Can’t Delete Account
Downloaded for a one off game to play. Can not use Delete Account function. There is no app support via app. And app support via App Store requires log in - but claims I haven’t entered a valid email!

Why have a subscription?
There shouldn’t be a subscription if you than need to pay for the games. We can’t even see how much the games cost unless we get a subscription
Bank sound effect not effective
The bank offer in Deal or No Deal is the big deal of the whole show. The sound effect for the offer is correct but it happens AFTER the bank offer shows up. It needs to happen BEFORE the offer so that you are left in suspense while the sound is playing then the offer should appear. Would make the experience of playing the game so much better. Very dull otherwise. UPDATE: On DONS the sound of the BANKER OFFER still happens AFTER the offer is shown on the screen. It should happen BEFORE the offer shows. Without this suspense the whole feeling of the game is LOST. Please make this change if you can.
Not working
The app was working to play deal or no deal Australia and after their update, we cannot go past pressing the start button. I’ve sent an email and no one‘s responded.
Doesn’t even work
App doesn’t even load one you try to sign in or sign up. Just freezes in the page
Bank offer
When the bank offer comes up on deal or no deal the money board disappears and you don’t know what is still left on the board to make a decision about if to take the deal or not. Apart from that app is great

Wrong Dollar Amounts
I downloaded this app a few months ago and it was perfect and great to use alongside the board game. When I opened it up today it now has the wrong dollar amounts on the board?!?! Will be deleting and not using any more. Very disappointing.
Needs sound on bank offer
We got the deal or no deal bored game from big w and we love it but when you press the bank offer I think it should have the sound when you press the bank offer so then it makes it more like the to show. If it had the sound for the bank offer I would rate it around a 4, but other then that we really love the game and how it works!!
Deal or no deal aus
Bought the deal or no deal Australia board game and after some sign in issues and an update to the app I can now access the banker stuff and it now is the best addition to our family game thanks

It says it’s supposed to be free, but it isn’t. It says you have to have a subscription. I got the deal no deal and downloaded the app thinking that it was free. It didn’t say any thing about having a subscription. I was looking at other people’s reviews and I found out you have to have a subscription. It said it was free since when did you need a subscription?
The worst board game ever
Literally the most boring game I have ever played. If you enjoy watching other people play the games or just games with a very vague and unsatisfying ending this might be the game for you. (If I could give it a -1 star review I would)
APP DOESNT EVEN WORK
what’s the point of marketing the app and pretty much the only way you can play this game FOR THE APP TO NOT EVEN WORK!! i’ve played this game a couple months ago with my little brothers using the app and now it’s not even working 😡😡😡
Free deal or no deal app is a lie
It’s really simple. Don’t say things are free when they are not. Just on principle, I won’t play this game and I won’t be buying any other game from gamestar. Just be honest, it’s not that hard.
Very disappointing….a SCAM!
My uncle bought the game for me. Of course I was so happy and even more happy about the app. I used it to find the a SCAM. Even worse it said it was FREE on the box. Never playing it again….
