Bonus does not work, tried multiple times to use it, support is no help as their bots still stuck on how the old Parimatch bonus system used to work thats since been updated. Really frustrating whole app feels clunky and second tier.

I won 70 pound and I withdrew 40 out of it but I haven’t received my withdraw money into my bank yet how long does it take for the winnings go into the bank

The returns were shocking only winning like 7/8 times totalling less than 4£. Blocked my account after large wins
Was enjoying the account, very fast withdraws and I play a lot of blackjack. But, like most of these do, my account was blocked after I had too many large wins. They refused to state why, they then kept speaking to me like I’m a child. I confirmed I into bet what I can afford to lose and they refused to reopen my account. Scam don’t use these guys

My app will not download the version 16.6.1 . And when I go onto the App Store I cannot download it either . This is bad as I not only cannot access the game , but I also have £40 in free bets that I now cannot use .

Spoke with a customer agent as I deposited £10 then £15(welcome offer is deposit £15 first then do a bet and your bonus will be awarded) they assured all will still be fine do the bet, not even 2 hours later i came back said the bet is done then told me all my promotions and bonuses have been taken away

This company is a scam
They keep telling you wait for 5 days to verification account but they not answer on email at all, time to phone you and put restriction fast they do it but time to verification account and sort out the problem they not do it, keep stay your account restriction, I do not recommend this app at all stay away and keep your money safe.
