Ideal for beginners
I started using this Ap about 4 years ago and it is my go to recipe book when I am looking for something different to bake. I especially like the baking mode as it ensures that you don’t forget to add all of the ingredients (I have been known to do that in the past😁) It doesn’t matter if you are new to baking or an old hand there will be something there for you. Although you need to subscribe to use all of the recipes the cost is minimal and worth it
Disgruntled
I wish it had said up front it was £25. You waste your time downloading only to remove the app when you get the bill.
Good but could be better
It’s a great app with tons of free recipes but some of the most appealing recipes I have seen are stuck behind a paywall I wish that like once a week you could choose 2 or 3 recipes to “unlock” for the week
Better off googling real recipes
Between the images and the actual content, you can find easier and better recipes through Google..
Absolutely Love This App
Whenever I'm looking for something to bake I always head to this App. Definitely a go to. There's always a good variety of comfort items as well as some that I've never heard of that sound absolutely fantastic to make for family and friends. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love this app
Thank you so much to the developers and content creators. I love cooking for my family. I only have the free version but the recipes are amazing. You also get the weight measurements to imperial and metric. Give this app a try if you love cooking. The padlock recipes are open if you subscribe. Due to my budget I’m not yet posh enough. So until then I will just look at the pictures and lick my screen until then. 😋 Enjoy!
No ability to save custom recipes
I didn’t explore the app after discovering you can’t save custom recipes. In my opinion this is a critical basic feature that is missing.
Good, but not great
Really like it. Love how you can save recipes just like Pinterest boards. Just don’t like it how some recipes are locked behind pro and how it tells me that I have a free trial of pro and to start it every time I boot the app up.
Great looking app
It’s a good looking app, Recipes look good too. I was expecting a very large amount of recipes n techniques to be free on the app only to find out one has to pay money ($$$) for the locked up recipes even if it’s inexspensive for the year.
A lot of memories created from bakes with Kneady!
I downloaded Kneady 3/4 years ago and I am so so happy to be finally downloading it again to make new bakes! Incredible variety of bakes, bread recipes are fantastic and the app really teaches you with clear instructions and images. Unlocking the full app is 100% worth it! Thank you Kneady team!!!
Too much update
Was good until this app stared making me update the app 3 times a weeek. Useless. Uninstalling.

The recipes might be wonderful, but in Arizona we use cups, tablespoons, and teaspoons (and we weigh in ounces, pounds). Oh well.

Waste of time. Can’t believe they offer a subscription with a handful of recipes. And agree with other comments- recipes are free, next day you can’t access because they decide it’s only for those who pay a subscription. Stick to all the free recipes online and just read the reviews So disappointing

I don’t really like that the app has pro because us beginner bakers want to bake stuff like that too

App looks good , nice recipes. Only gripe is you start looking at a particular section and the ‘Pro’ banner is showing on so many recipes. If you want to unlock them it’s the best part of £28 per annum to do so. Put me off!

There are some seriously good and quick recipes
Was great whilst it lasted.
They’ve locked most of their free recipes and added to them to their “pro” section. Not worth it, especially knowing it was free all along.
The only problem
Kneed is a great app, although it has a lot of good recipes that have to have the subscription to see them. I just think they should have less of them needing the “kneedy pro”
Was my go to...
I have really enjoyed Kneady and have used a good number of the recipes which are all well presented and easy to follow. This has stood head and shoulders above other similar apps I have tried before and was easily 5 stars. This has changed for me given the change to subscription -something I can fully appreciate as it is a great resource to be free of charge so some subscription aspect makes sense as a business. The issue is the pivot involved where most of the recipes which have been free are now pro only. Had there simply been new recipes which were pro I may have considered it but just changing the existing, previously free content to mostly subscription retroactively - making a number of recipes I favourited and really enjoyed unavailable -has lessened the usefulness of this in my case. I will keep the app as perhaps the library will open with time but for now this has gone from a regular use to something I would occasionally check in on.

Network error
Great app but since last week all I get is “Network Error, please ensure you have an active internet connection and try again” on both iPad and iPhone.
Kneady pro
This app actually is good. Really good. The recipes are varied and well instructed. It has always been a surprise that a feature rich app like this was entirely free. Then Kneady pro arrives (being sold as a positive?). I don’t disagree with charging to use the app. Hell, charge more. BUT, recipes that I had previously been using are now behind a paywall and I truly think that is terrible practice. REMOVING previously free features… it’s inherently wrong. Kneady pro should have been there from the start and I’d currently be a subscriber; instead, everything suddenly has a bitter tinge to it.
Way better than M&S!
These turned out beautifully! Nice and doughy as I like, however I would suggest to add the milk in slowly as you might not need it all. Lovely flavours! A must keep for sure!
Could get 5 stars but…
Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is cuz everything is in metric!! How many cups is 600g of flour???🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
So tasty
I love baking bread but don’t eat quite as much as I did when I was younger ( in my 60’s now and it tends to go straight to my stomach) but I like to make specialist and festive bread and then I give most of it away to friends and other family members , after having a little bit myself of course . So you see your app is appreciated by many in my circle 😊👍

Hooray for the bread wizards!
I have been waiting for an app like this for aaaaages! The easy to follow steps have helped me become a proper bread wizard and has kept me busy during Covid and beyond! This morning I made a fab soda bread inspired by the Great British Bake Off that I think would have earned a Paul Hollywood handshake 🙌
Kneady doesn’t do sourdough yet, but it’s coming soon!
