - all for free but with the option of paying no ads if you want. Brill.
Scam Premium
I’ve emailed them multiple times about how after I’ve purchased premium I’m still seeing ads and still not able to access premium perks. I have not gotten a response whatsoever. Very unprofessional. Do not buy premium, you’ll get scammed!
