Updating the app
Most of the features are not working properly like adding passengers become problem. Correct timing needs to be followed. Like starting and ending time should tally the duration of travel. Many bugs have to be solved

My Profile
Personal information can not save after details changed. Because that popup not closed. As soon as fix this issue and while booking ticket through mobile app always failed payment. Look into that issue.
Can’t enter otp via movile
On iPhone, when selecting card payment, the app crashes on the OTP entry page and then restarts.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
Worst travel experience ever!!!! Poor service with no live tracking option and being a government employee both conductors & drivers never call people prior boarding the bus or never inform the stop and blame the passengers. Answering the passengers with rude attitude. Never expected this.
Bug fix
The TNSTC Bus Booking app UI/UX looks clean and improved. 👏 On iPhone, I’m facing issues: • Keyboard doesn’t auto-hide after input • No Back/Done button to dismiss it Please fix these iOS bugs to improve usability.
Fix submit button
The new look is good but the UI has issue with the submit button in all screen once the keyboard is opened the submit button is inaccessible

App was so good to use and design was absolutely good. Now performance also improved like how Tamil nadu changing day by day.
Search e ticket
I am using iPhone se2. Search eticket by using phone number and d, after enter the details I can’t hide keyboard to move further

Still I can't book propertly, Please improve the app interface and booking process like Railone.
App crash
While booking buses, after entering passenger details app crashing at the time of payment gateway. Im using the credit card option and when i about to enter the OTP it is crashing and back to home page. Kindly look into it

App. to be enhanced to select the concession type. It is below beyond the screen and very difficult. However having app from the government itself is a great job.

Need to fix the upi Id screen
Over all app is good the only thing that bugs me is when i go to enter the upi Id the input field gets pushed so high up that it’s not visible on the screen anymore whatever i am typing is not visible on the screen

The app is ok but it should be improved to have boarding points in different places for a same bus (as it happens in the case of private buses) and it takes longer time to respond. Hope to find changes

Please dont book this They will not gove you refund I lost my money so many times please dont trust this app Bus schedules and timings will be diffent please go to station and buy normal ticket Once again please dont trust I have lost a big amount @tnstc
