This program completely turned around my insomnia, you may need to give it a full eight weeks, but the coaches and programming are wonderful
They’ll just take your money
This company is has been charging me after I cancelled my subscription. Not worth it.
Liking the experience so far
So far it’s really good. I’m 5 days in. It’s not as accurate as a sleep therapist would be who listens to your unique situation. However a sleep therapist does not cost $20 ! I’m learning a lot and very excited about my progression. They’ve done an excellent job of making addressing this on a self help platform fun and engaging. Worth a try! I have a real person coach - the veracity of which is still to be determined.
Good idea but disappointing
I was hopeful after my appointment with the doctor. What I found since is the app is very glitchy. The calculations don’t add up and recently it won’t even update with a new schedule. The coach is pretty much useless. They’re Respond intermittently with general information. ChatGPT is more helpful than the coach is
Get the book instead, too expensive.
Program was too general for my needs. The coach wasn’t helpful. OTOH, I’m going to bed earlier and getting up in the morning.
The First Sleep Program That Actually Worked
I’ve tried a lot of different things to improve my sleep, and Sleep Reset was the first one that actually worked and stuck. Beyond just sleeping better, I learned a ton about sleep and built habits that feel sustainable long term. The biggest difference was reframing how I thought about sleep - moving away from the anxiety and pressure around it that can create a vicious cycle, and learning to approach it much more positively. It’s made a huge difference for me and I couldn’t recommend Sleep Reset enough.
Not for everyone
I had no communication with a person after the 7 day trial. Cancel after 6 days if it doesn’t help. A lot of their advice is out there free.
Was Hopeful
The CBT lessons are good, but nothing new here. You can find the same thing in a $15 book. The coaching was essentially a text message every couple of days checking in. Messages to your coach can go unanswered for a day or 2. No real insight from the coaches. For $30/month this may be useful for someone who has never done CBT-I, but this app/service is massively overpriced. I gave it a real try, but am not sleeping any better unfortunately and am down a couple hundred dollars.
Insomnia solution
I’ve had insomnia, on and off, since my teens. The only solution was running. As I’ve gotten older and hardcore running was no longer an option my insomnia has gotten much worse. In search of a solution my wife found the Sleep Reset app, which is a compromise, giving you guided sleep help with a professional sleep specialist available via text messages. I can’t say enough great things about my sleep counselor Shonda and all the help and guidance she provided and the tremendous Improvement in my sleep I have seen over the last 6 months. It is expensive, but if you are as desperate for good sleep as I was, it is worth it!
Rip. Off
They offered a 7 day free trial, promising not to charge you and THEY did!!!

This program gets results. Structured program that uses a combination of cognitive reframing and sleep restriction to get you back on track. First few weeks can be hard but you get access to a sleep coach who is helpful and knowledgeable and cheers you on. (Shonda was my coach - she was great !!). On the more expensive side but you can use an FSA which helps.
SCAM!
they tell you it’s a free 7 day trial and they will notify you before they charge you. LIE. they tried to charge me right off the bat, but I had my credit card turned off. I turned my credit card on like a week later, and bam they got their charge in. clearly, I disputed it. As for the app itself, it’s nothing but reading pre-generated material you can get for free on the Internet, it’s just advice and how to try to get more sleep. Using behavior therapy, it’s available for free on the Internet so basically you’re paying for nothing unless of course you just like to log on this app and log your sleep.
I can sleep
I definitely picked the right app to help me improve my sleep. Reset Sleep’s personalized plan, information/education and support have totally improved my sleep. I now sleep eight hours a night and I no longer deal with the frustration of long periods of sleeplessness through the night. I would strongly recommend Reset Sleep if you are dealing with issues with sleeplessness.
Danger - This is a scam
Do not give these scammers your credit card information. I signed up for a two week trial. My card was charged but I did not receive login credentials. Customer service has not responded, but today I received an automated email stating that my card will be charged almost $300 in a few days with no way to opt out. I will have to contact my credit card company tomorrow for a charge back.
Improve your sleep!
This is a great program that can be covered by some insurances! Customer service was always very quick to respond to emails for questions and issues with the app. Mija was a very encouraging coach. My quality of sleep has improved dramatically and I didn’t realize the level of sleep anxiety I had before starting this program.
Scam
Sign up process silently till my money and refused to give me any content. I thought that maybe they just didn’t charge me/something went wrong on the backend and deleted the app. However I just received an email reminding me they’re renewing the subscription and the only way to cancel is through the app which refuses to believe I’m subscribed! Really wish app developers were still forced to use Apple subscriptions where this nonsense never happens.
Sleeping much better today I
Sleep reset really helped me change my negative thoughts that were disrupting my sleep. The program used mild restriction and this markedly improved my sleep quality it deepened my sleep. Sleep hygiene advice you see everywhere did not help. I am grateful for the good listening and compassion of Shonda who guided me

This app has helped me with falling asleep faster, better sleep hygiene, and waking up in the morning in just 4 weeks. Although it is expensive I’m definitely going to continue because it has worked for me and I want to continue to improve and create long term sleep hygiene.
Beware! Deceptive billing practices!
Enrolled after my doctor referred me. The app said my insurance was accepted, so I assumed I could get reimbursed. After paying ~$1,500, I was told I couldn’t get a Superbill because I never did a “required” consultation — something the app never prompted me to schedule. Support admitted the app shouldn’t have shown my insurance as accepted, but only offered a $75 refund. After posting online, I heard from many others with the same experience. This feels incredibly misleading.
It truly works
I started to suffer with insomnia persistently back in November ‘25 and it continued to get worse until I started the sleep reset program. Mija has been my sleep coach throughout my journey and between her, the lessons, the sleep schedule & the meds, it truly did work. 4 months later and I’m medicine-free, getting 8 hours of sleep a night. Truly feels like a miracle.
Good Science/Poor Technology
The science that the app uses is excellent. Unfortunately, the app itself is not well thought out and has numerous glitches. Throughout my 5 or so weeks with the program, I constantly had to be in touch with customer service regarding various technology issues. Very frustrating. Personal coaching is very good. But overall, not worth the money until they figure out the technology/interface.
Really works!
I’ve been telling everyone about this app. If you are struggling with insomnia, this program truly works. I learned so much, and am on the path to better sleep. You get an excellent support system with a human coach, nurse clinician and daily lessons and tracking. I’m in a totally different place because of it!
App does not upload info or remember results!
I was so excited to use this app, as it was recommended by a podcaster, Forrest Hanson from the “being well” podcast. I filled out all the information, spent the time for their “personalized survey” Then followed the prompts to upload my insurance information, the app doesn’t allow you to upload as it wants you to and then info just disappeared. A Colossal waste of time.
