This time I m depressed with their reply
I have always good experience with them but this time they r not even listening to what I m saying.. I have some issue with the dress recieved yesterday and reply them on the spot that this dress isn’t fitting me well so I want to exchange it with unstitch dress but their reply was rude that u received it early it cant b return so manage it urself.. The dress was 15000 of coast and in think it’s quite expensive.. people used to collect money to buy a dress that looks and fit well on them

Hi, I have really very good experience with Aneela’s collection. I am their new customer and I must say, that they are doing their business so professionally that I can’t imagine clothing business like this in Pakistan. Whatever they say on their App they own it. Especially if there is any problem in order they take it seriously and solve it in due time. In Shaa Allah looking forward to seeing myself as their long term customer.
Beautiful clothes
Very responsive and helpful. Dresses are high in quality. Stitching is awesome. I’m always getting their outfits. They are very helpful even if you want to refund or exchange, they are always there to listen any query . I highly recommended their outfits and services.
Nice dresses but not satisfied with what’s app communication
I am overseas client and find some issues how this app works. Issue no 1: when you save your profile there is no option for overseas cities . You can not save your profile without city information. I asked from them so many time but not fixed yet. Issue number 2: you can not see your order history if profile is not saved. Any way I asked them throug what’s app to ship my dresses in Pakistan and then I will get from there when travel to Pakistan. Communication on what’s app is not satisfying. They respond when they like other wise no care attitude. My request to the owner of this brand that you have awesome collection please focus on customer service. Or make a website for ordering. I will give 5 stars if these issues will be fixed.

I ordered a few dresses from Aneelas and I’m really happy with them. The quality is lovely and they look exactly how I expected. They also arrived right on time before Eid, which was perfect. Overall, a really nice experience—would definitely order again.

I placed order from UK because i had to come pakistan for eid.i ordred 3 dresses and recieved 2 of them by now.both dreses are even more beautifull than they were shown in pics and videos.nice quality,beautifull work.really happy to buy them..now waiting for the 3rd dress its dispatched date has passed but i have not receive it yet..i dnt know when will i recieve but i hope that will be beautifull as well and will be recueved before eid.recommended

I am really disappointed to buy from them, thy don’t care abt their regular customers also. Bai suit pasand nai aaya, aap return naa karo atleast exchange kr do. Online businesses mein aisa tou kerna chahiye, outlets hon tou hum try kr k laitay hein. Vry pathetic response. Thy only want to sell. 😡
application refreshing problem
Aneelas application takes too much time for loading and once you back for the order it will refresh again please make a good application and please make a website and whats app connection with clients its will much easier for order thank you

I’m new in Aneelas. I Live in Uk, recently I started shopping from Aneelas in 2025, I ordered all my articles online through Aneelas App.. I ordered and my Mother received all my dresses in Pakistan and she said fabric quality too good , and colours same as pictures. My Father is a Tailor and he also knows all brands, he said Aneelas dresses fabric, colour and quality really good.. Thanks to Aneelas team ❤️❤️❤️💐
Cancelled my order after a month
They Cancelled my order of 7 suits after a month without informing me . When I asked reason they did not reply . Very unreliable and unprofessional company . Be very careful if you are ordering from this ap .
Dates are confusing
Placed 2 orders can’t understand the dispatching dates one is march and for another one dispatching date is 10 January not mentioned the year if it’s 26 or 2027. it’s already 28 January do we need to wait for whole year for just a single dress lollz. Customer service or anything like this doesn’t exist where we can ask about order or article. If you cannot handle the orders or customer why this much marketing and all drama. App doesn’t work good enough.

Owner is keep saying we have 8 years experience we are very honest bla bla bla, but actually making people fool. Insha Allah soon they will close their aneelas. Stop Making people fool and don’t waste their time. If you are not honest with your work then stop it

I order 2 dresses I like it one dress very nice and beautiful but another one is I don’t like it I want to return it, I don’t like colour and embroidery also , is not worth it like 10,000 if possible please can you return or exchange I will chose another one and please can you do that?
