Disappointed & tired of waiting for a real fix
Been playing for 3+ years it’s a great game, awesome sound effects however many including myself have complained about the constant lag, constant freezing when in a Theatre of Conquest is just awful, the pathing is always messed up, the maps need a major overhaul. They are forgetting about the F2P players. The big spenders are taking over cap and uncapped due to the awful matchmaking it’s never balanced! Think twice before spending in this one!
Review
The game has some good things, but now is on the way out, lots of money to compete. 18 months ago lost access to a 411m base on server 30 and no one can help, Lilith or Apple ,so be careful. Lost it after an update on maintenance. Events are not competitive and units ground, air, and Naval are way out of whack. Good luck, graphics are great!
Brilliant but ultimately flawed by monetisation
One of my top played games of all time; I started in S16 and only recently quit after five years. I have spent the most time (and money) in this game than any other. My cumulative kills across my servers is near five million, even if I never kept at one role much past one year. Early game development and early server politics and dynamics are far more interesting than the tiny incremental gains of days or weeks-long upgrades. The game used to be more viable for low spenders or f2p, and a big part of my motivation and enjoyment of the game was defeating obvious big spenders via better strategy. However, over the course of any account, the pressure increases to spend to keep up in order to have sufficient unit(s) to contribute more meaningfully. It just gets to the point where years of small bonuses from skin sets add up to give accounts quite severe advantages despite their efforts to improve the matchmaking system for the month-long Conquests. People naturally game the system in any competitive situation, so of course there are alliances that stack power from very few but strong active players… who can face alliances of many small actives that stand little chance individually or even as groups due to the simple mathematical differences in damage intensity and damage resist stats. I still had a ton of fun in this game; I ended up with lots of interesting experiences with clan members from around the world. I have been in top alliances of a server as well as led small but fighting-focused teams for lower tiers. The efficient dedicated Windows client saved my phone battery and me from carpal tunnel. The Discord community was fun, and there is a lot of depth in how one could specialize and focus their account to perform different roles. The RTS style of free movement of the units is far more dynamic and enjoyable versus older wargames that locked in a timed march to the destination in order to calculate the outcome upon arrival. The implementation of land, air and sea units and the modernization of the theme, away from the WWII origins of the game, was an interesting arc of adaptation and balancing. Unfortunately the years of providing content for “end game” players and fishing for whales has turned a strategy game into one that feels mostly like a handful of veteran players making new accounts on newer servers. Those who do not spend an inordinate amount of time both playing as well as learning how to optimize and build/research efficiently for their units and officers will end up with a less satisfying experience as they get constantly wrecked by those with experience or spending. I tried my best to educate and guide my peers, and there are some content creators that did a good job… but there were always incentives for less active people to just ride the coattails of others. Lilith could have done more to develop stat tracking to show the “career” accomplishments of individuals and alliances to truly encourage more competitive play, as well as put caps on the cumulative p2w bonuses. The separate restricted stats vs unlimited branches of conquest was a great addition, but not enough was done to encourage everyone doing their best versus making meta coalitions and simply negotiating to “share” objectives rather than see a true tournament. If there was not a whale (or several) bullying weaker accounts, there were conquests where it was too boring, and opponents rarely exited the safe zone or actively fought. At the end of the day there is no other game quite like Warpath. It is the closest mobile game to an old favourite from Nexon called Shattered Galaxy, which had one of the earliest executions of an always-active RTS with persistant world and territorial conquest, and a focus on the action of controlling a squad rather than any construction. If Lilith was to obtain the rights to that game and develop a modernised version of it, they may be uniquely qualified to pull it off well, and I would also dedicate a few years to it… until it becomes too pay to win.
War Game Path Game
When I download this game. I was not looking for this game. I typed in war on the search bar and this came up. I expected war. But after playing it, other players spend money so it is no war because they are too strong to attack. So it’s not really a war game, more like a sit and wait and farm game. I thought it would be real war like Battlefield or call of duty type war. But even them games does not have war in their name and it’s way more war than war path. This game feels more like a chess war than a real actual war game because of not being able to fight the players that spent money.
The game provider has serious fraud!
There is fraud in the game provider. They will reduce some money-purchased props in your game account without permission. When something happens, try your best to cover it up. Its payment license has been prompting fraud for a long time. When a problem occurs, we negotiate with their staff and they will only deny it. Procrastination and other means to deal with it. The best way is to directly adopt legal procedures to solve it.
So fun but
The game is super fun especially when you have a good alliance I’ve been playing for quite a while with decently strong troops I haven’t spent more than prolly 20 bucks on this game but even with a super strong units all it takes is a guy who has more money than brains to buy his way to top that’s one of the only downsides and it’s sad to see but still good game
It used to be good
UPDATE: these people really want to destroy this game. Now they introduced naval war, which are extremely boring, and on their way, they destroyed the game for us the land players who spent money, time, and effort to make their land armies as good as possible. DO NOT GET THIS GAME! I’ve been playing this game for more than 3 years now. This game used to be excellent… It isnt anymore. Rich players have gone down to lower levels for easy rewards, and have sucked all the fun away. If you don’t have money, you won’t have fun… as simple as that. What Lilith want to most is extract every last cent off players. And now they added sea and ships mechanic to the game, something absolutely nobody likes. The game is dying… can’t recommend at all.
Game toc mech
Be ready to have mismatches in toc event. Matching mechs is screwed
Great Game
Played for 20min and fell in love with
Not like the ads
Do not waste your time downloading game if you are expecting it to be like the ads, because it’s not. So sick and tired of these misleading ads
Warpath
I think this is overall great, I installed this after having an ad pop up, low and behold the ad was nothing like the actual game, however the actual game is far more entertaining, have been playing every day for 6 months. Very engaging and it isn’t pay to win like everyone else is saying. Paying will give you advantage but it’s necessary. Play how you want to, this game is well made and great.
Verification to continue playing issue
Game has been unavailable for 4 days to do the verification to “continue playing “ which is very stupid but anyway you should fix it or remove it there’s no need to have it
Snipe then die of boredom.
The ad gets you to download the game because you want a sniper game. And AT 1st that’s what you get, but then it just wants you to build a bunch of boring stuff and you don’t get to do ANY sniping and the controls and interface are indecipherable in this dull planning mode that becomes the default. Just make a sniper game, and keep it a sniper game, we don’t want to organize the rose parade. Lame.
good game
its fun. theres always something to do your not just sitting around waiting for things to upgrade.
Game is all money
Why would we need to do a subscription to unlock language translation ?
Needs to add something if you want use 3 divisions
You should add a special area to place your troops and officers so you can use them
Unable to log on after newest update
After the newest update in June 2026, I am unable to log on anymore. It gets stuck in the opening.
Broken tapping
Can’t tap half the screen please fix this has NEver been an issue before I’m losing tickets
Awesome
I was mainly raised up on war movies and a War games with my dad being army telling me stories and such this game is honestly a good vibe for me
Current game state
I played this game around the time it first came out and it was extremely fun, I’d play it all the time. I stopped playing for a while and now it’s COMPLETELY different and nothing like the original experience and now it’s unplayable for me. Devs dropped the ball on it for sure.
Bring back Moscow!!!
Loved this game for so long but there should be a choice between playing old maps like Moscow during conquest or doing the new ones with navy. The old conquests are the ones we fell in love with. Bring back Moscow, the community will be grateful for it or at least the choice to play navy conquest or land based conquests. So many of us miss it. Please more free to play officer pairing the new arty guy with vindica will be so overpowered and both are lounge and require a hell of a lot of time or money put into the game it gives free to play players a massive disadvantage. Even up the gap a bit the game is so good and I would hate to see it ruined.
Well
The game is fun and enjoyable, when you find a good alliance. The downfall! The game is a HUGE P2P and you will be overmatched in EVERY CONQUEST!
Pay to win
This is a pay to win game. For everyone’s info.
Helicopters
You should make it a little easier to at least get a simple helicopter to build on it’s takes so long to build up to get it
Lived two days on noob server
I spent a decent amount of money on the game in my two days of life on a rookie server, before a whale with two accounts came and destroyed our entire alliance. We were the second largest on the map and he did so in just a few hours. It’s easy to see why Google says the game is for veterans, as almost no new players are joining any longer.
Interesting
Same pay to win but if you realise you can do multiple controls it might seem interesting to see what you can break
Not a first person shooter game
It only took 5 mins to realise it was not a first person shoot it up game , just another spend hours building bases and upgrading like many other games in the past. Good of you like this sort of game but not the sniper game you expect when you download it .
Preview
All I’ve seen so far is just your preview. Nice idea showing bullet view in the preview, but which tech advisor or your designers thought it would be a good idea to show a bullet with the shell still attached or a primer in a bullet and not the shell?
Good Game
But typical you have to pay for everything
Connectivity
Constantly losing connection, many times in the midst of a battle, so frustrating. Connecting to server….. connecting to server……. Connecting to server…… connecting to server……
Is it possible
If we can have a six army slot camp to make it even my base looks funny please
Glitchy and unreliable
Love the game but it’s prone to glitch and lag a lot. During game play you get kicked out then struggle to log back in only to find you have been burnt and lost troops. Find another similar game because it’s good but without the issues.
No
The game is noting like these pictures. There is no sniper mode. It’s more like strategy game not firsthand shooter
Hard To Beat
When you play every single game, there is on the App Store over 10 years. You will realize that this game is the best. Is Kone continuously keeping you engaged, and it makes you grind that what you want this will be the third or fourth or fifth time I’m starting a profile
False advertisement
The way they depict the gameplay in the ads for this game is nothing like the actual gameplay
Thank you
Finally they added the navy. I’m so happy
Good game but flawed
This is a very good game - very intensive, great tech and you ideally need to be a part of a strong cohesive alliance. The issue is that the developers are focussed upon ‘play to win’ in other words people who spend a lot of money will win. The balance is incorrect with power as Lilith don’t match people in fights very well. The ‘Whales’ hide their power and rip through the lower capped players. Use the tech research sparingly as once used you can’t refund it and place it where you need it. That said - I have been playing for over 4 years now. Highly addictive.
Honest Review
Great game, keeps me occupied! 2 problems, 1) base editing is really poor, struggle to put buildings and decorations in place and needs an update / improvement! 2) haven’t played the game for long (1 week) but I’ve read other reviews and can already see the P2W, so is it worth my time just to be hammered later on by someone who can buy their way to victory? In all honesty, play the game but Pay2Win is clear as day and people will buy their way to the top… Edit: The game developer has responded to my review, nothing relevant has been stated! Same response he’s given to other reviewers, things will stay the same for the P2W as it is how they make their money!
Requires no money to actually enjoy the game
Extremely easy to operate and strategize. Over all great game!
Updated reworking
What happened to the fighter planes, the artillery, the warships, what happened to all the progress made on this it was amazing before, why!?!?
Being historically accurate or just fair
Number 1. Remove the T-43 because the production was canceled during WW2. Number 2. Add a T-44-100 because there is like 3 versions of the panther and the Marty’s tree just has T-44 and allies has the super purshing. Number 3: I understand that the maus was just a project that didn’t even go into production but stillllll. Keep the maus because we need a war game that has it. Name one other war game that has the maus as a usable tank Warpath doesn’t count.
Account gone for no reason
I played war path for ages and had a great account and lots of fun playing but after not playing for a bit i go back onto the app and see im logged out i didnt think much of it and tried to login but i just kept getting logged into a new account i tried to ask support for my account and they said it never existed and kept giving me my alt IrishM22Locust2 i wasted ages just for it to be deleted for no reason
Freezes
New update has caused it to keep freezing up
Deliciously fun 🤩
Why does a perfect head shot feel so gratifying?? I could get used to this!! Fun game, so far, keep up the good work! I prefer to play solo… #MAGA
FAKE GAME
Do not download this game it’s a lie
It’s good but…
I love the game but as a leader of my own alliance I find it hard to recruit players unless you are the strongest. The game is also very pay to win, if you grind 24/7 you will still be beaten by a rich guy that buys every pack possible so he can beat everyone. Overall just grind a lot and join a strong alliance. It’s worth downloading.
Lilith
This company is beyond racist towards anyone they want. I wouldn’t suggest supporting this company at all. Irregardless of the matter only could wonder what else they would do! They already steal your information and send it to the CCP under chinas regulations for businesses. Any company that preforms in china always has that deal with the CCP so they don’t shut it down.
It is okay
Most players on the leaderboard if not all are p2w. -Graphics are very cool -Modern units are very time consuming to get but are worth it -You will from time to time get bashed by 130m+ out of nowhere Overall this game is decent
