Doesn’t deliver on the simplest of things
This app has excellent potential, however it under performs. There is a much better app out there that crushes this for no yearly fee The push feature and notifications simply do not work. The only way to see your new email is by actually opening up the app and waiting for it to refresh. This is the simplest of things to program yet they want to charge $20 a year and not provide this basic feature. They claim it’s an issue with IOS but literally every other app finds a way while they can’t.

Such potential
I used to love Nine but it’s no longer supported so this is now my option. The app still has all the features I loved about Nine (customisable sync settings and folders) however, the fact it’s now a £20 fee annually and not one off is not worth it. Because the main issue is how buggy and laggy it is when using. It’s super slow to navigate through your folders and the refresh rate looks to be 2fps. Such a shame because it has so much potential if these minor issues were resolved. Ive left feedback numerous occasions and the developers have never responded. Wont be renewing and time to try find another app that suits

Android Nine to iOS re:Work - Terrible
Recently switched from Android to all Apple devices. I was disappointed to find that Nine is no longer supported on either platform during this transition. I did not use re:work on Android as I never noticed Nine was no longer supported so I can’t compare cross platform but using re:Work on iOS and iPadOS, I can say that this app is a stunning disappointment coming from Nine on Android. The app is slow and clunky and cannot seem to handle the amount of mail I have. Not being able to directly integrate contacts and calendar items into the iOS contacts and calendars is a negative. I can’t hold that against these developers however as I assume that is likely an iOS limitation. Overall however I expected far better from experienced developers that had made a great app previously. I may come back to this someday but I am glad I used the free trial during my switch and didn’t just jump into a subscription. Hopefully future improvements will make this app more usable.
Exchange online kein push
Warum geht die automatische Synchronisation bei exchange online nicht mehr. Muss jedes mal händisch anstoßen. Somit auch keine Benachrichtigung über neue Mail. Eine Neuinstallation brächte keinen Erfolg.
Excellent Email App!
This is a first-rate email application that does what it says and let’s you manage multiple Exchange and other accounts including both email and calendars. I have 2 exchange accounts and 3 gmail. If you used their old app, this is multiple notches better. And only $19.99/year. If you have a question, email support and they always get back to you quickly. I have used many email programs; this beats them all. Too bad there is not a desktop version!
Great when it doesn’t crash
I really love this app and it’s the best option on iPhone, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to go through the trouble of reinstalling this app from scratch only because I downloaded an attachment like a PDF. Suddenly the app will crash, and won’t recover unless you completely uninstall the app and all its data. Off loading the app doesn’t help, everything must be deleted and installed from scratch. A real pain when you have to set up all your settings again; which folders to sync, signatures for different accounts, colors for categories, etc, ... it takes a good hour. Really frustrating when you’re headed out the door for a business trip and now you’re stuck with a crashed app. Another wait until the weekend when there’s time to putts around with a full reinstall. It would be nice if settings could at least be recoverable, then a total reinstall wouldn’t be so inconvenient.

This app allows me to easily organize my emails into different folders and remembers which folder I utilize the most to save time

Serious developers know mobile emails
The main reason to purchase a full license is the notification function for sub folders. The All Mail folder allows you to check all your most recent emails after being screened into sub folders and marked as read. Such important functions for an email client have been ridiculously ignored by MS, Gmail, Apple and most other apps.
So Buggy
Nine for Android was fantastic, but this is a disaster on iPhone. So much potential, but so many bugs and forced shut downs.

A miss on the iPad Pro
Using this on an iPad Pro, with Magic Keyboard. No command-key shortcuts, no arrow keys to navigate the message list, and in landscape mode the message list is very spaced out and shows few messages on the screen.
Great Email App
Update: For some reason, the Public Folder’s calendar is shifted by one day. Everything shows up one day earlier than it should. Oddly, the Android version of Re:Work has it it all correct, with all of the Appointments showing on the correct day. Original review: I love this email app. It is the only app that I’ve been able to find that lets me add my employer’s Public Folder’s calendar. I would pay just for that feature, but this app includes everything I need from any email client. The only thing that bugs me is that I can’t delete an email while the app is syncing. It can sometimes take a while to sync at first, and I’m already trying to delete stuff! It isn’t so bad now that I’ve figured out what it’s doing. There isn’t an error or anything, it just doesn’t respond to my delete request. Other than that, I think this app is just about perfect.
The best
Yes sometimes there are some bug issues. But the app is still light years ahead of outlook for the phone etc. Once you dig into the features it’s a powerhouse.
Be careful
It’s a really good app but there is zero technical support. I have sent six messages over the past month and a half and not even the courtesy of a return email attempting to help me with my issues.

L’app va bene per diversi account. Le notifiche sono push e gli invii sono buoni. L’unica difficoltà si incontra nella ricezione di pec ( posta elettronica certificata). Infatti in questo caso non sempre la mail mostra l’allegato con estensione .eml. Questo è un problema. Con Nine era tutto leggibile. Ovviamente Re:Work funziona molto meglio di Nine. Ma io uso l’app per lavoro e le Pec sono importanti
Not Ready For Prime Time
I wanted to love this app as I did Nine on the Android platform; that app was near perfect. When I switched to IOS, I found this version of Nine lacking. I reached out to the developers who invited me to be part of the Re:Work Beta testers. I used the app daily and reported any issues I encountered, with the hope that it would get to the level of Android's Nine. Unfortunately it's not there and therefore not worth the spend. The email is laggy at best. Many times, emails won't populate until I pull down to sync even though it is set up to push them as they arrive. The calendar has major issues. It completely wiped data at one point only to have it show up again a couple of days later. Recurring events don't always show up on the proper days. Some events show up spread across multiple days even though when opened they show they are just for a particular day. And some events just won't sync. Contacts are slightly better, although the search feature doesn't allow you to prioritize the name you're searching--it brings up anything that has that name. This is an issue when a person's last name is also in a company name. I believe this app will get there because I know what the development team is capable of; that's why I gave it 2 stars. However, as of today, it is not ready for anyone to rely on it and certainly not worth paying for. I'll be switching to other apps for the foreseeable future.
Ordentliche App mit zwei wesentlichen Kritikpunkten
Insgesamt ist die App sehr funktional. Man kann vieles einstellen und konfigurieren. Es ist toll, dass auch Shared Postfächer von ExChange angezeigt werden können. Zwei Kritikpunkte: erstens: es gibt nur ein Abo Modell. Ich möchte das Programm einmalig kaufen und dann auch dauerhaft benutzen können. Diese ständigen Abos mal 10€ hier - mal 20 € da ziehen einem schnell das Geld aus der Tasche. zweitens: Kalender, Mail, Kontakte usw sind nur über das Menü auf der Seitenleiste erreichbar. Das ist umständlich. Man braucht ein Klick mehr, um zwischen den verschiedenen Funktionen zu wechseln. Warum werden die Kategorien Kalender, Mail, Aufgaben und Kontakte nicht unten in einer Leiste permanent angezeigt?
Way better than the official outlook App
The app is loaded with features than most other email apps out there including the official outlook app. I use the app for official purposes with MS 365. The ability to send HTML mails and have HTML signatures, the rich composing/editing features, makes it on par with the outlook desktop version. Actually this is how the official outlook app should have been ! I’m waiting for more widgets of calendar on rework, otherwise it’s a perfect 10/10.
This app doesn't work on MacOS
I'm on MacOS Monterey (12.3.1), and you can't add a gmail account. It crashes every single time. Works okay on my phone but not at all on my Mac.

One of the few apps that support Exchange/Outlook categories. I preferred Nine Mail, but it’s no more supported, and this one is more expensive.
Can't get to work with M365
App crashes when setting up M365 accounts. Was able to setup with gmail accounts and looks nice, but main need is it to work with an M365 account. I am a former Nine user and greatly enjoyed the app and hopefully this one will start working soon with my M365 account.

The best email client on Android about to be the best for iOS… watch out Outlook
The best email client I have ever used on Android is now one of the best for iOS and iPadOS. Now with support for cross platform subscription. Enterprise level security, support and functionality… Well done 9folders team and congratulations. Update: not quite on par with Android client, but getting there
Not very good
It’s a very nice looking mail app but it has it’s problems, iCloud does not connect no matter how many times I tried ( about 10 times in all ) with Apple specific password, hotmail 2 accounts or gmail does not push through to app, have to open app for mail to come through so for these reasons this app is not working properly so have deleted
Re:Work, BlackBerry like email for iPhone
Been with 9Folders since the introduction of their Android app years ago. It was and still is the best conditional custom notification email client since Blackberry. However, when I moved over to iOS I was disappointed with the port. Which is why I was ecstatic when I found out about the replacement Re:Work. I started using using it in beta via TestFlight months ago and knew it had enormous potential. I’m happy to see them release the official version and look forwarding to testing it out during the trial. One thing I complained about during TestFlight which still isn’t fixed is the outgoing notification sound “Swoosh”, doesn’t work for me. This is a convenience feature but should be addressed eventually. For now I give it four stars and hope to give it five, provided it remains stable and they fix the few loose ends that remain. I would also like to see custom vibration notifications in the future and more sounds and or custom sounds. In conclusion, Re:Work is the email client iPhone power users have been waiting for. It’s crirtical for me as an engineer because I need to monitor systems 24/7 and need an app to help me differentiate the severity levels of the emails I receive.
Needs to be fine tuned- Not there just yet
I absolutely loved nine for android, I’m very happy to see that they have a new one for the iOS. It’s a little laggy and slow at times but I’m sure they will fine-tune it so that it’s working seamlessly. Meanwhile, I’m keeping it on my phone and toggle back and forth between the boring Apple mail. Hopefully they will get this app working the way it did on android.

Actually, Re:Play. So, no thanks, I’ll stick with Nine
While there may be under-the-hood improvements, I much, much prefer the clean and professional look of Nine. The “upgrade” has too much colour and wasted space in the message list to be called a work app - to me this is more “play”. The display config options also seem limited. The new look may have its fans but I’ll stick with Nine so long as it is around.

It's a new app and needs a little work but coming from the android version, I have great hopes for it. Give it a chance!
Be Realistic…
Anyone downvoting has an issue coming from NINE. The model was not sustainable for the company nor would it be for anyone else. They needed to switch to subscription based. Even with that said it’s not even remotely expensive and the app is PHENOMENAL!!! I can’t wait for the continued improvements that they will make but I can only hope people buy in so they can sustain and maintain development on what could be a game changing email app.
Be more clear
I was surprised when I got an email from the developer saying that it has developed a new mail app. As a fan of android version of NINE mail app, I expected I can try some stabilized NINE. Because it has not been updated its apple version and left it being very unstable state, I has not used it often recently. I hoped try to use a new version, but it seems to require a subscription. The problem is that there is no explanation regarding the price plan. There is only vague concept. In the terms sheet, I can not find any detail. If it is free, then you shoud state it clearly. If it is not, also state it clearly.

I've waited years for this. This is the app that Outlook should have been. Email, contacts, calendar, tasks and notes! Polished and robust. Full functionality across Android and iOS.
