I love this platform
Kelsey makes it so easy to stay consistent with her monthly challenges and weekly schedules plus the group chat really helps keep me accountable. My body feels regulated and strong.
Love the workouts, excited to see the app develop more
I LOVE the Shaep workouts. They are the perfect amount of challenging but doable. I feel stronger than ever and energized after. I’d love to see more details regarding the class descriptions, like a high level overview of moves, and what equipment is required. It’s hard to distinguish by titles and descriptions which workouts are more strength based vs Pilates based. Thanks!
Best app!
I’ve been on Shaep for almost a year and the workouts never feel repetitive. I’m always excited to get the workouts done and see the green check on my calendar in the app! I also truly love the journaling aspect and I try to fill it in every morning - it’s incredible. Highly, highly recommend the Shaep app!
Erin
The only reason I am not giving a 5 is because I would LOVE for the workouts to have music in the background! I really need music when I work out but I absolutely love these toning workouts
The best!
Shaep Workout with Kelsy is the real deal! Kelsy’s workouts work—plain and simple. You feel the burn, you see the results, and somehow you still come back wanting more. Her energy is unmatched, and every session is the perfect blend of spicy, sweaty, and seriously effective. She keeps things fresh, fun, and challenging in the best way possible. If you're looking for a program that pushes you, supports you, and gets you real results, Shaep with Kelsy is where it's at. Highly recommend 🤍
Great workouts
Love the energy and variety of workouts!
Best work out app!
I’ve been using this platform since January 2023, and I absolutely love it! It’s so easy to fit workouts into my schedule, whether I’m doing a short or longer session at home. Kelsey makes it incredibly simple to stay consistent and motivated, and I’ve never felt stronger or more toned in my life. At 36, I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been, and I can confidently say this program has been a game-changer. I can’t recommend this program enough—it's truly been life-changing. I’ll definitely be renewing for another year!
Solid Strength App!
I love Kelsey’s workouts (especially the weighted full body or full body HIIT circuits), they are just what I’ve been looking for - I’m advanced and love a good challenging, and I enjoy this workout app because of the variety of videos. Where I think there’s room for improvement is the video experience of the workout themselves (not the quality of the exercises or circuits - these are great). Things that would help flow and help make following along easier, especially during the faster paced and times intervals, include: - “Up Next” showing the next exercise in the circuit before the current exercise ends (or during the 15 second break) so we can mentally prepare - Speaking over the timed breaks (or even demonstrating) about the next exercise, especially if it hasn’t been done yet in that video, telling us what equipment will be needed etc. There has been a couple occasions where we are given 5 seconds while the exercise is being explained for the first time to set up, have the equipment ready and begin - feels a little rushed and I feel like I lose flow! - Doing a very brief overview of all of the exercises in the upcoming circuit before the workout even begins
My favourite workout app!
Have been doing these workouts for almost 2 months now and I can see such a difference in my muscle tone and mobility. I switched to this platform after wanting to incorporate more weights in my workouts and its been so refreshing! I love the weekly schedule, how each day targets something different - the structure of it feels very purposeful to building strength and burning fat. Kudos to Kelsey!
Versatile, customizable and wonderful workout platform!
I have been using this workout platform since it’s inception and I have loved it from the start. It has such a range of options for workouts in both length (10 min to 1 hour), equipment (weights or unweighted) and style from strength to cardio to endurance to flexibility this platform truly has options for everyone. I love that there are meal plan ideas, meditations/breathwork (a HUGE bonus) and LIVE workouts for its members. This app truly gives you its all! Kelsey is such a wonderful instructor. I love that she focuses on holistic health, mind and body, gives you modifications and stresses the importance of mobility. She provides weekly schedules if structure is what you need AND she’s built in a community forum to meet other members to help you stay accountable! Extra extra bonus, there is now a section on the app that is curated to where you are at in your menstrual cycle. This platform is worth it, and truly affordable!
Part of my everyday routine!
Been a happy user since 2020! Kelsey’s workouts have transformed my relationship with working out as well as supported my wellness routines and habits. If you’re a beginner, Kelsey is fantastic at explaining correct form and coaching you through the workout. I love seeing how the app as evolved over the years with mindfulness & nutrition support.
Shaep!
I’ve been using Kelsey‘s platform for over three years and I love it. Great workouts, making it easy for me to work out at home while having two young children, keep it up! She can’t have cheese
Amazing Workout App!
I’ve been a member of Kelsey’s since the app was first released, and love her workout style. There is a weekly schedule that’s super easy to follow, along with monthly challenges and a huge archive of videos. I like having the option of choosing between different types of workouts and the flexibility of having quicker workouts available depending on my energy levels or work schedule. There are also a ton of healthy recipes that I often use when planning meals. Highly recommend!
Incredible App & Platform!!
I’m honestly obsessed with my Shaep app! Kelsey has built an amazing platform where she posts your daily workout schedule and has easy to follow meal plans. I have honestly never enjoyed working out and what Kelsey has put together motivates me everyday because it is all laid out for me already! It’s truly perfect - 10/10 highly recommend!
