Everything is good with App until something goes wrong (as long as they can take your money). I made a purchase but I didn’t get my attack customization. I’ve been trying to reach someone to help via email but no success. Like I said everything is good until you need help. That’s like squeezing orange juice from an onion

Did the first little tutorial, upgraded my tank, started the first mission and could do nothing. Animation was working in background, but the controls did squat. Just sat there and looked at the scenery.

No offline support available
I have been playing this game for several years, paying an annual subscription to enhance my I game capabilities. The in game support has historically worked fairly well. However I can no longer connect to the game. It just cycles between saying it’s connecting then synchronising then back to connecting etc etc. So I looked for offline support. turns out their apple app support page goes to a 404 error and there player websites have no support access and they deleted my attempt to raise the issue on Facebook. Seems they are happy to take my money, but not support players offline at all.
Premium Tanks / players
Premium players should be matched with premium players. Not with normal players. And War match should be within same Tier of tanks. Please update these things, rest of the features and game is Good. Also plz add one comment in section during "Help Me". And also the war should be minimum of 5 minutes.

Admins don’t listen
Game play is glitchy but decent. The issue is that there is a lack of players and way too many servers. So some servers are super active while others are dead. Admins refuse to merge servers and lack communication.

To Give Out Whether In Chests More Quantity Of Giving However So People Can Buy Tanks Without Having To Pay Real Money Not Everybody Has The Money Some Kids Also Play. More Free Diamonds! 2. Secondly Make Chests for More Fuel Or Give Out Fuel. Fuel = More Playing = More Happy Gamers People Won’t Like Playing If We Can Only for Ao Long. 3. Last But Not Least Stop Spawning People Right Next To Eachother it Makes The Game Unfair How Am I Suppose to Have a chance to Play When You Have Some Tanks Hogging the Map Eliminating People with 1 Shot. I want to like this game but unless you’re paying $$$$ into this app you are just a target tank for the A holes who pay to blow you up. That is the jest of this game and its developers good luck surviving unless you want to pay up. Find another game for free.

One of the best tank warfare games out, however after a few months get tired of playing same maps, as no new or updated maps.

I have been playing this game without buying anything on and off for over 3 years - I have not seen any of the screenshots from below. I’m still playing the original 5 platforms. You will not progress unless you fork out lots of £$¥€!

I’ve been playing for quite a while enjoying it and have upgraded my tanks to a substantial force. I have come to realise that no matter how strong you upgrade your tank it doesn’t seem to matter. You still go to battle getting blown up with one hit from an apposing tank. I have been on teams who clearly beat the other side yet lost the battle. I have the screenshots of stats to prove it. Today is the last straw. I have collected some of the strongest upgrades including armour decals etc. I did so to prove a point. I went out with all the upgrades for the six hour stint and guess what. I got beat up and blown up like I was a newbie. I spent months getting my tanks as strong as possible and added all the upgrades to little avail. I collected the 30 diamonds to buy ammunition upgrades which are now costing 45 diamonds. Really?? And they want five quid just to change your name!! Sorry. No more. Upgrades only last a few hours which cost too much and should last a few days. Nope. I’m done battling with credit card chest beating psychos. It was fun until I sussed it.

The positive is the graphics which are very good. The negatives are a few: - controls very between being not very responsive or super sensitive - money. Like some games you will get an hours fun at the start, then it is apparent that any advancements will take a lot of cash. Games are never free, it some like this are ridiculous in terms of how much they want from you and how often - the battles don’t seem to segregate the big spenders from more casual participants, or possible hacked accounts
