Best game ever!
This has been my absolute favorite game for years. I play it at night as sort of a calm down time from my day. No lagging ever and I love that I can play a level over and over until I win if I don’t get it done in the time frame.

I am uninstalling this app until after November. I don’t need Elon Musk’s money paying for traitor Dan Sullivan

Love the game, don’t love the amount of ads and how much they push you to buy stuff.
Good game
I like this game and play it a lot. It was working fine on my iPhone 11, however after switching to iPhone 17 the game is not playable. It completely freezes every time I play and iPhone buttons stop working too, so you need to wait a bit for everything to unlock and kill the app
Ads are getting out of control
I've been enjoying this game for quite a while. It interjects ads every few minutes. Which I thought was fair, since I don't pay for it. But recently the adds came every couple minutes. Too much for me. I had to delete it.
Purchases
I am disappointed that you dropped being able to purchase packages, etc. using an I Tune Account. Over the years I have easily spent over $1000.00, but with your new means to buy, that’s over. I do not have, and will not get an Apple Card. Bottom line, you lose out on my money, and it’s just going to curtail the amount of time playing. That’s really too bad because this was my favorite game.

Constantly freezing up and locking on screen. Lose the game in order to play on. Done!
Daily addiction
Love this game. It’s not always easy which makes it challenging. I really like the matching range and goods sort. However, lately when I’ve completed a level, instead of proceeding to next game and giving me points it’s stays on the screen and I’m forced to close the app and reopen it to proceed. Happening a lot lately.
Too many ads
Way too many long, long ads ruin this game. Some series of unavoidable ads run a minute. Too many ads spoils the fun.
Frustrating
I had a match game which would not load on my new iPad. So I downloaded this game and love the 3D aspect. But the game suddenly stops and reloads, in the middle of a level. And sometimes it resets and I have to start over. This has happened 4 times. Once I was at level 217 and had to start at zero. Once I had to start at level 1 again but kept my coins. This latest time I kept my level, stars, and UFOs but lost 7000 coins and my flip flops. Anything I can do…?

This app used to be fun and I understand that you need to have ads in between levels, but to interrupt play every so many moves just to watch an ad is greatly disturbing and keeps you from memorizing where the pieces are and you have to go back and almost start from scratch.

Used To Be Great…
I am on level 2315 so you can tell I’ve played this game a lot. They have almost ruined it. The level I’m on gives you 3:45 to solve it. It dumps so much on the table that it is literally impossible to solve in 3:45. You used to get a minute extra time by watching a video . Now that extra time has been cut to 15 seconds. I just watched a video that was 106 seconds long to gain 15 seconds of time. I got frustrated and just quit. As I said, it used to be good. Newest issue…when they update the game you go back to day one on your bonus rewards.
Ads
Love this game but there are way too many ads in this app. During one game, there can be up to 4 ads which is very annoying. It breaks your concentration when trying to remember where your matches are.
Soothing game
Love this game, easy to play and relaxing. My only ask for developers is please, please, please add different objects in the playground games, it’s getting a little boring 🙃
More ads than game
This game is okay but the frequent, long ads ruin it. Some ads are a minute long. Ridiculous! I’m going out and purchasing some ordinary word search puzzles to do with a pen! Totally ad free and frustration free! Wrap your ads up and slap a nice bow on them and shove them where the sun doesn’t shine! And I would also like to advise other players that some ad’s are viruses! The latest one is an Apple Security alert saying that 8 viruses have been detected on my phone and to avoid further damage, phone lockup, and loss of data within two minutes click the button below! These games allow scammers right in without any questions asked!
Frustrating!
Whilst I love this game and find it relaxing, it also frustrates the heck out of me when you try select an option, even when on top of the pile, and it selects something else instead! I have small fingers so not like chubby fat ones that splay over the screen! Maybe reduce the sensitivity a tad?
Bad support
Game will not complete loading. Went to support, it won’t load! So, I do not know if it is a game problem or I need to do something to make it load. This is my favoorite game and I am frustrated not to be able to play nor find out why! Support should always be available. I make purchases very very frequently so I can play but can’t now !!! Thanks for nothing!!!
Newest visuals: off putting
Don’t like the new visuals at all. Just reminds me of watching an AI video it’s less sharp and I’m less likely to play it now. Disappointed

Downhill
This game has always been my favorite and it keeps going downhill. Once you start getting into the higher levels, it’s set up to get as much money out of you as fast as possible if you want to keep playing. The level chest and star chest have no boosters half the time, and they keep changing it to make it worse and worse. Very disappointing.
Too many adds
Too many adds and they are too long, the game tries to fit too much in and that spoils a very good game
After update fail
I used to love this game. I have played it for five years now. After a recent update I only get 15 seconds of extra time after watching a super long add. What happened to getting 60 seconds? Even that wasn’t enough but to reduce it to 15 secs? You lost me there.
Don’t like the new update
I absolutely don’t like the new graphics, everything looks the same and it’s too hard to find the matches - please put it back the way it was
Fun Game!
I have been playing this game for a very long time! It’s fun, challenging, and entertaining! I would like to see new packs a little sooner, but still love the large variety of objects available. There are ads, but not an annoying amount, and they can be quickly bypassed. I recommend this game to anyone looking for a fun and challenging way to pass the time and it’s also a game you can play well into the future….never gets old!
New glow update is icky
Please revert the colors to the last version. The new glow colors are nauseating

The new version is AWFUL difficult color contrast blurred graphics. I have been playing for years but will not play with this new version. May delete this game if not switched back.

Love this game BUT
I have played this game religiously, and my grandchildren also do, but there is no way to turn the timer off or to stop the time so the younger kids can look for the items without running out of time. I wish there was an option to turn the timer off or for it to go back the way it was.
I’ve been addicted to this game from the start.
I paid for the no ads version and it is well worth the money! I am up to level 2057 or something like that and it has been a learning experience. A lot of people say the levels are too hard but you just have to keep at it. I’ve noticed that the more time it takes you to keep trying and failing they add on 15 seconds like after every eight attempts or something like that I’ve enjoyed this game for three years and I’m not gonna stop.
Hate the new look
The new look has changed the pieces enough that it’s hard to match them. I’ve tried three levels and just hate it. I won’t play the game anymore

The game freezes in the middle of the play for an ad. It is incredibly frustrating I got to level 13 before I just deleted the game so
15 sec to watch an ad is not enough!
I enjoyed this game until you recently changed it to only give users 15 seconds additional play time (instead of 60 seconds) for watching an ad. It’s not worth my time to watch that many ads. Will not be playing any longer.

This Game Cheats the User
Buyers beware!!! I’m on level 5514. Yes, I’ve had the game for YEARS and play every day to unwind. I KNOW this game. Why do the developers cheat their customers? For example, I just earned 8 bonus points in my last game. I had 10/15 bonus points to earn a bonus freeze icon. (Bonus grid at top of screen) So I should have earned the icon and then have 3 points applied to the next round. Nope. It moved to 13/15 and no earned bonus icon. So I earned 8 bonus points but the game (developers) only credited me 3 bonus points. This has happened more times than I can count. I’ve sent messages via the chat option. No response. So don’t bother telling me to “send a chat”. Why do you do this?? Do you think the customers don’t notice? Don’t tell me you’re going to forward my concerns to the development team. I know at this point it’s intentional and not a flaw. With all of the looonnnggg ads and reduced features it’s time for me to move on. And this game COULD be so good if your greed didn’t get in the way. So short sighted. Buyers beware!!!

At level 2073. No new tiles, no ufo boosters even though I have 3. So slow takes a second between each touch.
Game Shuts Down Mid-Play
I’ve been playing this game for years now and love it for the most part. I just came back to it after I quit playing for a few months and now I wish I hadn’t. Lately, the game just shuts down in the middle of a match and the whole screen disappears, as if I just decided to quit playing. The thing that angers me the most is that it uses a magnet life, extra box life, etc., and I don’t get it back. I’ve spent a lot of money on this game, but I’ll spend it elsewhere if this keeps happening. What’s going on?

Match factory IS a good game but one problem. Every time I try to reset the level it abracadabra an add or finish a level an add do it would help so so much but forgetting that it is a really satisfying and fun game! I recommend it to anyone.🙂🙂 Thx for reading✌🏻
Too many ads
This is a fun game, but there are way too many ads. The one time fee of $13.99 is ridiculous. Perhaps if it was half that amount, I would pay. It’s extremely expensive considering all the additional in app add-ons that are offered. As it is, when an ad starts, I will close the app and reopen it to resume my game. It’s faster than waiting for the ad to stop. Again, greedy developers. Especially when there are so many other choices for no ads.
Love the game but…
Love playing this game but I’m not a fan of space mission. For the three or four days that it’s the only one I can play with, I play something else. I never went on it and I don’t find it fun. I do love cauldron game. I wish I could just pick the cauldron game and play it all the time.
