Easy and Quick
Such an easy app to use and get things done. I’m glad they make it easy to submit reimbursements for FSA expenses. I’ve never waited more than 24 hours for the reimbursement to hit my account.
Unclear Claim Rejection
My claim was rejected without a clear explanation or sufficient details about the reason for the denial. The app should provide a specific explanation and clearly identify what information or documentation is missing so customers can understand the decision and take the appropriate next steps. Very frustrating experience.
Pretty good
The idea behind this app is great, but there’s little to no explanation on categories, and I had some difficulties or worries as to whether I categorized things properly. Overall, it’s still much easier than filling out paperwork.
Lots of bugs and crashes
historically, a very poor app. Lots of bugs and crashes, inability to reach certain information, inability to send messages when trying to submit a request. Very frustrated every time i use it.

Awful
The app doesn’t work majority of the time, even after the updates. They also don’t approve 99% of the submitted claims. I’ve tried to resubmit reveipts multiple times and each time, you get a different reason stating they need the date or provider name when it’s literally right there on the receipt??
App launches website
This app launches cdabasiconline.com website where I have to login again. The verification is set to my husband’s mobile, it is one thing if I have never logged in, but this is a nuisance.

Worst App Ever
There are so many functions that do not work correctly. I can’t even send a support request. Error. Error, Error. The worst!
Not user friendly
Site and customer service leave much to be desired. Letters not sent in timely manner, wth uses snail mail in this day an age??? Can’t see documents in app or on website.

Version 5.3.0 stinks
When you request reimbursements, the new version (5.3.0), does not allow Health type service and requires searching of service to see if it’s reimbursable but there’s a glitch when I use my device (iPhone 16, iOS Version 26.2). This app was never an issue before when submitted reimbursements.
Poor UI, hard to navigate
Poor user experience. Menus and options in places that do not make sense. The drop down UI of menu options is buggy and doesn’t work well. Options aren’t selected easily and the app freezes often. The support system is not consistent. The money transfer to a bank account works well, so that’s the most important part, but how to set it up is not easy.
Bad update
I just updated my app and can no longer move past the login screen. Just a black page.
Confusing
The most difficult app I have ever tried to use. Even the people at basic couldn’t tell me how to make a payment
Reimbursement Services Non Functional
Some reimbursement services become impossible to solve regardless all information be attached.
Useless
I can never log in. Once I verify my account with a text it always tells me something went wrong. I don’t even understand the point in them having an app if it does t work at all.
