Easy to use
Fast and easy to review account
WORST app experience
Prepare for the ultimate test of your patience. This app is shockingly bad. Super slow, multiple errors every time you try to login. And if you think you’ll just use the website then and skip the app all together, it gets worse there!
Cant login - simply doesn’t work (workaround- update 04/18/2023)
Registered using chrome. Can use the account there but can’t log on to the mobile app. Updated 04/18/2023]: for mobile had to do the registration once again. Not sure if it takes web and mobile as two diff users. Works after registering in mobile app separately. So far seems good UI.
Ancient 2FA codes
These days everyone sends 2FA texts that are compatible with IOS autofill. This app not only does not it sends alpha numeric codes with different cases. i.e is it a lowercase L or a capital i? lI who knows? But this app will make you go back and forth between your 2FA text and it attempting all the possibilities. If my bank and investment accounts can use a numeric code just fine there is no reason this app needs to be using case sensitive alpha numeric 2FA codes and requesting them multiple times in a row. Request it once and remember the device….
ThrivePass App Ok
Menu bar easy to navigate. Very little latency between switching from one screen to another. But could not set up Medicine Cabinet and Pharmacy search does not work. I typed in the prescription and the pharmacy but search function seems disabled. Nothing happened.
It’s ok
This service is very convenient except for the fact that every time I spend more than $100 I get audited and have to call around for itemized receipts to scan in. This makes it quite obnoxious really.
Worst app ever
Customer service is awful. Some people are pleasant enough but it will take days to reach them and they’re not helpful when you do. The website and app are the worst I’ve ever used. I wish my company used anyone other than ThrivePass. Nothing one good experience.
Needs Work
App is slow. Constant errors. Logs you out mid-session. Can’t upload multiple receipt images because you get error messages. Needs a lot of work to make this more user friendly.

The prescription log doesn’t work. Besides that the app is very informative.
Unable to log in
I’m extremely upset regarding the ability to log in. I can’t seem to log in to my account on either the app or the web version. I’ve cleared my cookies and history and whatnot, but I can only log in while I’m on my computer. This is ridiculous, I’ve tried for over a month trying to log in weekly.
Needs improvement
This app is only some what helpful. Some improvements might include a way to add receipts on the day of the transaction. Stops the possibility of lost paper. When asked for verification give more information than just a name, date of transaction and amount. Also give patient’s name and reason for visit and date of the visit. When multiple people visit the same clinic it gets confusing.

I love all the bells and whistles that the ThrivePass app offers. I especially like the barcode scanner. Super user friendly.

Awful since Update!!
I haven’t been able to log into my account for over a month since the new update. I’ve contacted them multiple times and no one has done anything about it. What’s the point of ThrivePass if I can’t even get reimbursement? so awful
Difficult to deal with
The app and the website are very lousy and difficult to deal with. I kept calling and their system is always down!
App crashes at login

Broken beyond repair
They decimated this app. Idk how this got out of a testing environment because it doesn’t even work. I had to re-register my account, they got rid of the faceID to log in, and now the app crashes every time I enter my username and password. What the hell have you done? Worst dev team on the planet.
